Hotels.comin asiakkaan arvostelu kesä 28, 2010Perustasoinen, mutta sijainniltaan näppärä hotelli, josta helppo kävelymatka esim. Ryan Auditoriumiin, Country Music Hall of Fame'en, Broadwaylle ja 2nd Avenuelle, jossa parhaat musiikkipaikat. Ilmainen Valet-parkki näppärä, vaikkakin vuokra-automme takarekisterikilpi oli ajettu lyttyyn, kun valet-pojat vaihtavat autojen paikkaa sitä mukaan, kun asiakkaat tulevat ja menevät. We were very pleased with this hotel. Rooms were clean and spacious. The complimentary breakfast buffet was definitely one of the best I've had at a hotel. It included numerous hot and cold items and was quite tasty. We were right down the road from the Grand Ole Opry and Opry Mills Mall. The only thing that didn't work for us was the location of the […] hotel to the downtown Nashville area where all of the nightlife is. This was our first trip to Nashville so we were not familiar with the area when we booked the hotel. We decided to take taxis at night and it did cost $25 each way but this was not in any way a problem because of the hotel. Overall, we were totally pleased with this hotel and had no complaints. Hotel location and cleanliness were fine. Room key would not work well even for maid as our room did not get cleaned one day because she could not get in due to room key access unit. We had a few issues from the time we arrived. The registration counter was really sticky. I'm not sure what was on it but I didn't want to touch it. When we checked out two days later it was sticky again. We reserved 2 queen beds. We got 2 double beds in a handicapped accessible room - no bath, very industrial feel. Nice hotel. Breakfast was cold no matter what time you got there in the morning. They offer " room service " but when it is ready you have to go down and get it yourself. As the weather was rainy we missed having a pool the kids could swim in. Also, the room we were in was located directly across the staff entrance to the kitchen. Our group of six had two rooms- Which means we spent over $600.00 At your hotel. We had adjoining rooms. We left our rooms at about 11 am. The housekeeping staff were cleaning three rooms down the hall as we passed them on the way to the staircase. When we returned to our rooms later that evening one of our rooms where 4 of us were staying had not been […] made up. Our adjoining room was. When I called the front desk they were not helpful or caring basically offering clean towels. I was less than pleased and said so, no action was taken. Definitely will not stay at that hotel again. "Outdated and disorganized"
I was disappointed in this hotel as a Hyatt property. This staff was nice but much less professional and organized than at any other Hyatt I've been to. Instead of a king sized bed, as requested, we had two full beds that were terribly uncomfortable. The hotel was clean enough, but nothing special. The rooms were very generous in size. The decor was […] very lacking. After reading other reviews, I expected a great breakfast, but it was mediocre. In all, the entire feeling of this hotel was mediocre. "Pet policy"
Loved our stay but was very unhappy about the unadvertised 150.00 non refundable pet deposit. We looked at the pet policy and it said nothing about the deposit. That is a ridiculous amount and not stating it till check in was just plain wrong.Aito Hotels.comin asiakkaan arvostelu

"Bathroom way too small"
The bath consisted of the toilet and shower. We had to maneuver ourselves around just to close the door... and we are not large people. The towels were stored on a rack within the shower... leaving them to get wet or at least damp. My stay as pretty good. The room was not that clean upon arrival. There was still trash and visible dirt on the floor when I checked into my rom. The staff were amazing at this hotel. Everyone was genuinely caring.Aito Hotels.comin asiakkaan arvostelu
