The hotel is conveniently located to Midway airport and they provide shuttle service to & from the airport. There is a Friday's restaurant next door for dining. Complimentary coffee is provided in the lobby in the morning.

The hotel is very comfortable, has free internet access, is convenient to the airport, and the people who work there are very responsive. We've stayed there several times now in the past two years while visiting our daughter at college, and plan to stay there whenever we visit in the future.

The hotel is good just little details that should be taken care of the a/c makes a rattle sound the ironing board was broken they charge 13.50 a day to park in a open lot not gated or anything open to anyone if you're a guest parking should be complimentary well thats my opinion thanks for reading

The hotel is extremely convenient for travelers into and out of Midway Airport. We've stayed several times, and it's reliably clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced. The TGI Friday's next door is nice to have (and it does room service) and the pool and workout room--although we've not used them--look very nice. Gorgeous Hotel. Nice pool and Hot tub. The front desk manager, First initial "G", was so welcoming and a pleasure to work with. Good free high speed internet. Attached TGIFridays, and famous Giordano's deep dish pizza place 2 blocks away. Airplanes landing a block away but never heard a sound. Comfortable bed, clean rooms, and good service. Not a bad hotel - about average but a little expensive for what you get. The room was decent - my only complaints about it are that the bathroom arrangement was rather awkward, and as often happens there was a shortage of counter / shelf space in the bathroom area - enough for one person's stuff but not two or more. As for the hotel overall, there are […] a few things that bothered me - even in this relatively suburban location, where there was plenty of parking in the hotel complex, they charge several dollars per day to park; and there was a general lack of information provided to tell me where and how to find various hotel services. There was no guest book to tell me things like what breakfast was available, what times breakfast was available, what the checkout time was, where the laundry was (3rd floor), where the vending machines were (also 3rd floor), when the shuttle was available, and so on. All of this info should be in a guest book or otherwise posted in the room, like almost every other hotel I've ever seen. Why wasn't there a sign (maybe near the elevator?) telling me to go to the 3rd floor for laundry and vending machines? Why weren't the breakfast hours posted somewhere? A guest shouldn't have to go to the front desk every time they have a question like this, but that's what you have to do here. There isn't much going on around the hotel, except the airport. You'll have to drive at least half a mile or so to find anything you might need at a reasonable price (like bottled water, snacks; unless you want to pay outrageous prices to get drinks from the vending machine or store at the front desk), even a convenience store, or more than one or two decent restaurants. I read some unflattering reviews about this hotel dut I do not agree after staying there 3 nights. The personnel were very friendly and helpful. The shuttles to and from Midway were very convenient. It was a good experience all around.

There were several "unmentioned" costs associated with staying at this hotel. Other than that, we were satisfied.

My parents were in Chicago on a trip, when my Dad became ill. I flew to Chicago to help them. Dad was released from the hospital We came to the Courtyard Midway Airport hotel--sight unseen, because it was close to the Midway Airport, where we were to fly out of. After we got to this hotel, he had another episode of the problem that put him in the hospital, […] and had to be transported to another hospital. This caused us--rather, me--to have to stay another night in the hotel. The staff was so understanding and helpful during this time, assisting me in many things--taxi, booking, and just listening. My room was fine - nothing to write home about. It did take me a few minutes to connect to the internet using the provided cable. I did like the idea that T.G.I. Fridays was conveniently connected to the hotel. On the other hand, I did not enjoy paying $9.95 for my breakfast that also wasn't up to par. Flight was delayed and ended up staying overnight when not planned. Free shuttle from the airport, restaurant on site and great place to stay. Only got 4 hrs of sleep but it was a great 4 hrs!

一般的なマリオットタイプのホテル。シカゴ郊外のミッドウェイ空港へのアクセス、近隣のショッピングモールへもレンタカーがあれば容易にアクセスが可能。 空港に近いからか、ホテルの宿泊者もレンタカーの利用があると駐車場料金を一泊につき＄１３も宿泊料金に課金されます。 ホテル内のプールは狭く、浸かれる程度で　とても泳げません。 エクササイズルームはトレッドミル、フリーウェイトが有りまぁまぁ使えます。
