Comfort Inn Saskatoon - Saskatoon

We stayed in Comfort Inn with our almost 3 year old Baby Girl. The staff were fantastic and 24 hour front desk staff were fantastic. We felt at home and it definitely exceeded our expectation. Breakfast was good and 24 hour milk access with a baby is really great. I would higly recommend this hotel to everyone.

For a hotel advertising "Non Smoking" rooms, we had MORE smoke & smells. The halls smelled very strongly of "old smoke". The room was dingy. The beds, were not comfortable. We had a patio door to make it convenient for handicap entrance. The people on each side of us were smoking in their patio doors, more in the room than out as it was cool. This sucked […] the smell into our room as well as theirs. The room was adequate, but no little extras - even the water bottle provided was extravagantly priced. The staff were polite & kind, but didn't make up for the room. We are definitely sorry we had prepaid for 2 nights, or we would have blown this popsicle stand as soon as possible. Lisätietoja

The condition of the hotel lobby was very shabby. ALL NIGHT our neighbour ran his tv very loudly then at 4am the buzzer on his alarm rang for a very long time then intermittently until we finally got up at 6am. We could hear lots of noise and conversations throughout the night. I really appreciated that pet friendly rooms are on ground floor and allow easy access through patio door facing parking lot. Very clean and comfortable room. And good coffee in the morning.

The Comfort Inn set back away from main streets proved to be a quiet peaceful place to stay. Even though it was set back away from the hustle and activity it was close to or provided easy access to Shopping and restaurants. It was somewhat difficult to find initially as access is limited by street set up and a nice full green Saskatchewan tree covered […] most of the hotel sign. The hotel is only 2 stories high so looking for tall buildings did not give us any clue as to location of this one. We rented several rooms for 3 nights each. All rooms were booked as non-smoking and the website states "all Guest rooms are non-smoking". What a surprize to find that all of our rooms - including the hallways smelled of smoke and that people were smoking just outside our patio doors. We even saw people ask for and receive smoking rooms at the front […] desk! For those of us with asthma and allergies - a room that has had smokers is not acceptable as a non-smoking room! It's worth for your money and calm & quite place to spend a night...

Hotel staff were friendly and accomodating, however, the room was run down. Two of the sliding windows did not close properly and outside noise was annoying. The bathroom door handle was very loose and the bedspreads were very dirty. The beds themselves were very comfortable as well as the pillows. Overall, I was pretty pleased with this hotel. Quiet and comfortable and the staff were very attentive and pleasant. The location is both good and bad. Good because it's five minutes from the airport. Not so good becasue there are no nearby restaurants, as in walking distance. Would I stay here again?
