Googlesta hain täysin ummikkona kylpylää minulle ja lapselleni Kölnistä ja haun tuloksena tuli tämä hotelli. Hotellin esittelyssä luvattiin täydet kylpyläpalvelut ja niin ostin kolme yötä kylpylään Kölniin. Perillä odotti Hotelli, missä ei ollut minkäänlaista Kylpylää. Oli kyllä kuntosali ja saunat ja kun respasta kyselimme, että mistähän löydämme kylpylän, […] oli vastaus, että heidän kylpylänsä on tämä erikoisuus; aito suomalainen sauna, missä lämpö voi nousta jopa 100 asteeseen. Uima-altaita ei ollut, mutta niitä olisi kuulemma voinut löytyä muualta Kölnistä. Saksalainen ystäväni oli ehdottomasti sitä mieltä, että on virhe hotellilta mainostaa itseään kylpylänä kun ei ole kylpylä. Kylpylä siis käsittää myös Saksassa kylpylän, ei suomalaista Saunaa! Hotel situated close to centre in nice quiet area. Easy to find by car, hotel has own parking but cheaper car parking can be found 100 m away. Great breakfast. Good value.

Very nice, top notch hotel, service and location. While you may get a deal on the room hotel is very expensive once there Food (and views) in the hotel restaurant are excellent but like everything else not cheep. Location is great and shopping / cathedral are an easy walk. Would happily stay again but take the train and eat out.

This appears to be a business hotel, but we found that it suited our vacation purposes well. The beds are so comfortable, the location superb. It is an easy walk to all the major sites and the train station. The breakfast was included in our rate and was top-notch. I liked the hotel in general, spacious room, good food, good area. The small issues i had: No soap on the second day No adapter for my US laptop charger; i even asked the reception for it and they ignored me. I had to walk barefoot on the carpet because they didn't provide flip flops

The hotel was great in all aspects, food, staff, rooms, facilities, placement, views. We stayed over christmas and loved every minute of it as a base for Koln.

Fantastic hotel. Great nights sleep in the most comfortable bed. (So much so, that on returning home we purchased new pillows...) My wife also loved the cocktails - a welcome break from the scores of tiny but lovely Koelsch! As it was New Years Eve we watched the fireworks from a room adjacent to the roof bar, serving only champagne and with fantastic […] views of the entire city. View from our room was also excellent. Great location- nice clean room and amazing breakfast! Perfect for Christmas markets and take advantage of the wellness centre (very cool).

This is our second stay at the Pullman we have been the last 2 years for the Christmas Markets. We will be staying again and would recomend it any time. We had one small problem when we arrived this year and it was sorted immediatly

I booked this hotel for my parents, they LOVED it. Very comfortable room, friendly staff, great location. Thoroghly enjoyable stay and would recommend it to anyone visiting Cologne.

Possibly the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in, though of course that may merely reflect the beds I've previously slept in but either way you'll have a great night's sleep. Breakfast was fabulous. Location is great. he only downside was that housekeeping cut a few corners. Can't ave everything I guess.

Our stay at the Pullman Cologne was very enjoyable. We had a room on the 12th floor with views to the Dom in the old town. The room was very clean, spacious and had good amenities. The hotel is about a ten minute walk from the old town centre. The walk there is quite nice with a lot of interseting shops to look at along the way. The Pullman in Cologne has it all. Luxurious, quiet rooms with professional staff. A 15 minute walk to the train and town centrre. A breakfast buffet with an array of choices.

Very comfortable beds and the breakfast was excellent;made leaving the hotel very difficult! Definitely recommend.

good stay

Very nice comfortable hotel within easy walking distance (or very cheap cab ride in the wet!) of the centre of town. Buffet breakfast was excellent!

A great modern hotel in Cologne. We enjoyed ourselves. The steam room and sauna were fabulous. The decor was great as was the AMAZING view of the Dom from our room (a standard room). A bit of a walk or a short cab ride into centre. Would stay again for sure.

Upon arrival, we were more than pleasantly surprised to discover that the hotel looked far better than the website had led us to believe. We had opted for the Deluxe room, and were not disappointed - beautiful room, with a lovely view out over the city. Free mini-bar was welcome as well! Bed was very comfortable, with a good selection of pillows to […] choose from. Breakfast was excellent - really good choice of hot and cold (even for vegetarians like us), and chef would cook omelettes on request. Good hours as well - 6-12 on Sat, 6-13 on Sun, 6-11 during the week. Bar was good - great choice of drinks, not too overpriced (as hotels go), and food was excellent as well. We went there for the Christmas markets, and the position of the hotel is perfect for this - 5 min walk to Neumarkt, 10-15 to Cologne Cathedral, and not too far to the other markets. Nice touch on Monday 6th December (St Nicholas's Day) was that they left us two chocolate Santas outside the room! Staff were extremely friendly, polite and efficient, and very helpful as well. The pullman is an extremely pleasant environment and very efficinet at providing every comfort.

