Kaupungin New York sydämessä sijaitseva Milford Plaza at Times Square on kävelymatkan päässä kohteista Minskoff Theater, Broadway ja Times Square. Lähistöllä ovat myös Rockefeller Center ja Ed Sullivan Theater.

Televisiossa on kaapelikanavat ja maksulliset elokuvat.Huoneissa on tallelokerot ja langaton puhelin sekä ilmainen vastaajapalvelu. Vieraat voivat käyttää lisämaksusta huoneessa langatonta ja nopeaa langallista Internet-yhteyttä. Vuoteissa on petauspatja-patjat ja huippuvuodevaatteet. Kylpyhuoneissa on suihku/amme-yhdistelmä ja hiustenkuivaaja. Lisäpalveluihin kuuluvat silitysrauta / -lauta ja hygieniatuotteet (sisältyvät hintaan). Olin nyt kolmatta kertaa samassa hotellissa. Paria seikkaa lukuun ottamatta olin erittäin tyytyväinen. Suurin harmi oli se, että bide-suihkua ei ollut, ja se suihkujärjestelmä, joka oli, toimi alkeellisesti. Säätö ei toiminut, vaan vettä tippui jokaisesta kolmesta kohdasta, vaikka miten olisi säätänyt. Veden tulo alkoi aina kylmällä vedellä, ja sitä siis tuli joka tuutista. No, kyllä tilanteen kanssa oppi pärjäämään. Toinen harmi oli se, että vaimoni yöpyku katosi liinavaatteiden mukana, ja takaisin sitä ei saatu.

Hotelli on kohtuullisen hintainen. Sijainti aivan metroaseman vieressä, josta pääsee manhattanille melko nopeasti. Aamiainen on ihan okei, tosin tilat on aika pienet, joten oli melko ruuhkaista välillä. Huoneet on todella siistit.

Kaikin puolin todella super hyvä vaihtoehto .. Ei mitään huonoa sanottavaa hotellista tai no pakko se on jotain keksii että oishan se kiva jos tuohon hintaan/hintoihin sisältyisi oikeen maittava munakas pekoneilla ja tuorepuristetulla appelsiini mehulla, mutta voiko sitä kaikkea vaatia!

hotellia kunnostettiin, eli alakerta oli remontissa, mutta huone oli erittäin siisti ja sijainti loistava . . jos ei aio käyttää aikaa hotellin aulassa, hinta-laatu suhde oli todella hyvä
"Mukava hotelli"
Milford Plaza on ihan hyvä hotelli , erityisesti sijainti oli hieno. Hotellissa käynnissä olevat uudistusrempat jonkin verran toivat ylimääräistä "levottomuutta" päivään. Huoneiden yleinen ilme ja siisteys hyvällä tasolla.

Minusta hotelli oli varsin hyvä hinta-laatusuhteeltaan. Siisti ja miellyttävä huone. Olin varannut yhden hengen huoneen, tilaa oli runsaasti ja huone oli siisti. Ilmeisesti huoneissa suurta kokoeroa, mutta omani oli hyvä. Liikenteen melu suurkaupungissa luonnollisesti kantautuu osaan huoneista, korvatulpat kannattaa varata. Pimennysverhot olivat hyvät. Mukava vierailu.Hotelli siisti ja iso. Aulassa pieni aulabaari. Huoneemme oli "pieni", mutta hyvin siellä yömme nukuttiin.. pientä miinusta antaisin siivoojista.. aloittivat muutama aamuna melkoisen metakan käytävällä, juorutessaan.. :) ja se että kolme viimeistä päivää jäi meiltä siivoukset väliin vaikka lähettiinki joka päivä samaan aikaan hotellihuoneesta […] kaupungille.. Mutta päällisin puolin olin hyvin tyytyväinen.. loistava sijainti, huoneet siistit, suhtkoht lähiaikoina rempatut "modernisti" sisustetut huoneet.. :) Lisätietoja

"Milford Plaza-hotelli Manhattanilla"
Upealla paikalla oleva 1920 luvulla rakennettu hotelli. Ei mitään mukavuuksia, kuten esim minibaari tai pidee.... Erittäin pieni ja meluista huone. Olisi kaivannut edes minibaarin, että olisi voinut laittaa jotain syötävää kylmään. Hiustenkuivaaja oli matkafööniäni tehottomampi :) Käytävillä repsottaviin ja kupruileviin kokolattiamattoihin huonompijalkainen […] kyllä kompastuu.... Hotellin sijainti on erinomainen, kivenheitto Times Squaresta ja teatterialueen sydämessä. Huoneet olivat pieniä ja vaatimattomasti kalustettuja, ilman mitään erityismukavuuksia. "Dump"
As sad as it is. It was the worst hotel room ever. The reseption was nice and the staff kind. But when entering the hallway it all came very clear to me that no renovation has been done for many years. No air conditioner in the room. The room was very small for two persons. Even the WiFi connection was fee-paying. The location however is very good.

