The hotel was very comfortable and convenient. Our room was spacious, clean, and well maintained. If you want to be in the heart of Old Quebec and walk to everything, this would not be the place. the renovation in the room was amazing first thing no carpets hard wood floor, second the bathroom was totally renovated, we were 3, 2 adult and one teen we had a king size bed plus a queen size bed a nice flat screen tv.we also had a microwave and a fridge. the only draw back for the matress were to soft. Pleasant surprise. Very good for the money they charge. We had no smoking room and we did not feel any traces of smell in the room or even halls or lift. Thanks

The hotel wasn't a great Comfort Inn. The carpet was stained/ needed to be cleaned. No closet or refrig. Pretty small room. With a car, wasn't hard to get around. There were resturants in the area. You would need a car to stay there.

Une nuit très agréable toute fois l'insonorisation reste à perfectionner. Et surtout faire attention de bien débrancher le réfrigérateur pour bien dormir et de ne pas l'entendre toute la nuit. Sinon tout est parfait!!! Chambre très propre, lit confortable et à 15 min du vieux-québec.

Très bien mais très mal insonorisé, tu entend tout ce qui se passe dans les chambres voisine et du corridor. Pourtant c'est une hôtel rénové de fond en comble sauf qu'ils ont oublié l'isolation pour le bruit.

Malgré l'éloignement du centre ville, l'hôtel est tout de même proche d'une zone touristique active. Pour ceux qui se déplacent pour affaire, un arrêt métro-bus est assez proche (deux intersections) et permet de se rendre partout en ville. J'ai été bien accueilli et la chambre a un certain cachet. chambre tres agréable et propre, grand lit très confortable. Néanmoins, accueil peu chaleureux, situé en dehors de la ville de Québec. Pratique pour nous qui voulions uniquement nous rendre à l'ïle d'Orléans.

Hôtel refait à neuf, seul problème dans la chambre, le frigo est trop bruyant il aurait dû mettre une porte devant, le bruit aurait été amorti. A 5 minutes du vieux Québec et plusieurs restos au environ de l'hôtel. Nous y retournerons surement.

Distant from vieux quebec" .taxi will run in the range of c$12-14. Bus 800 takes a long ride frOm the hotel to get to vieux quebec city. Does not offer much Assistance if you are travelling with baby kid.

Accueil très chaleureux. Accès au vieux Québec très proche et aisé. Petit déjeuner très copieux. Rapport qualité/prix très intéressant. Que du positif sur cet hotel ... Dommage que nous ayons eu quelques problèmes de démagnétisation de clé !

hôtel à éviter ,première chambre la moquette remplie de trous de cigarettes ,chambre sentant la fumée ,ménage pas fait ,la partie petit déjeuner se fait dans un local de 4 m² à coté de l'entrée principale,le petit déjeuner se compose de produits décongelés ,un endroit que je ne recommanderais à personne