The Pullman Cologne is the best hotel we have stayed in and we've stayed in a lot all over the world. The room are amazing, the beds are the most comfortable i've slept in, pillows are perfect. The shower is very nice and the fixtures are fittings are fab. Loved the flat screen tv too. The buffet Breakfast had the most choice i've ever seen and has […] something for everybody. The location is great, short walk from a metro U Bahn and only a few mins from the main shops. Would defo recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Cologne. Wir haben Ostern im Pullman verbracht und sind nach den vielen positiven Bewertungen auf tripadvisor auf das Pullman in Köln gestossen. Auf den ersten Blick ist es ein schönes, gepflegtes Hotel. Sehr zentrale Lage in nur 10-15 Minuten ist man am Kölner Dom. Auch sonst sind soweit alle Annemlichkeiten die man für ein 4 Sterne Hotel vorraussetzt vorhanden. […] Wir konnten schon um 10:00 Uhr einchecken, was ja auch keine Selbstverständlichkeit ist. ABER: Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer lies sehr zu wünschen übrig. Nach Ankunft im Hotel wurde uns auf wunsch ein Allergiker Zimmer zugeteilt, Dieses war unglaublich staubig, am Gebläse der Klimaanlage häufte sich der Staub gut sichtbar, auf den Möbel war eine richtige Schicht Staub, die Kopfkissen waren aus Daunenfedern, die Vorhänge mit roten Flecken versehen, die Blut ähnlich sahen. Die Bettumrandung war fleckig, sowie Spiegel und Türgriffe schmierig. Wir baten um ein anderes Zimmer und bekamen vom leider sehr unfreundlichen Pagen, gleich 3 zur Auswahl, mit Domblick sogar, obwohl das in unserem Fall auch Blick auf eine riesige Trümmerwüste (Baustelle) direkt vor dem Hotel bedeutete. Jedes der gezeigten Zimmer hatte wieder Mängel, entweder Schmierspuren an den Spiegeln und Griffen und Staub bei allen, oder andere Kleinigkeiten. Das zeigten wir dem Pagen der uns die Zimmer zeigte, dem das leider nicht wirklich interessierte und sich nichteinmal anschaute wo das Problem lag. Aufjedenfall versprach er die Mängel weiterzugeben und beheben zu lassen. Was jedoch bis zur Abreise 3 Tage später nicht geschah. Allgemein hatten wir entweder sehr freundliche oder sehr unfreundliche Mitarbeiter. Positiv zu erwähnen ist die Bar im 12. Stock, dort waren wir von der Aussicht, der Atmosphäre und auch von der Freundlichkeit vollkommen überzeugt. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr gut ausgestattet, so dass fast keine Wünsche offen bleiben. Fazit: Vorrausetzungen für ein wirklich schönes Hotel sind vorhanden, allerdings konnten wir in unserem Fall nicht Lisätietoja

Lage gut, Zimmer ruhig. Wir kommen wieder!

Wir waren über die sehr gute Ausstattung der Zimmer positiv überrascht. Das Hotel liegt zentrumsnah, es sind 5 Minuten bis zur Fußgängerzone.

Mooi net hotel. alleen jammer dat het parkeren a 23 euro per dag apart moet worden betaald. Het eten in het restaurant was uitstekend. jammer dat bar en restaurant op de 12e verdieping waren samen gevoegd.

het was een heerlijke kerst, mede mogelijk gemaakt door dit hotel. echt 5 sterren luxe. ontbijt was top, zoals je mag verwachten voor deze prijs. een nadeel is het kleine bad. daar is natuurlijk mee te leven. het uitzicht op de Dom is echt verbluffend.

Keurig hotel. Heel goed geïsoleerde kamers. Geen last van andere gasten. Heel goed gelegen om te kunnen winkelen. Met een eigen ondergrondse parkeergarage. De airco in de kamer was slecht afgesteld, daardoor was het veel te warm gedurende de nacht.

Echt een super verblijf gehad. Hotel was goed, ontbijt lekker. We hadden alleen een kingsize bed bestelt en niet twee aparte bedden, die we toch kregen. Goed op letten dus!

Das Personal ist höflich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer klein und das Bad winzig. Die Matratzen zu weich, Fernsehprogramme z. T. nicht erkennbar. Das Ambiente ist sehr bieder. Das Frühstück ist empfehlenswert.

Bra frukost, fina rum och bra service

Hotel recomendable. Próximo a la Catedral, se puedeir andando. Los alrededores no son muy agradables. El edificio esá bien, la comodidad de la habitacion era buena. La bañera quedaba un poco alta y con cierto peligro. El desayuno muy bien. Fabulosas vistas de la ciudad desde los pisos altos. Hotel recomendable.

Bra läge i Köln. Mycket bra frukost. Bekväma sängar.

Lage des Hotels ist sowohl zum einkaufen als auch für Leute , die spät abends noch ausgehen möchten sehr günstig. Hotel ist ohne Abstriche weiter zu empfehlen, lediglich die Garagenplätze sind m. E. überzogen hoch. Keine Sonderpreise für Hotelgäste!
