Fairfield Inn by Marriott Billings - Billings

My daughter and I where very impress with our stay. The front desk staff is fabulous- so friendly and helpful! We will definitely stay at this Fairfield next time we are in Billings!!

I stayed at the Fairfield with four friends on a shopping trip to Billings. The hotel is very close to all the main shopping areas and restaurants. I did chose this hotel as other Fairfield's had the sink outside the tub/toilet area. this hotel did not, the pics are misleading... Otherwise it was a good place and will go back...

Staff was great, room was clean, comfy beds, nice area for breakfast.

Motel is conveniently located, clean and is the place we stay each time we return to Billings, MT.

The ceiling was a little thin.... we could hear the folks above uis and it wasn't exactlly what I'd like to hear. Overall we were very satisified and would stay there again. Thanks

This is the second time my family has stayed at the Fairfield in Billings, MT. The hotel staff are friendly without being phony, the bed linens are comfortable, and the bathroom is clean. Good breakfast food items. Quiet, clean, comfortable, would definitely recommend!

We came in late and left early, but it was very nice.

I read reviews about this hotel noticing some complaints about noise , this was was one of the noisiest hotels I have ever stayed at . The hotel is wonderful , the soundproofing from room to room is a joke .It is unfortunate that these motel chains spend MILLIONS on appearance and mere PENNIES on insulation .

Convenient location, perfect pool size for small ones, not too big to be overwhelmed by a ton of kids. Nice interior, clean. Beds were very comfortable. Didnt have a negative thing to report during stay besides no refrigerator in the room.

The staff was very friendly. The location was convenient. The rooms were up to date and clean. You can hear the trail at times, but I'm not sure there is anywhere in Billings where you could get away from it.

Twice a year I stay in Billings for 6-7 nights. This hotel was wonderful. It was clean, the staff was helpful and it was only a few dollars more than a Days Inn around the corner that was nowhere near as good as the Fairfield. I requested a fridge in the room and they were able to provide one. I would definitely stay here again.

Currently under construction/remodeling the common areas were virtually inaccessible, however, the room was very nice, clean, bed was comfortable and quiet. Will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Billings.

This hotel was just remodeled and everything was brand new and very clen. Staff was very nice.

Thke hotel was under renovation when we were there. The floor we were on was under construction from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM daily. Not much disruption to sleep, but tough to navigate in the hallways. Noise from passing trains was worse during the night. Good breakfast.

This is the third time we have stayed at this hotel. The quality of service is outstanding. They are in the process of renovating the hotel and have been for over a year. This would be the only drawback to this hotel. However, the repair work has always been on the opposite end of the hotel and we've never been bothered by noise or inconvenienced in […] any way. While the motel was decent and pretty clean, our room was very small, the snack machine wouldn't take dollars and the snacks were so old, they were stale tasting. But the worst thing was that we stayed 3 nights and the hot tub was cold and dirty. When we asked to have it fixed, we were ignored and nothing was done to fix it until our third day.

Nice comfortable room, clean and loved the white bed coverings with the attractive bed throw on the bottom. No more wondering who and what sat on the bed before. Close to a good Chinese restartant and others to choose from. Close to freeway access, but there was no road noise.

We had a king suite located mid-way in the hotel on the 3rd floor. It was extremely quiet and we only heard one train in two nights and I'm sensitive that way since I worked in the RR industry for 44 years. The hotel is wonderfully located near I-90 and a whole host of great restaurants which are within walking distance. Great front desk associate! Pool and hot tub were unavailable. Very adequate breakfast! We were satisfied!

The hotel is a little hard to navigate to, even when you are able to see it from the road. Some parts of the hotel are nicer and some parts felt old. I wouldn't have minded that, except the price was high enough that I expected more.

Not too fancy, and if you're looking for pillowtops and flat panel TVs, this place is not the one for you. The free breakfast was very good.... hot waffles is a kid favorite! The rooms were quiet, the beds were comfortable, but we didn't have time for the pool, as this was a layover on the way to Yellowstone.

Great place to stay-- close to reaturants and shopping. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Hope to stay there next time we are in Bismarck.
