The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and good sized. The furniture was richer looking than your ordinary hotel. Rates were great. The bathroom was a little cramped and a little water damage on the walls but clean.

We used this hotel as an alternative to staying in more pricey places in Leavenworth. It was about a 1/2 hr drive back up the hill each way. But we did not have long waits to be seated in resturants. A plus was the hot and cold breakfast in the morning. This saved time and money also. The heated indoor pool and spa was a nice treat after skiing in the […] cold. "Musty smell, handyman not friendly"
We had two adjoining rooms right after christmas. The rooms had a musty smell that seemed to me to be a hidden smoke smell. Maybe left over from it being a smoking room at one time. I have bad allergies so it was a problem for me, but it might not be noticeable to others. The shower makes a loud, high-pitched sound the entire time the water is running. The […] kids enjoyed the breakfast both mornings. They didn't enjoy being bitched at by the handyman about being at the swimming pool with their 18yo brother. I went down after that and the handyman was still there and staring at my kids way too much and then yelling at me when they jumped in the pool. He insisted that it was too much like diving. Really, they were just getting in the pool at the deeper end feet first, not cannon-balling or being out of control. He was a total jerk and that alone made us not care for the hotel. The walls were thin, as others have noted here. That wasn't too bad because we were on the third floor, but the kids said they were woke up by the room next to them at 3am with loud talking, etc. The last thing is the ice machine is on the first floor only, which is a little annoying when you're on the third floor. Overall it was an ok experience, but we will be visiting family again and need a hotel and will not choose this one again simply because I couldn't stand the smell in the rooms. My sinuses were plugged and swollen both nights we stayed because of the odor in the room. There is a nice espresso shop right outside the front door of the hotel. That was a nice bonus! Lisätietoja

We have stayed at several Comfort Inns and Comfort Suites, but this one was the best ever! There's a difference between "it looks clean and it is clean" and this one really was clean. It was very comfortable and made our stay very enjoyable.

"updated hotel"
The interior walls look old but the room we stayed in had new, modern furniture and accessories. For the price, this is a pretty good place. We only stayed one night and there were no issues with customer service.

"Nice Hotel"
Very nice Hotel. Good location. Close to downtown. Only complaint was that the bathroom was a little small. Hard to get around the door to get to the bath tube. But we will stay there next time we go there.

The night gentlemen was very nice and helpful. Although the sink was broken it still worked but the breakfast was great with lots of options and the air conditioning made it wonderful to come to the room

My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay. The room was nice and clean, comfortable and quiet. For the price of our stay, breakfast was great! It offered a larger variety of hot items than what the typical hotels at this price range offer. We were surprised to see eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy on the counter. Overall great hotel. My stay was short but I was comfortable. The prices were reasonable for booking last minute for the Chelan Man race. It wasn't even a long drive to Chelan.

We stay at this location pretty much every time we go to Wenatchee. It is clean and comfortable and feels quite upscale so it is good value for the price they charge. Even when we go to see the Christmas light up in Leavenworth we stay here as it is not too far to drive from here. Check-in was quick and pleasant, rooms were clean, beds were exceptional, everything you should expect in a two-star property. I definitely will come back again!

check in was extremely slow, there was no parking in the hotel parking lot, our room was next to the pool area where they allow people to stay all night and it was horribly loud all night! Not a good experience at all.

We couldn't have been more pleased. The location was perfect for us because it was only 2 blocks from Wenatchee Valley Hospital, an easy walk. Lots of restaurants/shopping within walking distance. The beds were very comfortable, loved the pillows, the rooms clean, and the breakfast was excellent! We had cheese omlets, sausage patties, freshly made waffles […] with strawberries & whipped cream...for FREE! It's always a bonus for me when flavored creamer is offered and the chocolate chip cookies available in the early evening were such a nice treat! "Slow Elevator Only Negative"
Easy to find, friendly efficient reception, nicely appointed room, excellent breakfast. Only slight deficiency is the small, slow elevator.

We traveled 4 hours from Lewiston Idaho. My expections for the hotel were not high, but once we arrived they were better then expected by miles. The hotel area inside/outside were great. The […] son had to go swimming first thing. The pool/hot tub area was super clean and well stocked with towels and chairs. The free breakfast in the morning once again passed expectations as well. You make your own fresh waffles. Had choices of many different types of foods besides ceral. Comfort Inn of Wenatchee thank you for the great experience. The Comfort Inn in Wenatchee was a good value for the money. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast had something for everyone. The location was in the middle of town, so we were close to shopping and restaurants. I would stay there again.

The hotel was very nice and they even allowed us to check in early so that we could get ready for wedding later that evening. we would definately stay there again.

Downtown location close to everything. Nice sized rooms. Good complimentary breakfast. Fitness center with aerobic equipment not beat up. Pool small but nice for the kids to get them out of the room on a hot day. Nice staff. Bathroom with a little mold about the fixtures and AC rattling during the night were the only problems we had with the stay.
