The location is great, available parking and check in staff was pleasant. The room was unclean and the bathroom was disgusting. The toilet looked like it wasn't cleaned after the last customer and gross- hair and urine all over the toilet. The shower was not cleaned. The price for the room was great. But some renovations are much needed. The mattresses are old and spotted...tv should've been flat screen..with dvd player. Room service came way too early 9:38 didn't even knock just came in. I thought check out was eleven.

The picture of the hotel is not what you get. The first floor has better beds. The mattress,comfortor and curtains on the 2nd floor in the rooms are stained and unfit. Bed sheets,pillow cases and towels were clean

I found this hotel fastidiously clean on the outside with fresh winter plantings and well kept grounds. My room was spotless. Plenty of towels and bedding were already provided. A furnished kitchenette was clean and well presented. Wi-fi and two tables made doing my work easy. First time staying in an Extended Stay hotel and I was impressed. The check in was quick and the room was clean. Easy access to interstate and resturants. I would recommend to a friend, not bad at all for the price.

This property is very much in need of attention in both maintenance and cleanliness. It is also just a couple hundred feet from Interstate 20, which is a major thoroughfare for truck traffic, making it very loud! Stayed for 3 nights convenient but bed covers needs a cleaning

My very first impression was unprofessional customer service. The desk clerk was rude and acted annoyed that I had interrupted his television program by checking in. The room was cold and the heater barely put out enough heat to make it tolerable. Overall very satisfied with this hotel. The location is a little weird, as it's right beside a Sam's club--but it turned out to be helpful. The room was clean. The bathroom had a nice size sink and counter in it. There were two separate places to set up a laptop. The Internet was what you can expect from any hotel. The room had several poorly patched holes in the walls, while other holes were not patched at all. The drain stop in the bathroom sink just fell into the hole, we had to prop it with a fork to use the sink properly. It was just in general dirty.

To be honest i was a little worried about the price of the hotel i though i was going to "get what i paid for" but i was very suprised when i got there and i was very happy with the room. My only probelm was none of the lamps worked and two have broken bulbs and i tables were sticky, i think it was the cleaner they used. It is very conviently located […] near food and walmart. I had to go to Columbia last weekend and stayed at this hotel for two nights. The bed was sqeaky so everytime I turned over I woke up. The folks next door were extended stay folks and had music and other noise going on until almost 4am Friday night. Saturday night I had to call the front desk because they had their music turned up so loud I couldn't […] even hear my tv turned up almost on full blast. Then they came out and stood in front of my air conditioner smoking and it was being sucked into my room. The room was comfortable. The pillows were firm, I like that. It wld def be good for a long stay. My only issue was the door. You almost had to jam the key in to open the door. Then had to slam it closed. Other than that I enjoyed.

Undoubtedly, this hotel has a wonderful location. For example, it is very near to Ft Jackson where I attended the graduation of some individuals very dear to my heart. When I took my shower the water barely came out. the room door was hard to open and close you had to throw your weight in it. Found a trail of ants all out side my door in the mornings everyday. Over priced by $10 a night for the quality and HI-Speed internet was an additional $3 per day.

The direction to find this hotel is terrable, I ran into other people looking for this hotel while we were trying to find the hotel also. Did not have proper signs for directions. The shower, the knob was broken so I could not shower. I had to use another shower on the other end of the building and the room was a Smoking room that was not open in days […] or weeks. This was a good hotel for the price. Very close to Ft Jackson and shopping. There were some.problems with the shower and phone.

The pictures on the website are not at all what the hotel looks like. They make it look nice. It is a very bare minimum hotel. The door to my room was bent and would barely close right and I had to slam into it to get it to close. They were all booked, so I could not move rooms. We chose this hotel for the location and price. We attended our sons bootcamp grad at Ft Jackson and this hotel is a easy 10min drive to the base. I missed the little amenities I typically get at other hotels such as a hair dryer and complementary shampoo and soap (given that this is an extended stay hotel, I imagine they assume guests will be bringing those sorts of amenities with them), the room was quite sufficient for my needs. It was also surprisingly quiet for a hotel situated right next to an interstate. There was a mid-sized fridge and a small microwave which I personally believe should be staples in ALL hotel rooms. It's in a convenient location that offers a multitude of choices in terms of shopping and dining. The proximity to Fort Jackson also makes it ideal for military friends and family visiting the area. Everything was nice and as expected. Great location right next to a Super Walmart and Interstate 77.