Erittäin hyvällä paikalla, vaatimaton, mutta siisti hotelli. Huoneet pieniä (sänky, yöpöytä, vaatekaappi). Kylpyhuoneen suihkuverhossa hometäpliä, putket ruosteessa. Huono ilmanvaihto. Ei luteita! Palvelu hotellissa ystävällistä. Safetyboxi puuttui huoneesta vaikka hotellin tietojen mukaan piti olla jokaisessa huoneessa, saimme sen kuitenkin kun pyysimme. […] Safetyboxin numero oli huoneennumero, jota ei ollut mahdollisuutta vaihtaa. The hotel has reasonable prices for its location. The only problem we had was that people in the next room were smoking and the smell of smoke was so overpowering that it woke us up when they came back to their room at 4AM. Bathroom heat was to HIGH.. Had to keep bathroom window open alittle. Can tell bathroom door had water damage. Rug was little dirty.
Room itself was tiny but very clean. bed comfortable, bath completely re-done. Lobby area somewhat frightening. Hallways dingy
"No hot water"
The rooms were clean, but have been remodeled cheaply and hazardously; there was no cover over the only extremely bright bedside light and almost caused me to burn my hand, but worst of all: there was no hot water for the shower in the morning and all we got was a shrug of the shoulders with the explanation that a boiler was down.

The hotel staff were courteous and helpful. The location is perfect for theatre goers.
Room was very small but the hotel was very close to Time Square and Broadway which was nice.

The hotel was undergoing some renovation, so it had scaffolding surrounding the building, but judging from the improvements made on the inside of the rooms, the place will look very nice once the construction is completed. "No hot water"
Long line to check in when I first arrived. Hallways and rooms looked like they needed to be vacuumed. Ice cold shower in the morning. Front desk manager offered nothing but an apology and late check out. I didnt want to stay past 12 noon so that did me no good.

Room had recently been refurbished to a very good standard, very clean with a comfortable bed. Unfortunately street noise was clearly audible in room. ideal location for sightseeing, one block from Times Square, convenient metro stations, Penn station and central Park within walking distance.

The management was rude and not very accommodating to its guests. Check-in times were not honored. I was charged for 3 days of parking when really it should have only been 2 days. An additional hour or two should be pro rated. I will not come back to the Milford, nor will any of my friends and family. "Location is the only good thing"
This is the fourth hotel I've stayed in NY, and by far the worst. It's not worth the price I paid. It felt more like a hostel. The room was right at the end of a long grayish black hallway. The "newly-renovated" twin bed room was too small and the bedroom door could not be closed - the door frame doesn't quite fit the door!! It felt unsafe! The hotel is conveniently located within 3 blks of the PABT and the subway. Lots of shops & restaurants close by, and right off Times Square. I like the feel of older hotels, but the best thing, is that the rooms have all been renovated & modernized. When I got to my room, it was tastefully decorated in a modern, clean, Euro-style design, but it was […] very small, with a window that looked out between two other walls of the hotel - not much of a view. The bathroom was modern, small, but efficient, but there was a terrible odor - smelled like the subway. I called front desk, and they promptly moved me from the 21st to 26th floor to a much larger room w/ a fantastic view of Times Square. They also sent a bellman w/ the new keys and luggage cart so I wouldn't be inconvenienced. Friendly and efficient staff. Love the computerized elevator system that will get you right to your floor quickly. Bed was very comfy. Tub nice and deep for a soak after walking about the city or dancing the night away. Great shower heads - good water pressure and very hot water - not always possible in older hotels. Love the lit mirror in the bathroom for applying makeup. Nice desk space for working. Great big full length mirror for getting ready for a night out on the town. Nice window treatments, lots of hangers. Had a cool European feel. I was relieved that this was just what I was hoping for- clean, comfortable, and close to Times square. "Satisfactory value for the money"
Was in NYC alone on business and stayed one night to meet friends for dinner. Service is satisfactory for that purpose but it's not a place I'd want to stay for more than a night. The bar is small with tiny plastic tables/chairs and drinks served in plastic cups. Front desk personnel were pleasant but the area was cluttered with messy desk behind the […] reception counter. Room was satisfactory though the thermostat was set on 77F and I couldn't change it, so turned it off and opened the windows. Room was quiet and reasonably comfortable, but if outside temperature was cold or hot the open-window option would be less favorable. Good water pressure in shower! Didn't use internet access. Flat-screen TV worked. Don't know about restaurant (if any). Reminds me of hotels in Europe that cost much more. My lady and I had a wonderful time at the Milford Plaza. The front desk service was very cordial and she evened "bumped" our room from a queen to a king ... not too shabby. My son and his fiance joined us at the bar area for drinks on Sunday evening and as with the front desk staff, the bartender was quite courteous. Perfect excess to everything that I wanted, the service was excellent, the staff was outstanding, the hotel going through renovation did not distract from my overall stay.
