Courtyard by Marriott Beckley - Beckley

We stay here every time we travel home to see family, which is about 4 times a year. They r doing renovations right now. So a bit messy but we can't wait to see it once it is done.

We have stayed at this hotel several times. Very nice. Love the fire pit outside. Nice way to unwind after traveling! Beds very comfy.

We relocated 13 years ago and we always stay at the Courtyard Marriott when taveling back home. The indoor pool is just what our 2 boys( 4 and 7) need to let loose after being in their carseats 4 hours. You can walk across the parking lot to eat at several different places. good stay - lots of places to eat close by good value

An overnight stay on the way to white water rafting! Good location and nice hotel.

The entire Courtyard brand from Marriott is excellent and this is no exception. For a great restaurant nearby, check out "The Char"

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel and it will NOT BE THE LAST. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel has the amenities I look for: workout room, in-door pool, food and drink, and computer access. Also, the price was right. I enjoyed my stay. Dartha

We chose this hotel as a stopping point on our way to Charlotte, NC. I reserved this room because it specified it was non-smoking. However, when we checked into our "non-smoking" room, it smelled like smoke. My husband immediately went back to the check-in guest and they gave us another "non-smoking" room that was perfectly smoke free.

A few blocks off the freeway, yet a quiet night's sleep. Walk to half a dozen near-by restaurants. Fitness room had a reasonable selection of equipment for a decent workout. Kids loved the pool. Grown-ups were less thrilled about strong smell of chlorine in the lobby.

The lobby and staff are wonderful. Very nice, efficient, friendly and professional. The room was ok too, for the most part. The AC/fan is very noisy. We had bugs in our room as well. Ants mostly, due to previous occupants leaving food behind. While it was hidden, a top notch cleaning staff would have found it. The bathroom could use some sprucing up, […] but was decent. Staff was very friendly. The kids loved swimming in the indoor pool. The chlorine was a bit strong though.

The hotel was modern, very clean, not crowded. Staff was friendly and helpful. We stayed in this hotel to go white water rafting at Riverman. It was only 25 minutes away. It was worth the drive. We relaxed after diner in the whirlpool and swimming pool. There were many restaurants in the area to choose from.

The lobby and other areas were under construction and the employees were not the most helpful that I have encountered. At the rate per room, I would expect a breakfast buffet to be free.

When we arrived, my husband couldn't get into the front lobby due to the fact that they were renovating, which we did not know ahead of time. The entire time we were there we had to listen to saws cutting tiles, we were blocked from the workout room, had to walk around the building to get out of the pool, and so much more. The second day we had to change […] rooms because it was raining in our room. When I called to complain about it, the person at the desk seemed to know there was a problem in the room.
