Best value hotel I've stayed in in the US. Wi Fi included, which is a plus. Very close to Dallas Love Field & 20 minutes from DFW; close to the financial district. Great staff. Close to Katy trail for runners & walkers. Hard to fault

Every time doors closed it jarred the whole hotel! Way too loud. Ice machine sounded like machine gun. I went to shop for furniture and rest and got no rest because of the loud noises. Also a pub across the street that young people hung out at night and hollered untill the wee hours! Definitely has aspects of swankiness , particularly the decor, but just wasn't my cup of tea. I didn't feel like a valued guest, just felt like another guest. The receptionist, Charlie, said at first that he couldn't find my reservation, only when I told him I booked on Hotels.com could he find the reservation. The noise control of the hotel is lacking. If the door next door to your room closes, your whole room shakes. This isn't helped by the construction of a multi-story building behind the hotel. These yahoos run their construction 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Feel lucky if you can get 4 hours of sleep max.

I reserved the Deluxe King and ended up being put in a room that was far from Deluxe and that had a double bed. When I contacted the front desk when I arrived, they advised that once they received the reservation from hotels.com the room was unavailable. In addition, they were unwilling to issue any type of refund. Since this was a romantic weekend […] trip, I did not have the time to go around and around with them. Needless to say, the double beds were not ideal. I would advise if you stay here, that you call them immediately after you book to make sure they have the correct room available. The ambiance was ok, but not much better than an average $80-$100 a night room. The bar is scheduled open until 2am, but closed early while there were still customers there. I loved of every aspect of my stay at The Stoneleigh Hotel and Spa. The staff was extremely professional. From the front desk to the valet parking everything was perfect. It was a great old hotel experience for me.

Picked this hotel for a couples get-away weekend. When I booked the room, I selected for 2 adults, however the first room we were given had one towel, one bathrobe, one coffee cup. On top of that, we were next to a mechanical room that was buzzing so loudly you could hear it over the rush-hour traffic going by outside. They moved us to a different room […] when I requested by phone, but forgot to call us and tell us the room was ready. So we finally went downstairs and they did have a key ready and waiting for us at the front desk. The next room wasn't as noisy, but if you are looking for a quiet relaxing hotel, this is not it. You can hear the tv on in the neighboring rooms, traffic and neighboring bar noise outside till 2am, elevator dings from the hallway and every conversation that goes past your door. Rooms and bathroom are huge. Feel of the rooms good but a bit austere. My room had two chairs but not where you can sit in one to watch TV and not comfortable. No coffee in the room, a basic at nearly all hotels now, thou it is free in the lobby. Good gym and a great burger place across the street. We absolutely loved the Stoneleigh. The staff was extremely friendly from the front desk to the valet. Our room was very chic and cozy. Everything looked brand new in the room. We had a corner view and there was minimal sound from outside. The bar downstairs was fun to grab a cocktail and a snack before going out for the evening. Renovated, but this is no high end hotel. Staff demonstrated a lack of training. Place was empty and the bar closed early. Very boring. A tarted up Hyatt. I am going back to the Warwick.

After booking through Expedia, we checked in with ease, didn't have any confirmation #s etc, gave them our name and they had it all right there. Super easy and fast. We went across the street to "Nick and Sam's" and had a wonderful dinner. We called down to the Stoneleigh Spa in the morning around 9 am and booked two massages for 11:00 am, the same […] day. Great! The massage therapists were both experienced and they did an excellent job. We walked out the front door and always had a cab waiting. The room was lovely, very clean. Room service was fast and good. The hotel was charming and had lots of character. The staff responded to our requests quickly and they were so friendly. Overall the experience was fantastic. We really enjoyed the small, fashionable hotel feel. Our room was a little noisy from the new building construction going on Friday and Saturday. The wedding party in the dining room Sunday morning was a bit loud but overall the weddings added excitement and fun to the bar area at night.

The service was outstanding! We stayed the night for a get away and ordered room service and a movie. The cost was kinda high, but for two people to eat and have a few drinks and order a movie that was still in theatres and not DVD it was well worth it because we never had to leave the room! Construction was not an issue for me, but there was lots of noise...however, my room was located right next to the Mechanical Room and the elevators (request a room away from either of these).
