Heritage Inn Hotel & Convention Centre - Saskatoon

This was a terrible experience! The sink was totally cracked, the toilet was loose and banged against the wall every time you sat or stood up from it, big hole in the screen, filthy carpet, cigarette burns in the bedding, no fridge or microwave, extra charge for them, phone connection didn't work, had to change rooms which meant unpacking everything […] from the drawers and bathroom, repacking and moving them, then unpacking again, prior to going there, they confirmed twice that our dog was a certain total cost, then tried to charge that cost per night, I invited them to review the phone conversations quoting that price, at which they said they don't record the conversations ... convenient ... then the manager said "you must have spoken to a new employee" and I responded "that is not my problem" ... they ended up not charging anything for the dog because we were so upset, there was no apology ... they tried to blame hotels.com for the room ... the manager said "well you did get a smoking room" at which I said "then I should pay less if it is in that condition" ... just a horrible experience, would never stay there again. Elevators need a face-lift and perhaps an upgrade. No hairdryers or ironing boards in room. No luggage racks in room.

Very comfortable and clean for the price. Close to airport.

Room was like an average hotel room, but very clean. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was above average and a great value. The waitresses were excellent! Plenty of parking, easy to find, and very close to Circle Drive, which pretty much connects you with the rest of the city! Would definitely consider staying here again […] in the future. Lisätietoja

Check in took to long because I had to fill out a form with the information they should of already had since it was already booked online. The gossiping maids were way to loud in the morning which cut my rest time short. The coffee whitener and sugar had shrunk so the morning cup was almost black. This is not too bad, but there are better hotels in the neighbourhood

Hotel looked nicer on web site. It was very run down and in need of paint and repairs everywhere I looked. Air conditioner in room did not work. No hair dryer in the bathroom. Room was not left very clean and did not come with any extra towels. Overall it was a very disappointing stay and I will not be stayong here again.

The Inn was fairly clean but well used. It could use some renovations, as in wall repair and new paint, etc.. There was a challenge getting to the elevator with the luggage cart. One had to manover down a ramp around a bunch of tight corners to get to it because of a set of stairs infront of the elevators. Very awkward with a cart that sometimes did […] not want to go the way you wanted it too. Bad designing! Could the ramp not be in place of part of the stairs? Then on the floor we were staying, again we had to manover the luggage cart around tight corners and a door, to get into the hallway where our room was. Again, bad design! The hotel is worst than a Motel. The toilet flush was not working, even the shower knob was broken. There was no fridge or microwave facility in the room leave aside providing iron or other facilities. I was charged $10.00 per day for taking microwave in the room which was also so old that it was nearly 10 years old. The room was not even provided with […] tea, cream or sugar for second day. I stay at the Heritage Inn each and every time I come to Saskatoon and I find it convenient, clean, and comfortable. Best of all I feel safe there as I am a woman who travels alone. You get a great meal for a good price and they are fixing up the facilities even as I write. No it's not the Hilton but then I didn't pay for the Hilton either. Room was nothing special. Restaurant was not very good. Daughter ordered salad bar and the lettuce was rusty and there really wasn't much to choose from. None of our four meals was very tasty. Also only had 2 towels in our room even though we booked for 4 people. When my husband went to the front desk to get 2 more towels they could only give him 1 […] as they had run out. Do yourself a favor....stay somewhere else. The sink is in the shape of a shell (thats your indication that its VERY outdated). Its old, dirty, and not comfortable.

This was the only hotel available in Saskatoon. It is older and requires updates. TV's are older and small. The hotel is dated. Clean for the most part. The restaurant service and food was good. It wouldn't be my first choice. The hotel basically needs to spend some money renovating to bring it up to a higher standard.

It would be good to update the bathroom. There was nowhere,but the floor or towel stand to place cosmetics or personal items.

..crappy elevator, seemed it wanted to stop at any time, even between floors. ..run down ..carpets old and worn, smell ..can't recommend this even for my dog.

Adequate for our needs. Bed could be updated but was okay for one night. Great breakfast and service at the hotel restaurant.

Friendly staff, clean room and very good food. One of the better hotels for the price and food.

The hotel was not clean. The adjacent restaraunt was noisy. Meal trays were not picked up in the hallway the entire time of our stay. The elevators on the main floor were down three steps which required pulling luggage carts down a very tight hallway to even get to the elevator.

Good place for meals and a comfortable night's stay

The hotel was very nice and convienient, it has a great pub and restaurant on site. Very close to all amenities, clean and friendly

The hotel itself was not completely horrible but we did request that we stay in a unit not far from the doors as i have difficulty walking and we were on the third floor at the other end of the building. Was not impressed

Had a very pleasant stay in the hotel and enjoyed eating in the dining room.

Hotel was okay for the money invested, nothing that impressed us but it was comfortable for the quick one night stay. We chose the hotel for the location, specifically its proximity to the Saskatchewan Marathon in the North end of the city. Room smelled like it had been smoked in. The bathroom was clean with newer fixtures. The room suited my needs. Challenging to manuever through the lobbey and to my room with a stroller.

staff not friendly, rooms small,no fridge, stairs at front leading down to elevator bad set up,overall feel of hotel low budget.

The room was clean and quiet. Bed was comfortable and had a good sleep both nights. Restaurant served good food at reasonable prices and bar was handy for drinks latter.

We were just in town for one night.. the hotel suited our needs perfectly/ for the price it can"t be beat.. it"s clean / staff is very good/small pub on sight was a bonus...

Once the clerk finished his game of solitare he did check us in and once we got to the rrom it was small,cramped and not cleaned. i doubt the sheets were changed. i would not recommend this hotel.

All staff were cheerful and always willing to be of assistance. Hot tub was under maintenance unfortunately. Fantastic room clean, bright. Excellent restaurant, resonably priced. I would not recommend this hotel. The price is close to the same as most others in Saskatoon, but I found it was old, needing repair in most places and barely a pass on cleanliness. The Hotel was quite old. Tons of renovations are needed. I believe they are trying to remodel ,since there was a big sign outside saying "Under new Maagement". We were give a ground level room, but it felt like a basement level room; very very dark and wet. The bathroom was recently renovated but the room wasn't. The bed was bumpy and furniture were […] old. The room was freezing cold and it took half an hour to warm up after the thermostat was turned on.
