(He was not naked) I was quickly, naturally, assigned another room and the we were both apologised. But I was not compensated in anyway for this really bizarre mistake that was made. Anyhow, I enjoyed my 10-day-stay. It was my second time already and I'll most likely will return as I love how clean the rooms are kept, the Greek tavern next door, and the possibility to go skating at the Lombard Roller Rink locally.

Punaisen linjan pysäkki yhden korttelin päässä. Juna kulki melko lähellä hotellia, mutta ei häirinnyt ainakaan omia yöuniani.

"Great location"
This hotel is in an amazing location. The park is right in front of the hotel and there's a free zoo in the park. Across from the park is the Lake. "The Only Place to Stay in Lincoln"
I was looking for a hotel in this area and Hotel Lincoln was recommended to me by my boss. It was a lot less than hotels downtown and other hotels in this area didn't seem like they were all that great. The junior suite I had was great, 2 bathrooms and spacious. The bed seemed a little too firm at first but actually sleeping on it was very comfortable. […] The rooftop bar and lounge is amazing and in the warmer weather it is a hotspot for sure. It is the only place that has pretty much unobstructed views of the park, the water etc. it was great. The entire staff up there is awesome. Overall this was a very nice hotel with excellent service and restaurants. Location had a great view of the lake and the rooftop bar was fantastic. Great restaurant on site for the foodies, beautiful location, right across from Lincoln Park, a marina, and the lake shore. Very good, people were terrific, very accamodating, location is great and roof top lounge, awesome! couple of comments: the room was very small, was a little loud to hallway and room next door, room service knocked on my door although I had a late check-out, food at lobby coffee shop should be better. Although we were reasonably comfortable in the room, it was rather small and the walls are very thin. We heard the children with their parents next door to us quite clearly. Very enjoyable. Good bar,good restaurant , good coffe bar. Staff service and attitude was excellent. Car parkers quick and attentive. The Hotel Lincoln is in a great location just across from Lincoln Park. If you don't want to pay $44 a day for parking, it is a hassle to find street parking. The room I stayed in was comfortable but the bathroom had some issues. the door to the bathroom is semi-transparent so if you have a light on in the bathroom, the bedroom is lit up as well - not […] convenient if you don't all go to bed and get up at the same time. The shower was weirdly laid out so that it was impossible not to flood the bathroom floor. With the exception of the bathroom and parking, this is a nice option for a Chicago stay. "Charming, stylish and a great value!"
Everything was lovely - from the hotel staff to the decor throughout the entire hotel. The rooms are a little small, but the decorator did a fantastic job of making them comfortable and not feeling cramped at all. Great views of Lincoln Park were a nice bonus. Anything I asked for, they delivered - including a free upgraded room. The lounge on the top […] floor is sleek and the coffee shop on the ground floor is quaint (although a bit pricey). The restaurant, although not a true part of the hotel from what I understood, was amazing! I'm a vegan and the chef created a meal for me that was, hands down, the best vegan meal I have ever had in a restaurant. I will definitely recommend Hotel Lincoln to everyone! "The place to stay if you want to stay in Lincoln"

"Once Again We Had A Great Stay"
We stayed at the hotel in October and were really pleased to find 5 months later that the hotel still has its fun vibe and the same helpful staff. The coffee shop crew is terrific and remembered my order after the first day. Also I love the door/valet crew - they are working their behinds off in the February cold smiling and joking, but always courteous. […] The front desk is helpful as are the housekeeping staff. It really is a nice place to stay - the elevator can be a hassle, but just be patient it will come. We also had occasion to visit the roof top bar (thank you for adding Port to the menu) very fun and the restaurant very good food. Enjoy your stay - we most certainly will be back. Katie at the front desk insisted that we only had a one night stay which was booked through Expedia.She was very argumentative. When we explained we were with Hotels.com she said we had to come back down to the desk to "check out" and then "check in" again. We will continue to come to Chicago to visit our Granddaughter every few months. Katy at the front desk was exceedingly helpful and friendly. Rooms are on the small side but they are modern and comfortable. The only complaint is there was a floor AC/Heat unit instead of central air but it was relatively quiet. I stayed at Hotel Lincoln for an interview at a nearby university. I was half an hour early and they let me check in, which was extremely helpful as I had other things I wanted to do than wait in a lobby. All of the staff were extremely helpful. Loved the location near Old Town/Lincoln Park. The wall of "Thrift Shop" art was entertaining and made me smile each time I walked by it...very fun decor. Our room was small but the bed and pillows were quality. The only complaint was an issue with hot water. When I spoke to the desk person he was responsive but it seemed as this could have been avoided […] at check-in by locating us on different floor. The hand written apology was a nice touch.
