Our hotel room was very clean and comfortable. The only complaint, not enough towels in the room. The breakfast in the morning was wonderful. There were hard boiled eggs, yogurt, waffles, cereal and other little goodies. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

After staying in a Hampton Suites this was a big step below but the hotel was clean although our non-smoking room had a lingering odor of a former smoking room. the hotel adverstises queen size beds, but they are full size at best. The first room checked into had a big red stain on the carpet, but staff readily seemed to be available for assistance and changed our room. Located 12 miles from the fedex forum, so not as close to downtown as anticipated. Staff was very friendly and helpful, though.

When we arrived, our room was ready, but did not have a fridge and microwave. We were immediately changed to a room that did. However, the TV and remote, which were brand new, was not "synced". Beds were very comfortable and room very clean - it is obvious that staff has pride in hotel - it is ready for a new carpet throughout, carpet has seen it's better days, but they are clean which is what I care about.

The hotel was clean and the staff was very accomodating. An added attraction was the continental breakfast. We were not bothered by loud or rude guest. Some repair work needed to be done but nothing we could not live with. The staff brought extra towels and tolietries for us when we needed them.

Prefect for our needs ..pet friendly. Hotel and room clean but could really stand an update. Carpet in room was so stretched it had large wrinkles. Would stay there again if the need was to arise.

This hotel was cheap, but the room wasn't clean (no one had vacuumed behind the night stand in a long time) and the bathroom is miniature with the sink outside of it.

The Inn was conveniently located. It was a little old and run-down seeming, but the staff I encountered were friendly. The hotel was pet friendly and cheap, and I would stay there again.

Pros: Hot water, quiet room, decent breakfast, working air conditioner, good selection on TV Cons: Room carpet was stained, tub didn't drain well, one bed was tilted slightly

The reviews were accurate on this hotel. Nice staff, clean room, good location, and nice neighborhood. Nice yard out front. Cracker Barrel across the street. would recommend to others.

This was our 4th stay here in Memphis. This hotel is as clean and comfortable as any 5 star hotel. Best bang for your buck as well!! Hotels.com is the best. bet. The breakfast was fresh and clean. Manager Tracey is at the ready for any needs you have,she runs a great hotel. Bravo to the entire staff!!

Whatever gives this hotel the x-tra half star after the first two was beyond my ability to recognize. The actual appearance reveals this venues age. While not poorly maintained, certainly showing signs of wear and tear. One of the two front desk aids was cheerful and welcoming, not so with the other. The staff was friendly and helpful. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The pool was clean and I especially enjoyed that. Breakfast was good, I mean, who doesn't like waffles? Would have liked some fresh fruit though. Nice hotel. I stayed there before and will again I'm sure.

The check-in clerk was on a personal phone call when we arrived. Our arrival did nothing to pause that call. I couldn't tell when she was talking to me or the person on the phone. This is our second stay here,and we have planned a third stay. It is very clean,brand new TV's great AC. Super stocked breakfast. The very best customer service. The front desk is superior as well. Equal to the larger chains!!

I choose this hotel because of its location, we wanted to avoid rush hour on our way out. Staff was friendly, pool was nice, breakfast was good.

1. A/C is too close to the desk. I had to close it when sat near the desk. 2. I do not like the attitude of the front desk. Anything else went well. Would like to recommend. I was living in room 106

We stayed here for a very short overnight because we were driving across the country. It was adequate and comfortable but nothing to write home about. Just your standard cheap hotel.

This hotel should rate 2 stars at best - its condition is lacking - carpets and furniture is well-worn. Plus there were noisy neighbors - a small barking dog awakened us in the early morning hours.

This hotel was convenient. The hotel was older but clean. The breakfast was good, but there was a lot of guest and they ran out of coffee and tables to sit at. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We did not have chair in the room,but the staff was quick to get us one.

We were very pleased with our stay at the Baymont Hotel. Every staff member was very friendly and helpful. We would recommend this hotel to anyone. It's a great hotel for your money.

We stayed 2 nights here and were very pleased with the hotel and its staff. Ms. Alexis was wonderful at check-in (even calling to let us know there were cookies at the front if we were interested). A great and cozy place to stay ! Store and restaurants just around the neighborhood. We have a good time me and my wife .

This place was not the cleanest (bathroom, under the beds, cleaned the pool myself) but I would stay here again. The customer service was outstanding! The manager called me by name and went above and beyond to make sure that my stay in Memphis was memorable. The rest of the staff was quick with recommendations for entertainment and dining. It was about […] 20 minutes from downtown so that was a drag but the staff more than made up for it. The continental breakfast was decent. I have paid more and received less service and the price really wasn't that bad. All in all, it was a pleasant stay, the beds were comfortable and the rooms spacious - would stay here again! An older hotel, but in good condition, nice pool, and our room was clean and comfortable. Very pleasant check-in clerk offered us chocolate chip cookies she had just made - yummy!

The rooms were adequate but the beds were old and too soft. We had a no smoking room, but the window was right above where everyone smokes, so the smell of smoke was very evident. Breakfast was good.

Stayed here with a friend during a week-long conference. It was clean and the staff was friendly. It's good for the night's sleep, because who stays at a hotel during the day. Convenience to the highway. Typical continental breakfast, but no water pitcher to quench your thirst. Freshly baked cookies did greet us each day after the conference.

Bed bugs were bad on first night, changed rooms, was better second night.

This hotel worked well for me. I had my dog with me, and I left her in the air conditioned room while I went sightseeing (it was 95 humid degrees outside). THE ROOM WAS SO SMALL. MY COUSIN ROOM HAD A FREEZER AND MICROWAVE AND WE PAID THE SAME PRICE. THE ELEVATOR TAKES FOR EVER. THE BREAKFAST BAR HAD NO MEATS NONE. THE SUPOSE TO BE GYM HAD 3 EQUIPMENTS.
