Hotellissa Cambridge Suites Hotel - Toronto on poreallas, sauna, kuntokeskus tai -sali ja ilmaiset polkupyörät. Nopea langatonja langallinen Internet-yhteys on ilmainen yleisillä alueilla. Tämän 4-tähden hotellin liiketoiminnan palveluihin sisältyvät liiketoimintakeskus, kokoushuone ja AV-laitteet. Majoitusliikkeen (vihreä/kestävä kehitys hotelli) ravintolapalveluihin kuuluvat ravintola ja baari / aulabaari. Vieraspysäköinti on saatavilla lisämaksusta. Cambridge Suites Hotel - Toronton 229 ilmaistoidussa huoneessa on minibaari ja tervetulovarustus. Vierashuoneissa on seuraavia näköalavaihtoehtoja: kaupunki. 37-tuumainen LCD-televisio, joissa on digitaalikanavat ja maksulliset elokuvat, ovat saatavissa. Kaikissa huoneissa on työpöydät, tallelokerot ja suoravalintapuhelimet, jossa on vastaajapalvelu; ilmaiset paikallispuhelut sisältyy huonehintaan (voimassa saattaa olla rajoituksia). Hotelli sijaitsee aivan North York Centerin kauppakeskuksen ja metroaseman vieressä. Mukava huone, hyvä aamiaispöytä, kodikas kuntosali saunoineen ja pikkuisine uima-altaineen plussaa. Vastapäätä rakennettavan pilvenpiirtäjän työmaa saattaa häiritä herkimpien aamu-unia.

Toronton keskustasta hyvän matkan päässä jos on henkilöautolla liikkeellä. Parkkitilaa on hyvin ja sijainnin kannalta rauhallinen paikka. Aamiainen tarjoillaan EI kertakäyttö astioista joka on ympäristön kannalta hyvä asia ja tietty aamiaisen nauttimisen kannalta. Ainut mikä ei mielestäni sovi aamiaiseen, että esim munakkaasta piti maksaa erikseen, se joko kuuluu hotelli hintaan tai ei. Muuten kokonais vaikutelma hyvä.
Lisähenkilöistä saatetaan periä maksu, joka saattaa vaihdella hotellikohtaisesti.
Sisäänkirjautumisen yhteydessä vaaditaan virallinen kuvallinen henkilöllisyystodistus ja luottokortti mahdollisten lisämaksujen takia.

"Best customer service ever"
Very good location in downtown Toronto. The conference center is only 10 minutes away by foot, the Eaton shopping center is right next door, etc. Rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable and the service is extraordinary. Very friendly staff indeed. However, the breakfast could have been better.

Rooms need double windows because of the street noise and noisy air-conditioning machines on the tops of the next buildings. Easy to hear noise from the rooms next door and from the corridor. Staff was very friendly. View from the gym was great. Room was clean and spacious but needs some updating. It was nice to have two big flat screen tv's.

Excellent location, near Eaton Center. All public transportation easily accessible. Big room, separate bed room and living room. "Our Favorite Place to Stay in T.O."
Our room had two minor issues which we reported at checkout. (Refrigerator did not work well due to broken seal on door and toilet needed a little tightening) I will trust the hotel will address these maintenance issues. I enjoyed the hotel ambience, felt very safe and the hotel was close to shopping, restaurants. I ate dinner one evening in the hotel and the food was excellent. There is a great breakfast restaurant one block away and the entrance to the Eaton Centre is right next door to the hotel

The suite was very nice, with two large TV's, good amenities. The only restaurant was expensive, especially for drinks (over $70 for two drinks apiece). Staff very helpful. The hotel is right in the heart of Toronto at a convenient walking distance from the shopping centre and Yonge street. It is also not far from the beaches and the restaurants. The staff are very friendly and quite helpful but I was a bit surprised that no one helped us transfer our bags in the luggage trolly to our floor. But overall great!
great hotel, will stay again, just unfortunate that there was construction work going on on nearby location, which could be heard through windows.

Pleasently surprised at the hotel room. Room was clean & plenty of room for the kids. Liked the seperate room set up, Bedroom / living space. Staff were helpfull & check in was easy. **Couch pull out bed not too comfy for adults** Only complaint was the late night door slamming...perhaps they can try to put families away from party rooms,etc. Not the […] hotels fault, but something to consider when checking in next time. Location was excellent. Very close to major shopping centre, Eaton Centre, restaurants on Kings, breakfast places and the St Lawrence market. Absolutely close to TTC Queens which has an underground exit direct to Cambridge Suites on weekdays. (A big bonus in the cold weather). Suite was spacious and luxurious. Service was good. "My home in Toronto"
Whenever I'm in Toronto, I don't consider anyplace else. For less money than the so-called top hotels, you get a beautiful, spacious well-stocked 2-room suite with 2 flat screen TVS. Friendly staff, well-maintained. Location is within walking distance of everything downtown and a subway stop is just a block away.

Hotel is very nice, well kept and my corner suite was nice and large and bright. If I had any complaint is that street noise sometimes came through, but not sure that sirens can ever be completely muffled. Very convenient to shopping and subway.

Stayed here for two nights in March and we were more than satisfied with our stay, since the hotel was good value for a visit to downtown Toronto. We 'lost' our car in the on-site parking and the hotel staff were very gracious in helping us find it. Our only complaint is that room service was not good.

Booked this hotel last minute after an issue with another hotel. Our room was beautiful and spacious. The jacuzzi overlooking Toronto was very nice. Within walking distance to everything we wanted to do. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

We attended a conference in a nearby hotel but didn't want to stay there, as conference hotel tend to be extensive but mediocre. Cambridge Suites was a perfect alternative, with spacious, beautiful rooms (small suites in fact, with bedroom and living room) that we found new, clean, and friendly, at a very reasonable price. Location is convenient, although […] you have to walk ca. 15 minutes to get a better variety of dining options, to the entertainment district of China town. WiFi included. "A very comfy stay!"
I stayed at the Cambridge Suites for 4 days. Without exception, the staff members were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The room was a bit worn but was spotless and spacious. I was by myself, but could easily have stayed with my family of 5 had I had one of the 2-queen suites with the sofa-bed. We stayed at the Cambridge Suites on Richmond St, Toronto. Close to shops (Eaton Centre). When arrived we mentioned that we were there for my birthday and they gave us an upgrade to our room on top floor, champagne and strawberries were sent to room and breakfast was included. Staff very friendly. Great view.

This hotel is at a greast central location in the downtown core. the rooms are fairly large and the bed is very comfortable. I would not recommend paying the extra money for the breakfast because it is a very poor continental one like you get in Best Westerns with lousy coffee, definitely not worth the extra $20 per person. "Cambridge Suites: Very convenient and spacious"
I stayed in a suite at the Cambridge Suites for 3 nights to attend a conference. The extra space was definitely worth it. The later checkout time of 1Pm was also very nice. The only negative thing I observed about the room is that the air was stuffy and stale. There was a curious smell especially in the closet. "Very pleasant"
The staff were very helpful, the room was nice and hot tub on the top floor was great. My only negative was that the breakfast was pretty poor selection and not worth the $15 but there were places to eat around the corner for good value and much better selection. I would recomend this hotel if you are staying in Toronto
"Outstanding customer service"
When checking in the front desk staff inquired as to the reason for our visit. I said it was for my wife's birthday. Later on a complimentary bottle of wine was delivered to our hotel room with a card for my wife.
