Todella siisti ja kaunis hotelli. Henkilökunta todella ystävällistä. Kaiken lisäksi hotellista löytyi mm. pesukone, kuivausrumpu, ulkogrillit terassilla, huoneen numerot ym. pistekirjoituksella, hyvät ja ilmaiset parkkitilat, loistavan kokoiset huoneet (ainakin tuo One Bedroom Suite Two Doubles, NonSmoking).

"Best hotel stay of my life!!"
I had my daughters 8th bday party there. It started with the woman at the front desk being extremely friendly and helpful!! Her name was either tracy or stacy. We stopped by to look at the pool before we booked. She even had fresh warm cookies for my kids! They just did sum renovation, it was beautiful!! The cleanest room I've ever seen!! "Welcome Surprise"
After swearing I'd never stay in another Best Western years ago, I took a chance on this hotel, primarily because there weren't a lot of other choices in the area and my son, who goes to school in White Bear Lake, recommended it. I was happily surprised - it was a very nice property. The only signs that it is an older property were the doors, which […] had some wear and tear, but other than, it was wonderful. "Veru clean and well maintain hotel"
Got into town late in the evening and was very pleased with the hotel. The bathroom was clean and had Bed & Bath supplies. The bed was very comfortable. The wireless connection worked perfectly. The staff was helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

"Quaint and comfortable"
Beds were comfy enough, would have gotten a pretty good nights sleep except the walls are paper thin!! We could hear the cleaning lady knocking on all the doors on our floor..and everyone who was talking in the halls...other wise nice rooms
"It felt just like home"
All the staff were great! Very helpful and polite. I loved our room and the bed was comfortable which is a biggie coming from me. We went to another Hotel for the next night and both my husband and myself went through a let down as it was not nearly as nice as Best Western in White Bear Lake. Thank You Every-one! We will be back again soon...

"Close to family"
We wanted to visit familly who had moved to White Bear so booked a room at BW White Bear Country Inn. Upon arriving, discovered the Inn was only blocks from their house. We loved the decor, everything was clean. My husband loved the fresh donuts in the morning and Wolfgang Puck coffee. We didn't eat there but it looked like the restaurant was very busy. "A nice place to stay"
We were in town for a funeral so it was nice to not have to worry about anything except getting downstairs in time for breakfast. The hotel bar tenders are really nice. Our room was nice and cleaned/streightened each day. When we needed a refund on an unused room the front desk worked with hotels.com to make it happen.
"Excellent except for wireless network"
The wireless system was not working very well,long delays and wait time. After one day I gave up. Otherwise our stay was excellent.
Our 2nd Xmas here. Very pretty, nice size room, good service, love all the Xmas decorations. Can't wait to come back again!!

Very pleased with my stay. Due to the circumstances surrounding the need for this room and the number of people that were using it initially, we were moved to a "family suite". Thank you so much to the front desk for offering that option.

"Good room for a great price."
The motel is conveniently located in White Bear Lake and just minutes from St. Paul. Our room was pretty clean and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom tub did not drain properly, so it was not a pleasant experience to take a shower with six inches of standing water. Overall, we got a good rate for the room.

My boyfriend and I chose this hotel for a friend's wedding as it was very close to the reception- 4 blocks or so. When we checked in we went to our room to get ready for the evening and my boyfriend noticed the television did not work immediately. Something was wrong with the electrical outlet because the lamp and refrigerator did not work either. I […] called the front desk and someone came up to check it out. They ended up having to move us to a different room which was not a big deal at all. The next morning however we were woken up at 8:00a.m. by a maid WALKING INTO OUR ROOM. She/ he immediately walked out. 2 minutes later the phone in our room started ringing. I answered and a woman said, "hi this is so and so the head maid I have a question for you, are your curtains up?" I said "excuse me?" She said "are your curtains in your room up?" I said "uh yes they are up." She said thank you and hung up. I was thinking at this point what a weird question WTH is going on. Two minutes after that the phone rang again and this time it was a man at the front desk asking for my last name because there was no one registered to our room. I gave him my last name and had to explain the situation from yesterday that they had to move us to another room because of a problem. He told me he found my name and wouldn't be bothering me anymore. While I had him on the phone I asked if it was possible to get a later check out (keep in mind the hotel's policy for check out time is 11a.m.). The guy told me the latest he could do is 12:30p.m. I told him 12:00p.m. is absolutely fine. To make this already long story shorter after that we had maids entering our room two more times and knocking at least three more times. At this point it was about 9:30a.m. a full HOUR AND A HALF before the regular check out time. The last time they knocked I had just gotten out of the shower and was in a towel! "Best Western in White Bear Lake - repeat customer"
This is our third stay at the hotel. We've used the facility over Labor day weekend while visiting family and liked it enough to keep returning. The price went up quite a bit this year, but the facilities (heated pool) are great for our kids. Rooms are quiet and we like the location since it's close to family and also several nice bike riding roads. "Convenient but poor"
The Hotel was very convenient to all the WBL attractions, stores, and services. Our room, even though was considered non-smoking, smelt of old smoke. Temp of room was hard to control. Inclusive contential breakfast was inconvenient, with a very poor selection. For the value, I would not recommend this hotel.

"Nice place, good location"
Hotel undergoing renovation, but very nice. Clean and friendly. Only complaint was they had a function one evening and hotel guests couldn't find any parking spaces...no support from front desk with that regard.

"Non-smoking room?"
We have stayed at this motel a few times in the last few years and generally are happy with our stay and it is close to our kids apartment. Rudy's restaurant is always a nice place to eat or have a drink, and the motel is usually well kept. The breakfast buffet has always had the worst selection of foods of all the motels that we stay at, and it was […] a disappointment again. The biggest problem that we had was that we booked a non-smoking room, they said it was a non-smoking room, but it obviously used to be a smoking room because we could smell it the minute we walked in. There were no other rooms to move to because they were booked so we stayed anyway. I told the desk clerk about this when we checked out and he seemed unconcerned. Everything was great about our stay in this hotel. The bed was very comfortable! Free continental breakfast. Pool and hot tub were clean and perfect temperature. We'd recommend this place to anyone.
