We rented 2 rooms for our stay. Both rooms were dirty and smelly. One room had belongings left from previous occupants, which tells you how well they were cleaned. Our room was not cleaned at all on the 2nd day and we were gone all day. When we called with problems the response time was either extremely slow or didn't happen at all. The staff at the […] front desk was friendly as was the staff at the continental breakfast. We ate there one morning. The food was average but they were very busy. The hotel itself was clean, and appeared fairly well maintained. However, the wi-fi in the rooms didn't work, only in the lobby on their computer, and none of the buildings had working ice machines. "NEVER TO STAY HERE AGAIN"
No internet, they said it was out but I could come to office and use the one in the lounge. When asked when it would be fixed they did not know. We were there 4 days and night. I have stayed at other hotels when they had problems with the net it would be up and running in less than 24 hours. They did not care. No working ice machine, it was as if they […] unplugged all of them. None in any building worked. Again they said come to office and get ice out of a ice chest. The hotel was close to the main strip and to the outlet malls. However, the room did not have a microware or refrigerator. I expected to have that in the room for the price of the hotel. The ice machine was broken although there was an ice chest where we could get ice.

The room's bathroom was not clean and smelled of urine. There were ants and flies all over the room, The breakfast bar was good and the office and kitchen staff were very nice and friendly.

Hotel...this is a motel. Bed was hard. Tv offered .10 channels. The seal around the door was falling off. Continental breakfast consisted of boxed donuts week old biscuits and gravy. Not an expensive motel to stay at but for the same money you can stay at a ramada or days inn.

The room was very clean. The beds were fairly comfortable but the sheets are a little small and came off the bed easily. Nice breakfast buffet. Other than the sheet problem we enjoyed our stay.

We loved the location on the hotel and the pool area is great.... they have 2 sectioned off areas for smaller children and a covered area with tables. The rooms were clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. We will definitely stay again!!
"Overpriced for the quality"
It was what you would expect from a cheap hotel. The AC was loud. There is no ice machine. There is no Wifi internet service in 2 out of three buildings. The bathroom floor was dirty. The remote control did not work. The breakfast room was crowded and there were long lines. Not worth the money.

they advertise pool and spa . the jets in the spa did not work . we told the desk attendent ,there response was, yea they dont work ????? the pool wasnt that clean. every time we left our room and returned in the evening we didnt have a parking place.we had to park way away from our room. then we worried about the security of our vehicle.

Basic room and not worth the price we paid. The smoke alarm kept chirping and the curtains would not close - finally, 2 hours later at 1am someone came to work on these. Then the next morning at 9:45 housekeeping woke us up (come on, check out is 11!), and then one of use took a lukewarm shower - should have been hot! Not happy.

enjoyed stay friendly service, clean rooms and the breakfast was great not what I expected for continetal breakfast - sausage, egg biscuits, donuts, waffles, fruit and cereal. "Great accomodations and low proce"
We were pleased with the hotel and the cost. It was easy to find, close to our conference and we were able to keep our little dog with us with minimal extra cost.

The bed was awful. I have never had a bed so uncomfortable. I could not sllep at all. My fiance had the same problem. Will never stay there again.

"Location and Pool"
This hotel was very accomodating and we enjoyed our stay. The pool was the highlight as we have three kids and the price of the room was very inexpensive. We did not know what to expect, but were pleased with the location and especially the size of the pool. we stayed three noghts and have no complaints other than the beds could have been a little bit […] softer, which I believe would be my complaint of every hotel we stay in. "Hotel in Branson"
The room was not ready when we went to check in. We had requested queen beds and were given doubles. Supposedly this information did not get from Hotels.com to Howard Johnsons. The bed mattresses were in sad shape. The tv did not have a remote. We found a bottle of whiskey underneath the bed, plus other trash under the bed. The only thing that I did […] enjoy was the pool. "Bad hotel in Branson"
I choose this hotel based on its location and the fact they advertised a resturant and bar. apon check in I was informed that they were no longer open, and had been closed for some time. On top of that it was not on the strip as they said and it was located a couple blocks off the strip.

"Decent for the price"
The room was clean but it was dark. The carpet needs some update. When I called hotels.com reservations, the guy said we would have adjacent rooms but when we checked in, we did not get adjacent rooms, but two rooms down. But for the price, it was ok.

the room was clean and comfortable they have a nice pool and play area as well as a nice breakfast room with all the usual continental breakfast stuff

MY FAMILY AND I WERE PLESANTLY SURPRISED AT THE SPACIOUS ROOMS. THE POOL AND SPA WERE SO RELAXING THEY TREATEDD US LIKE ROYALITY.
