There was an odor in the hallways but the room smelled was ok. The door post needs a paint job. I did not like the fact that they do not offer daily maid service. They charge for this for maid service. The facet in the room dripped. The tub stopper that makes the water go to shower mode was not working properly. The remote did not have a sleep timer. […] The clock radio numbers were not working properly. There was draft in the hallway. If you have the money go to another hotel. There isn't a 24 hours front desk service person. So after 11pm you are on your own. The only good thing I can say is there are a lot of places to shop in the area. Lisätietoja

It's a very basic hotel. I've been in worse, but I've been in better. The room smelled funny (kind of old and musty). The tv was very small and old. It was very quiet at night and was well located in relation to highways and good restaurants. No signs of bed bugs which was a very good thing.

It was fine for a 1 night stay. The floors were dirty & the toilet didn't flush great. Probably could use some updates.

You get what you pay for!

This hotel was clean, well appointed and quiet. The staff was excellent, too. I would stay here anytime I'm passing through or staying in the area for a holiday.

The bed was hard as a board. It was clean and neat . The employes were helpful and pleasant. I felt safe coming and going and it did not wreak of pot like other hotels in this area.

they ddidn't have a non smoking room availble It made it a very difficult stay. Sinus is still bothering me

Great hotel very comfy and i plan on staying again soon.Me and my boyfriend stayed for 2 nights.It was very afordable.

I would highly recommend the Extended Stay America Akron - Copley. The area was great with several restaurants withing walking distance and the highway is very accessible. The location was central to our friends and family located in the Akron-Canton area. Very close drive to Cleveland. The hotel is off of route 77 on start route 18. It is away from the major congestion and noise. The staff was very friendly and made sure I was set for my stay. There are numerous restaurants to enjoy and numerous shopping complexes. The Summit Mall is a few miles east of the hotel. There is a place to hang your clothes; however, it isn't a true closet […] with doors. The room was room was very clean and roomy. Great price for this room, it was clean and fairly comfortable. I was not thrilled at the fact that it did not have any shampoo or a blow dryer, or an ice machine. We did have a fridge in the room, but there was little to no ice in the freezer. In this day and age, these things seems to be standard in most motels. This was really our only complaint […] . The office was closed when I arrived at 11:30 which I have NEVER seen in my life. The place smelled as bad as any place I've ever experienced. It was without a doubt the worst hotel I've EVER stayed at!!

Room was plain and basic and lacked plastic cups. The 2 Queen size beds were actually Twin sized beds. It suited my stay for the price.

There are a number of hotels on this little extension to Montrose Road. This is the worst of all that exist there. It feels like a very old boarding house. I would not recommend.

After a little mix up where we had to change rooms 15 minutes after getting our stuff into the room (they had given us the wrong keys and room), everything else went rather smoothly. There is a great Japanese steak house within walking distance. Lots of other restaurants nearby.
