Hotellissa Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham Ann Arbor on ulkotenniskenttä, uima-allas sisällä ja poreallas. Ilmainen langaton Internet-yhteys on käytettävissä yleisillä alueilla.Liiketoimintapalveluihin sisältyvät liiketoimintakeskus (auki 24 tuntia), kokoushuoneet pienille ryhmille ja AV-laitteet. Maksuttomat illalliskutsut järjestetään tiettyinä päivinä ja ilmainen aamiainen on tarjolla joka aamu.Hotellissa on muun muassa seuraavat lisäpalvelut: kuntokeskus tai -sali, kielitaitoinen henkilökunta ja lahjaliikkeet / lehtikojut.Vieraille on tarjolla seuraavia huonehintaan sisältyviä kuljetuspalveluita: alueellinen bussikuljetus (maksimietäisyys 15 mailia), kuljetus ostoskeskukseen ja noutopalvelu rautatieasemalta. Vierashuoneet.
Vierashuoneissa on seuraavia näköalavaihtoehtoja: kaupunki tai piha-alue. Majoitusliikkeen Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham Ann Arbor ilmastoitujen huoneiden palveluihin kuuluvat kahvin-/teenkeitin ja ilmainen sanomalehti arkipäivinä. Vuoteissa on petauspatja-patjat, ylelliset vuodevaatteet, kolme lakanaa ja untuvaselkätuki. Ilmainen langaton nopea Internet-yhteys on käytettävissä. Televisioissa on kaapelikanavat, joihin sisältyvät ilmaiset elokuvakanavat ja DVD-soitin. Kaikissa huoneissa on työpöydät ja suoravalintapuhelimet, jossa on vastaajapalvelu; ilmaiset paikallispuhelut sisältyy huonehintaan (voimassa saattaa olla rajoituksia). Kylpyhuoneissa on suihku / amme-yhdistelmä, meikkaus-/parranajopeilit, hiustenkuivaaja, ja hygieniatuotteet (sisältyvät hintaan). Joissain huoneissa on osittain avoin kylpyhuone.
Kaikissa huoneistoissa on keittiö, jossa on liesituuletin, täysikokoinen jääkaappi / pakastin, mikroaaltouuni ja astianpesukone. Lisäpalveluihin kuuluvat silitysrauta / -lauta ja avattavat ikkunat. Tarjolla on siivouspalveluita: päivittäin. Kaikki hotellin Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham Ann Arbor vierashuoneet ovat savuttomia. Vierashuoneiden kunnostustyöt valmistuivat: heinäkuu 2009.
Lisähenkilöistä saatetaan periä maksu, joka saattaa vaihdella hotellikohtaisesti.

Seuraavat aktiviteetit ovat saatavilla joko hotellissa tai sen lähistöllä, ja ne saattavat olla maksullisia.

"Satisfactory"
The room was clean enough but things were worn (i.e., cheap and worn furniture, old TV.) except that the hall rug and walls looked newer than the room. Would be better to have flat screens mounted on the wall that take up less space. The bed was not very comfortable. The kitchen sink was the size of a bar sink and there was no oven. I wouldn't call […] this a kitchen per se. However, the staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was your typical 'breakfast included' fair but it was fine. "Great for families"
The suites were spacious and allowed our 3 and 1 year old grandchildren room to play, nap, and eat meals. The kitchens were well equipped. We had space to visit with extended family. We also could reach downtown Ann Arbor within 10 minutes. There was. Grocery store right next door and plenty of restaurants nearby.

"Close to U of Michigan Medical Centers"
Hotel staff helpful. Breakfast was very good and saved lots of time. Nice to receive newspaper in lobby. Rooms very quiet.
"Great Place to stay"
My son and I just recently stayed at this hotel. He was having surgery so we went down the night before and stayed the day of as well. Staff was great, rooms were nice, breakfast was free and the best one I have been too. The hotel was very quiet and the pool was always free. Overall it was very relaxing and perfect for us
"Good Hotel"
I stayed for an interview at the Children's Hospital. It was a rather large room (suite) with couch and kitchenette. And the included full american breakfast (eggs-boiled and scrambled, bacon, toast, bagels, muffins, waffles, juice...) also includes rice, miso soup and kimchi. There's dinner too, but I did not have the opportunity to try. Indoor swimming […] pool and gym. 5 minute walk to a very good middle eastern restaurant, quizno's and CVS. The room was very clean and the kitchenette includes utensils and cookware (all ready to use). The biggest plus for me is the shuttle to the children's hospital. "North Ann Arbor location"
Actual hotel was very nice and got very good price for suite. Room was comfortable and surrounding area was quiet. Kids enjoyed the nice size pool. Breakfast was ok. Buffet style, so food was sitting there luke warm, but did offer more of a selection than your typical hotels do. Would stay here again.
"Not clean"
There was a stain under the sheet, we removed it to find a quarter sized blood stain on the mattress cover. The maid service was very nice and corrected the problem, but this should never happen. The carpet was dusty in the corner of the rooms. They were slow to bring new food out at breakfast and the food was terrible. Positives: Very nice pool area […] and huge rooms. "Decent suite hotel"
Stayed in a two room suite with kitchen. Roomy living room and kitchen area. Bedrooms a bit cramped as furnished. Bedding very nice. Appliances looking old. Location off away from downtown and central campus, but close to tech areas and north campus. Pricey stay but we were there over a Thanksgiving and home football game weekend.

