The hotel was a basic, clean hotel near the Medina and new town of Marrakech. I was especially impressed by the hospitality of the staff!

The location was good, the staff were friendly, the hotel rating is not up to the UK standards. In need of a deco update! A few minor bits and pieces to annoy, like improper drainage when showering allowing water to make its way to the door and soaking the carpet, TV buttons broken & picture quality poor! The spa was expencive and the massage was bad.
"Good hotel...but..."
Lets start with the basics...this is Morrocco...their version of a 5 star hotel is not the same as in europe, this is on a par with a good 3*, however the price you pay reflects this, it really is great value for money. in my opinion this is not a 5 star hotel, although I am sure it was quite impressive when first opened. It is in deperate need of updating and needs a thorough clean, which I am sure has not been done since the hotel was opened. only 1 of the 3 restaurants was opened even though it was peak season. "Wonderful staff"
The hotel staff were unbelievable kind and helpful! I had forgotten my credit card and had no cash for our 4-day trip! The hotel let us eat and drink whatever until money could be wired to me...they were understanding and sweet at a moment when I was ready to freak out and thought the holiday might be ruined! My son broke a bowl/ashtray in the room […] and the cleaning woman came quickly to vacuum the small pieces and give us a new one and all with a smile on her face! The man in charge of sports and activities at the pool took my kids under his wings and played games with them as they were the only teenagers there at that time. He was upbeat and friendly and always trying to get people involved in the various activities they offered. "Kenzi Semiramis Hotel"
The hotel was very good, but a bit tired, Could do with an upgrade, very clean and all services to hand. Staff very friendly and helpful. It also has monetry exchange facilities but limited the amount you could change. The hotel is situated a bit further than we would have prefered. Airport transport vehicle in needs cleaning or replacing.
This was my first travel to Morroco and we had a fantastic time. The Hotel was about 20mins drive from the airport. The hotel arranged to pick us up as this was included in the price. Most of the staff were very friendly and some do speak English although main language spoken is Arabic & French. The rooms were BIG and clean. bathroom/toilet excellent. […] there was also a fridge with drinks too. The power supply is 2pin(not3), if you ask the receptionist they'll give a 3pin adaptor. The Hotel has a very pleasent surrounding with palm trees and my kids really enjoyed the swimming pool. And the breakfast was great. This was a buffea and so much to eat. Just returned Monday 4th October 2010. A nice hotel in a quiet location. Travelled out of the summer season so it wasn't too full, which was nice. It was advertised as a 5 star hotel but I would rate it more as a good standard 3 star hotel. The room was clean and comfortable and the cleaning ladies were friendly and helpful. The pool loungers and mats […] were a little old and could have done with replacing (2 star hotel standard). Most people at this hotel were retired couples and the occasional young couple with babies. Yet for some reason the pool attendants kept turning up their music really loud. Even when sitting away from the pool side it was difficult to read and my husband asked them to turn it down on one occasion. They happily obliged, but within one hour it was back up again. On one evening we were discussing with the concierge at the reception on which restaurant to go to that evening.Upon choosing, he then offered to ring a reservation for us. However when checking out at the end of our holiday we discovered we had been charged a few pence for this call. Certainly not what I would expect from a 5 star hotel. Overall though a pleasant hotel with friendly staff. I have ticked that I would recommend this hotel. But I would certainly make people aware that it wasn't 5 star standard. If the hotel sorted out the pool loungers and music I would be more enthusiastic about my recommendations and re think my view on the star rating. Lisätietoja

Me, my wife and our little kid stayed in this hotel for 4 nights in Feb 2010 and it was an amazing experience for us. Good Points ========== 1) Very good hotel and we got 1/2 board for very good price 2) Good quality of food, breakfast and evening meals. Buffet and multi cuisine. Kids play, tennis, beach volley ball facilities and many others 5) The staff had a personal touch with customers. The check out time was 12:00 in the noon, and our flight back from Gatwick was leaving Marrakesh @8:00 PM, which means we would ideally leave Hotel @5:00 PM. "very bad customer service"
bad service for a 5 star hotel.nobody speaks english.you have to pay for the use of the gym and sauna.your sheets are not changed everyday which should be standard.for some reason only your pillow cases are changed.lack of interest from staff.

They try to get you to buy SO much stuff from them -- packages, tours, etc. They charge for the gym, take a deposit for towels, the list is endless. But it's pretty and clean. And breakfast is super yummy.

Hotellet är storslaget med stora rum och breda bekväma sängar. Allting är i jätteformat. Trevlig bar med underhållning på kvällen. Riklig frukost med trevlig betjäning. "Goed, verzorgd hotel"
De checkin verliep erg snel, we werden door de bagagist gebracht naar de kamer en lichte ons het een en ander toe over het hotel. We waren er in dec, heerlijk weer maar net te koud voor het mooie zwembad die omringd is door een mooie tuin. De kamers zijn ruim en schoon! je kunt er ook veilig je auto parkeren. Wij keren hopelijk zeker weer eens terug […] met een leuke aanbieding! min puntje, de douche kop moet je in je had houden, het ontbijt daar is niet super de broodjes zijn super hard en het proeft niet vers. juste une notice négative: au 31/12 une employée de la réception de l’hôtel a essayé sérieusement de nous faire repayer le dîner de sylvestre alors que c’était prépayé et on a lui dit, mais elle a insisté, et nous aussi, et elle a ré insisté, mais nous aussi, et à la fin de compte, après un temps assez longue elle a nous admis au dîner.

