Henkilökunta ystävällistä ja asiointi englanniksikin onnistui. Aulassa oli jatkuvasti tarjolla ilmaista kahvia, teetä, mehua, keksejä ym. pikku purtavaa. Kiva sauna ja allasosasto. Pyyhkeiden ja pesuaineiden kanssa ei pihistelty. Hyvä aamiainen. Hyvät kulkuyhteydet vanhaan keskustaan. Kävellenkin matka sujui nopeasti. Autolle löytyi maksullinen parkkipaikka hotellin pihasta.

A great location and excellent service and facilities.
Wonderfully helpful staff, great location near the heart of old Dresden and modern shopping areas (in fact sometimes it was quicker to walk back to the hotel than to wait 10mins for the next tram). There's also two supermarkets set into the mall beside the hotel for easy shopping. Two trams stop outside the Hotel which will take you everywhere of […] interest, including Dresden HBF where you can get to Berlin in 2 hours. 20mins from Dresden airport by train with the train station right outside the door. "Very Accomodating"
Hotel was very nice. Staff was very helpful.. Hotel is by convention center not in the tourist area. Hotel breakfast looked great but was not offered on hotels.com and was very expensive! However, they are attached to a mall that has a very good bakery for breakfast and a supermarket to shop at.
"Comfortable Hotel Short Walk from Center"
I chose this hotel because it is relatively close to the main train station (actually, about a 10-minute walk). It's a modern, spacious hotel, with large rooms by European standards, adjacent to a convention center and indoor shopping mall. Our room was exceptionally large--I think we had a junior suite, with a nice sitting area at one end of the room. […] Very large bathroom with large comfortable tub. It was about a 12 to 15 minute walk down to the heart of the old city, or a couple of stops on the tram, but it was a good compromise between being near the station and near the sights of Dresden. I got the room without breakfast, and bought pastries and coffee at the bakery in the mall every morning except our last, when we had the breakfast buffet, which I thought was good but very expensive. "Nice Hotel"
This hotel is built into the World Trade Center mall, located along Freiburg Strasse. It is a reasonable walk down this street to the attractions of Old Town. Hotel staff were helpful and friendly. Our room was quiet, nicely decorated, and a little small but comfortable for 2. It had a large and well lit bath with modern fixtures. A full buffet breakfast […] was available for 17 Euros. Parking in the WTC garage under the hotel was available for 12 Euros/day. There was a charge for wireless internet in the room, but a free computer was available for guests in the hotel lobby. "Reception staff or prison warders ?"
These days, it is quite rare to find reception staff who are rude or obstructive but we encountered 2 prime examples at this hotel. We arrived quite early (about 11am) and were informed that the check-in time was not until 3pm. We understood this and went off to lunch, saying we would be back sometime between 2-30 and 3. We duly returned at about 2-45, […] quite tired after a very early start that morning, and asked if we could have the key to the room. No, it was not ready. I said that we did not mind if work was still going on but were still refused the key. I asked when the room would be ready and was told the domestic staff could not be contacted (and no attempt was made to do so). Now quite annoyed we waited until 3pm (the 2 reception staff appeared to find this most amusing) and at 3pm I asked again for the key. I was told that my watch was wrong and we would have to wait a further 2 minutes ! By now I was really angry and asked to see the manager, who I was told was not available. We were eventually given the key at 3-02. In our view there is a serious problem with staff training at this hotel. The reception staff treated us as inconvenient irritations which is totally unacceptable for a supposed 4-star hotel. The hotel facilities themselves were fine but this appalling staff attitude ruined it for us. "Hotel Elbflorenz Dresden great location"
This hotel was perfect for us. It had all public transportation practically at its doorstep hich made sight seeing in Dresden and surrounding towns easy. It also had a very nice restaurant on the premises, reasonably priced and delicious. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

"Fine hotel."
This was a surprisingly good hotel. I didn't expect this kind of quality in the former East Germany. However, it's as modern as one could ask for. The staff is friendly and extremely competent. "Besser als Angenommen!"
Die Beschreibung des Hotels in Hotels.com ist zutreffend. Trotzdem war das Hotel und die Zimmer schöner und besser als zum einbehaltenen Preis zu erwarten war - allerdings ein Angebot! Sehr überhöht finde ich den Preis des Frühstückbuffets, sofern man sich vorort zu einem solchen entscheidet!
"Gutes Hotel, relativ zentrale Lage"
Das Hotel liegt 15 Min. zu Fuss vom historischen Zentrum entfernt. Die Anbindung mit dem ÖPNV ist gut, Haltestelle 100 m vom Hotel. Die Zimmer sind klein, aber in gutem Zustand und sauber. Der Sanitärbereich ist ansprechend und praktisch gestaltet und im Verhältnis zum Zimmer geräumig. Das Zimmer ist ruhig (zum Innenhof). "Hyggelig hotell"
Hotellet er nytt med alt man trenger. Ligger i et shoppingsenter med god parkering (parkesingshus). Ca 15 minutter å gå til sentrum.

Die Lage ist günstig:10 mn zu Fuß bis zum Postplatz(Centum der Altstadt) oder Straßenbahn vor die Tür. Das Ambiente ist sehr angenehm, vermittelt einen warmen Eindruck. De gjorde alt for art vi skulle føle og godt tilps, meget sødt personale med omtanke og følsomhed og ansvar. Dejligt dobbeltværelse, men der manglede en kurvestol mere. dejligt badværelse med alt hvad dertil hører. Hele opholdet var super, god sporvognsforbindelse til HBH og alle kulurelle seværdigheder m.m.

Vi havde nogle dej lige dage i Dresden. Hotellet var rart. Men!!!! TV på værelset var utidsvarende og da morgenmad ikke var med i værelsesprisen tilkøbte vi den for 17,5 € p.p. Det var meeeeget dyrt. Dertil skal siges at det var lækkert. Dejligt ophold, som vi måske kunne finde på at gentage.

"Einfach Super"
Das Hotel Elbflorenz ist nicht weit vom Hauptbahnhof und die besten Sehenswürdigkeiten Dresdens, und doch ruhig. Sehr sauber, und Essen im Bistro herrlich.

Das Hotel ist Teil eines Gebäudekomplexes Namens World Trade Center, naja. Die Zimmer sind angenehm eingerichtet, leider stellt man wie bei fast allen Hotels fest, daß Hoteliers und Innenausstatter niemals in Hotels arbeiten oder leben müssen. Schränke haben keine oder zu wenig Einlegeböden, zu wenig Bügel etc. Auch freie Steckdosen sind zuviel verlangt. Das […] Frühstücksbuffet ist umfangreich und sehr gut. Es wurde auch ständig wiederaufgefüllt. Leider ist nur die Positionierung des Buffets ungünstig, da man mit den Sachen durch einen Engpass und zwei Stufen überwienden muss. Obwohl das Hotel während unseres Besuchs recht gut bebucht war hatten wir nicht den Eindruck das es zu Engpässen im Frühstücksraum kam. Lisätietoja

"Florentinische Unterkunft"
Das Hotel liegt zwar nicht direkt im Zentrum, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind jedoch in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen (schön ist auch eine Fahrt mit den Fahrradrikschas. Unterkunft und Verpflegung sind ausgezeichnet, das einzig Störende waren die automatischen Sonnenrollos morgens.
