"It is O.K. but not good enough"
It was a family trip for weekends. So, I would like to have a kichen if I can. It was the main reason why I chose the hotel. Customer service was fine but everything else was below my expectation. Photos looked nice but it was a bit disappointing when I actually saw it. The kichen was equipped alright but not even close what I expected as "Fully Equipped". […] One pot. Dishes only good for two. One chair for the entire room. Very weird location for very old bulky TV. I would rather have no kichen with bigger and newer room if I knew. Lisätietoja
"Good business hotel"
This property is conveniently located within a business park close to the airport. There are no restaurants within walking distance. I had a car, I was fine. I believe the hotel offers a shuttle.
"good value priced stay"
we enjoyed the kitchen the most. We saved a lot of money by cooking breakfast and dinner in the room but eating lunch out. Hotel was just off 95 and convenient drive to ever sight and beach we wanted to visit. great vacation. staff were friendly and helpful

"Clean, fair place to rest your head"
Room: Clean and comfortable with a kitchenette (stove top, microwave, full frig, pots, pans, utensils, etc). Great if you are staying for an extended period. Due to most guests cooking in, the hotel occasionally has food odors. Hotel Staff: Fair. The week that I was there I complained every other day regarding the A/C not working in the fitness room. […] There seemed to be no concern, update, interest, or rush to resolve or provide information. Amenities: Dog friendly, adequate safe parking, free breakfast (muffins, bagels, toast, juice and coffee), $2 washer and dryers, bogus fitness room (6x6 room with a treadmill and stationary bike, no working A/C or vents) Parking: safe, free, and plenty Location: driving distance to the mall, grocery store, gas staion and restaurants. "Slightly disappointed"
Room was smaller than expected. Bedding seemed dated. TV had to be about 20 years old, the picture quality was terrible, and the channel selection was lacking. Surprised to be charged for internet access. Made 3 phone calls and was charged $12.00 - in this day and age communications aren't that expensive. Scratchy bathroom towels.

"Hotel Okay"
Hotel was okay, but for the price I expected to get fresh towels deliver to my room everyday. I stayed for 3 nights and had to pick up my own towels at the front desk. Every time I had to wait at least 5 minutes. No one ever seem to be at the desk. I have stayed at a lot of hotels. Not the worst but far from the BEST.

Great little place if you need to be near the airport on a budget. Clean lobby and friendly people at check in made me feel good. It had been a very tiring day and I liked being able to go right to my room. If you need to stay more than 1 day there is the comfort of a kitchen. "January 2011 3 Day Business Stay"
This hotel will be our new business standard. The room was the perfect size for me and enough additional space for meetings with 2-3 others when needed. Very comfortable environment for business travel overall. The logistics for travel north and south 95/295 and the available restaurants puts this in the excellent category. Aside from that the hallways and my non-smoking room smell a little like cigarette smoke odor. Everything else is fine if just needed a place to stay for a night or two without breaking your wallet.

This hotel was very clean, and in a very convenient location. The only problem I saw was that there were no complimentary toiletry items in the bathroom, so i had to go to the front desk to ask.

The hotel and staff were great. There is nothing around the hotel within walking distance but if you have a car there are plenty of good restaurants and a mall nearby.

Knowing I was to arrived very late at the airport, I called the night before to insure that there would still be a shuttle available to deliver me from the airport to the hotel. Not only did I discover this was possible but I was provided the persons name. I included that I would call if my connection was delayed. This was acknowledged as helpful. As […] it turned out, I arrived early. I called the number that I called the night before, and low and behold I was connected to the very person I was told would be picking me up. the headboard was attached to the wall and not the bed. i grabbed lightly and it fell off the wall. very strange.

The entire facility was clean, the room was comfortable, although the refrigerator was noisy. Complimentary breakfast was adequate, and most of the staff was very friendly. Overall a bargain for the amount spent.

Room was cheap, but not cheap looking or feeling. It had a full kitchen, well worth the price.

The hotel was outdated, especially the kitchen. It didn't have enough kitchen utensils. The pillows smelled dirty. I am sure the manager could have done anything, she was very nice but I didn't bother.

"Nice Hotel"
a family of 8 travelling for a son's college graduation. the hotel was convenient to downtown Providence and close to several nice restaurants in the local area. Staff was very helpful with directions to locations. Also, very helpful in answering questions and responding to our needs. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