Nice room, bed was comfortable but pull out sofa was not. Breakfast was great! About a 10mouse min drive to the football stadium

"Generous living space for a long stay"
Was able to share w/ an old friend and each have our separate bedroom and bathroom, but the common area was a big plus--esp the fireplace on a cold rainy night after the football game! Comfy beds, spacious bathroom and lots of amenities! Wish it were closer to campus, but not a bad drive even during rush hour.
The room was clean, comfortable and a good value for the cost.

"Big rooms- Hawthorne"
The rooms/suites were roomy and the bed/bath was nice. The couch was a little old and the decor was a little outdated. The place was clean and we would stay again. The breakfast was good also.
"Very dirty and run down but close to north campus"
At one time this might have been a nice place but years of neglect have left it run down and dirty.

My daughter and I stayed the night to go to the Ann Arbor art fair. The hotel was clean, had and awesome pool and hot tub, and our room was great. The p.m. male desk clerk on that Friday night ( I am sorry that I do not know his name.) was very friendly and helped us get our DVD programmed properly because my dau. and I are lacking in that technical […] area. He was great and "high-fived" us cause we were all so excited that we got it going! We all laughed for awhile. Thank you. I appreciate the complementary shuttle to the art fair. "Pleasently Surprised"
We originally reserved a room with one queen bed for a one night stay during Art Fair and were pleasantly surprised when we walked in to a fairly large room with a kitchenette. The bed ended up being a full but we were so delighted by the rest of the room that we weren't too concerned. Nice bathroom area as well with the toilet and shower in one room […] and the sink and mirror outside of it (nice when more than one person is getting ready to go somewhere). They offered a very nice complementary breakfast with a wide variety. The hotel itself was not too far from the Ann Arbor downtown district either. Didn't have time to use the pool or exercise room but they both looked very nice. My only complaints were that the pillows were lumpy and our kitchen light was out (both of which we reported on our comment card that was otherwise full of compliments). Overall very happy with the hotel and our stay and the price we paid was very reasonable when split between the two of us, especially for the quality. Wish we could have stayed there longer. "Great deal for the money"
The hotel was conveniently located to the highway, restaurants, and even a grocery store. Even though the carpet was a little dingy, we didn't feel it was due to dirt, but, just a little older. The room was very nice with a full kitchen, a smaller sitting room with a desk area, a good size seperate bedroom, and a nice bathroom. After a long hot day […] at the Racetrack, we were more then ready to relax at the pool and hot tub!! In the morning, the Breakfast Buffet was an amazing surprise. "Good value & nice amenities"
Room design and layout is attractive and functional. Pool area cleanwith many windows for daytime light. Dining area quaint and clean. Breakfast buffet hot & tasty with do your own waffel maker. Did not experience light weekday dinner due to weekend stay. Only criticism: the smoke free room smelled a bit as if it had been smoked in & all three treadmills […] in the fitness room were out of order. Otherwise, very happy with staff & facility. "Gone down hill a bit"
I've stayed at this Hawthorn Suites quite a few times but it had been 4 years since the last stay. It has gone down hill since then. Less professional staff, evening light dinner was pretty bad, and the rooms were looking a bit run down. The room was clean and comfortable otherwise.

The room was better than expected. It included a small kitchen with a small sink, full refrigerator, microwave, toaster, stove, dishwasher. It also had a table and a couch. The cleanliness was no 5 star hotel but the value for what you received was great. What a great value for your money!! Loved having the kitchenette and free breakfast. Also, the pool was nice and clean. The hotel is a little old, but very clean, and well maintained.

We were very pleasantly surprised on the quality of the hotel and the staff. Some of the amenities included a full kitchen with all of the necessary utensils for cooking should you choose to. In the morning, the continental breakfast includes several hot items like sausage, pancakes, eggs, etc. My family felt very comfortable, which can be hard to do.
