The hotel was clean. It was OK. It is close to the highway (I-10) but there is nothing interesting around.

Not allowed to get breakfast for the wife! I went for breakfast while she showered. Made our toast, and then was told I had to eat there, and throw hers away! So, all went in trash! Yours and my lose!

This hotel was pretty decent. I stay here so I didnt have to drive home after about 2 weeks of commuting 200 miles a day. The only thing that was wrong it wasnt enough plugs in the room for my many devices. nice clean room very comfortable

Well we got there check-in was fast. The young lady was nice. However once we got in the room got settle and turn the heat on it was not working. Babygirl wasbsick so she deel asleep quick. The service was terrible. The room had cigarette burns all over and even in the sheets. The AC didnt work and when we complained we were not granted a new room. Overall a negative experience. Not recommended.

hotel in good location for arena, but that was the only good thing. floor in room was wet by the door due to a leak in room next door. (this was some kind of room the hotel uses).also, a storm came through and it rained in under door soaking carpet even more. all the channels on tv were not working. checked in on friday and left on sunday. no room service […] at all. no one came to empty trash, nor deliver clean towels. will not stay here again.convience isn't always a plus. The room was dirty. The room next door that was rented out had no sheets on the bed, dressers were pulled apart, table was broken and laying on the floor. It was hard to get into the hotel from the freeway. I would not stay there again.

The handicap parking space was not in front of the room,where a big truck backed up almost to our door. The room smelled almost as bad as the food from the restaurant next door. I thought it was overpriced although it was convenient to the hospital across the street, which was the purpose for our visit.

Not bad for the money. Very conveniently located to New Orleans. They cleaned the rooms later than normal so that was different. They probably should look at updating bedding such a new blankets. Even though the room was non smoking there were some cigarette burns on the blankets. Would return.

Nothing fancy and honestly I would think you would get more for around $80/night. I stayed here twice over the last two weeks, the first room wasn't cleaned when I checked in but the hotel personnel were right there and cleaned it promptly. Rooms were outdated and the noise from the road led to a no sleep night. Ice machine on third floor didn't work. Nothing impressive about the whole setup.

The location was convenient to tourist attractions! The room heater didn't work when we got there. They brought us a small portable radiator type heater for the night. The next day, the unit was replaced. Room telephone didn't work. Could call front desk but they couldn't hear us. Carpet on floor entering bathroom was ripped out, exposing carpet tacks. […] Had to be very careful not to walk on them in your bare feet. The breakfast setup was always missing food! No milk, coffee, pasteries, waffle mix, and fruit. The bathroom in the dining area was plugged and a mess. Needs some attention!! The staff here was rude. The room smelled terrible, and the staff were unwilling to assist with needs. She was talking on the phone on a peraonal call while i waited! I also noticed that when people attempted to go to breakfast ( about 5-10 min. After time) the lady did not politely let them know it was over. Hotel in need of deep cleaning... Could be acceptable w/some effort. Food/stains on walls... Vents full of gross stuff and old/dirty tub. The only good thing about this hotel was the location! Overpriced, but that was expected (Superbowl). What I did not expect/appreciate was the daily 9:00 am call to try to rush me out of my room so they could clean […] on THEIR time. The hotel overcharged the customers, yet failed to invest an extra penny to serve us. Next time, hire additional cleaning staff instead of disturbing customers who ask not to be disturbed (if you did not accept 9 am service, hotel threatened not to provide any housekeeping services). The room was clean and convenient to the mardi gras. No bugs, no evidence of mice or rats and it was cheap. All we wanted was a place to crash at night and watch a little tv. When I booked this motel I asked for an early check-in and a late check-out and was told by this agency that is was no problem or no extra fee. Upon my arrival I wanted to check-in a hour an half early and was charged $20 and was told it would be an additional fee to check-out late. The first night was ok I had an smoking but it had an oder in it once […] I got there. The second and last night my neighbor was beating his girl for half an hour. After we called the lobby and security came my neighbor threating yelling outside that he will beat who ever came outside. The police arrived twenty minutes later. That night was very uncomfortable we lost about 2 hours of sleep from 3-5a.m. and didn't feel safe. Stayed here to save money but will pay anything to stay downtown next time. Lisätietoja

We were there for the SuperBowl so we paid a higher rate. The managment and staff didn't want to clean the rooms daily and we had to go to the front counter to get our own towels. Very disappointed with the service.

There was a fee for checking in about an hour and a half early and then there were only 2 bath towels in the room, the night table was missing a drawer, there were carpet burns, and there was an extreme draft around the front door that I needed to go out and get some paper towels to plug up the gap and stop the draft because the wind was blowing toward […] the door. We have stayed at this Super 8 several times to be closer to the New Orleans port for our cruises. The hotel is conveniently located for our needs. The room is always clean though a bit dated (bedspread, etc.). Horrible,toilet flood when we first got there, they wouldn't give us another room. Did not clean our room not one time. Or give us towels had to walk to the office to get them, if it wasn't for the the Super Bowl would of left!!!!!!!!!!!