Hotellet har 4 stjärnor men det är svår att se vad som har uppbringat dessa. Hotellpersonalen var uttråkad, information obefintlig trots påminnelser och maten riktigt trist. Vill jag ha Pizza och Pasta åker jag till Italien och då är de förmodligen vällagade. Ingen Marockansk mat fanns. Det var dock rent och fräscht. Fem stjerner som kanskje mistet noe av sin glans men pusses på av blid og søt personale, og et nydelig utemråde med rent svømmebasseng. Perfekt for barnefamilier. En oase bort fra hektisk byliv og allikevel bare en kort taxi eller hestedrosjetur unna mylderet.

Necesita una reforma urgente. Calificado 5 estrellas y no merece más de 3. Muy alejado del centro, es necesario ir siempre en taxi. Limpieza bien. Personal correcto, no tanto en recepción.
"Bra value for money"
Hotellet tilsvarer ikke ett 5 stjerners, men ett 2-3 stjerners hotell. Jeg var forbredt på dette og synes derfor opplevelsen var bra. Jeg fikk ett rimelig tilbud og synes det var good value i forhold til dette. Hotellet hadde store hotellrom med air-con, internet og fint bassengområde. Taxi til sentrum mellom 30-50 diram.

Her er det spart på alt. Det har nok en gang vært et femstjernes hotell, men det er nok lenge siden... Dette var trasig, aircondition virket dårlig, maten var forferdelig, og de ansatte var alt annet enn hyggelig, og kunne du ikke fransk kunne det bare være. Det var billig, men vi hadde ikke valg det på nytt. Høy musikk ved basseng.

Franchement très deçue de cet hotel dès la reception accueil très froid, les chambres pas très propore et surtout pour avoir des serviettes propres le matin il faut attendre le début d'après-midi, donc vaut mieux prendre sa douche avant le petit déjeuner. Hotel classé en 5 étoiles sur votre site, on est loin des prestations en d'un 5 étoiles. Cet hotel merite tout au plus 3 étoiles. L'acceuil laisse à désirer, trop bruyant en particulier la nuit, le buffet pour le petit déjeuner est catastrophique, fort heureusement nous n'avions pas pris la demi pension. Seul avantage c'est la proximité du centre ville […] on a donc pu s'évader de cet hotel décevant et passer nos journées à l'extérieur. Hotellet ligger "inte" nära flygplatsen. Man får en sightseeing genom staden med taxi. Vilket är lite positivt. Själva hotellet är lugnt och har mycket grönska. Restaurangerna på hotellet har ingen variation på sina menyer, vilket blir tråkigt även under bara 1 vecka. Frukosten kunde va bättre och mer varierande. Själva standarden var bra men definitivt […] inte 5 stjärnigt. Högst en 3 a , men skulle definitivt bo på hotellet igen. Vill man ha nära till shopping på marknaden och sevärdheter så skall man inte bo här utan närmare city. Eller hyr en taxi o guidas av chauffören, vilket vi gjorde. Hotellet är inte ett 5-stjärningt hotell - mer ett 4-stjärning. Beställde man frukost på rummet och därefter ställde ut frukostbrickan utanför dörren fanns brickan kvar 3 - 4 timmar därefter utan att någon tagit bort den. Detta såg vi vid ett flertal tillfällen. Vill man klassas som ett 5-stjärnigt hotell måste det bli bättring på bl. a. detta.

Dans l'ensemble l'hôtel est bien mais il ne mérite peut etre pas 5 étoiles! La nourriture est toujours la même j'y suis allée 5 jours et j'en avais vraiment marre de manger toujours la même chose!Il ne faut pas aller dans cet hôtel si vous voulez de l'animation car il n'y en a pas quelques chansons au bord de la piscine et 2 malheureux musiciens au […] bar à l'intérieur qui font des approches de chansons, quand ils sont là! Il y a une boutique à l'intérieur ou les prix sont abusés encore plus cher qu'en France, c'est pareil prenez en tout compris car 3 euros pour une bouteille 18 euros pour un repas... Surtout téléphoner à l'hôtel avant de partir pour réserver la navette gratuite car je ne l'ai pas fait du coup on a du prendre le taxi et demande10 euros par personne pour 15 minutes de voiture!Personnel trés gentil à part le maitre-nageur qui nous a jamais dit un malheureux bonjour. Nous avons trouver une sorte de cafard dans les wc de notre chambre : une grosse frayeur une fois tirer la chasse d'eau nous l'avons jamais revu!!!Mais sinon dans l'ensemble il est bien pas trop loin du centre ville, du jardin majorelle, de l' aéroport et de la palmeraie.Nous avons fait le dîner spectacle fantasia à 45 euros par personne nous avons bien mangé et le spectacle était sympa surtout le lieu est magnifique. Nous avons passé une semaine à 5 dans cet hôtel. Il est d'un bon rapport qualité prix pour la prestation hôtelière.