After flying across country I was looking for a sanctuary which was to be my hotel. The man at the front desk was extremely nice, online you cant pick non-smoking but that was no problem to change when i arrived, they also allowed me to check in early, i had ended up there a couple hours earlier than expected and that was no problem either, the location […] is perfect, walmart subway the dollar store all within walking distance if u didn't have a car. Base was across the street. My room was clean the hotel was older and in the shower the paint was bubbling probably because they didn't let it fully dry. U do have to supply your own shampoo and conditioner, which is kinda lame but hotel ones usually suck, so a dollar for some at walmart was no biggie. The kitchen part was also nice so I could get some snacks and even cook if I wanted. Overall it was in a nice area, very nice hotel people, not the greatest room but comfortable. Bring your own shampoo. I thought the room was nice, it was pretty much what I paid for. It was comfortable, clean, and stocked with the basic necessities, with one exception. This property "Doesn't offer shampoo" according to the front desk. At least that is what the clerk told me during the courtesy call. If I had been staying more than one night that would have been very convenient, as I would have bought my own shampoo there. Besides the fact that we stayed two nights in a room that we did not ask for and the fact that the hotel staff said the cleaning ladies slack on the weekend when the managers aren't around, the hotel itself was not bad. I booked this hotel due to the location to Ft. Jackson. I was traveling with a handicaped mother and I had just broken my foot so I needed somewhere close to the base to go if we needed to rest. Upon arrival it was clear that this was not a 5-star resort but tried to make the best of it. The front desk clerk tried to charge me for a second room due […] to the fact the hotel did not have the 2 bedded room I reserved. I made it clear that I would not be charged for a second room and the clerk allowed the second room with no charge. The elevator was broken and we were put on the second floor. I advised the clerk and she said there was nothing she could do to assist. The rooms we were given were not next to each other but close. Although the rooms looked clean the fridge in one room smelled very bad so we did not use it. I attempted to access the internet but was denied and when I called the front desk to find out why I was connected to some central call center who stated that the front desk was to give me a code. I asked for the code but they would not provide it to me and stated they would leave a message for the property to contact me and provide me the code. They never contacted me and twice I went to the front desk to find no one there. I wanted to get the internet situated and some fresh towels (only two in the room). Since I was having trouble walking I only tried twice. I travel a lot during the year for work and have stayed in a variety of hotels. I paid for a king and got a queen with only like 6 channels on the tv, but didnt complain because it was on the first floor.The phone was set up wrong so it took about 30 mins before a call got through.there were times i called the front desk and no one would answer so it would call there corp office and they would get a hold of someone for me.The toilet […] wouldn't flush because the air pump would stall.other than a few probelms it was located very close to fort jackson,it is located behide the shopping plaza.the bed was comfortable and the hotel was pretty clean.They had plenty of towels in the room and the a/c worked great.The internet was an ok speed.over all it wasnt a bad hotel,would of loved it if everything i wanted was in order,than i would of loved it.but after driving 6 1/2 hrs straight i was to tired to complain. The location was perfect, though the establishment wasn't up to par when addressing the needs of their customers. The management staff did not work weekends so any issues that occured were not handled.

Purchased a a room with 2 double beds, they gave us 2 rooms for the price of 1 right next to each other with a queen in each. Both rooms had already been set aside in advance, great customer service. This is a great place to stay for basic training graduation as Ft Jackson is directly across the street from the hotel. My ex-wife stayed at the Comfort […] on Two Notch Road and there was a train that came through with horn every night "20 feet away" at 1am and 3am. She had to stay with my daughter in the other room because of the train noise. This is a no-frills, no pool type room but it is clean and close to everything. When we tried to check in the first time at 3:30, the office was closed, but the cleaning lady said the "guy went to check on his dog and will be back later." We went back 2 hours later, and still no one there to check us in. Finally the maintenance man opened and checked us in. He was great. For the money, you get everything you need at Fort Jackson. Location, Space, Comfort, and accesibility. The cleanliness score was low, I believe my paticular room hadn't been used in a while. I previously used this hotel and this was not an issue.

The hotel served the purpose of my stay which was to see my fiancee at Fort Jackson army base. The price is reasonable. However, if you're keen on the cleanliness, it's not the best hotel. Many of the towels had hair in them and seemed worn out. I used my own towel because of this. But otherwise, the hotel is good considering price and location.

Great location, especially for Basic Training Graduation. Near Mexican restaurant and fast food. Near Wal-Mart, Sam's, hair salon, etc.

The hotel was great. I was going for a graduation at Ft. jackson. It is about three minutes away. The only problem was that I reserved a non smoking room but I was gived a smoking room. After complaining I was given a can of air freshner that did not make any difference.

The hotel is within a 1/4 mile of Fort Jackson, and is in a large shopping complex that includes McDonald's, Wal-Mart, and many other shops. Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts and other restaurants are within walking distance. The location just cant be beat. The hotel is off to the side of the shops, fairly secluded. Upon check-in, I was given the keys to a […] Double smoking room (I paid for a Queen smoking bed), which was dirty and smelled. It was late (11:30pm) and the office closed at 11pm, so I had to deal with it until the morning the attendant said. In the morning, I was able to switch to a Queen non-smoking, which more than made up for the mishap. The room was clean, large, and very comfortable. Plenty of cable channels, and a great view from the 3rd floor facing the freeway an base.
