Todella siisti ja kaunis hotelli. Henkilökunta todella ystävällistä. Kaiken lisäksi hotellista löytyi mm. pesukone, kuivausrumpu, ulkogrillit terassilla, huoneen numerot ym. pistekirjoituksella, hyvät ja ilmaiset parkkitilat, loistavan kokoiset huoneet (ainakin tuo One Bedroom Suite Two Doubles, NonSmoking).
Lisähenkilöistä saatetaan periä maksu, joka saattaa vaihdella hotellikohtaisesti.

Our experience was a very positive one, beginning wit h the friendly front desk girl. She was very considerate of us, giving us a room at the end of the hallway which was very quiet and comfortable. We had a great stay at this hotel. We were a little worried upon coming in, as there were a bunch of young hockey players and their drinking parents running around the hallways. We thought it'd be very noisy all night. However, we hardly heard them at all. The room was fine. Nothing special, but it was clean, and that's the main thing. "Nice and close to everything"
This was a very nice place to stay in Eden Prairie. It is close to many of the sites of MPLS. Beds/pillows were nice, room was clean. Very thin, small towels in the bathroom and there was not any lotion (downside in a cold/dry climate and I didn't bring any with). "Cozy, good value"
Great selection of breakfast items; this is above a continental one. And great rates! If I could change anything? Just what I would change about many hotels--there is a lot of noise that comes through from the hallways. I bet this hotel- as progressive in customer service as they are- will be the first to come up with a good solution to this.

"They made it right"
The hotel was very easy to find & everyone was very friendly & helpful. When we got to our room, however, I was very disgusted when I went to use the bathroom. The maid had not cleaned the toilet & there was pee all over it- the seat, the rim, the front, & the floor. I immediately went back to the front desk & asked them to have someone come & clean […] it. Instead, they upgraded us to a suite for our entire stay. The suite was in good condition but there were small tears in the arms of the sofa & the tables were scuffed & scraped- but for what we paid a night- it was great. The breakfast bar had a wide variety of breads, cereal, juices, coffee, fruit, & yogurt. The pool was a little chilly (with no deep end) but the hot tub was great. "Quiet Suburb, Friendly Staff, Good Night's Sleep"
My mom and I stayed at the Fairfield Inn on our mini vacation to the cities. It was reasonably priced with a pool and hot tub. The pool wasn't busy (we were the only ones in there) so we had a lot of fun. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The beds were comfortable and we have a lot of channels on the TV.
