Tämä hotelli vastasi odotuksia. Täällä kannattaa yöpyä, jos käytössä on vuokra-auto loman aikana, sillä hotelli sijaitsee Tennesseen ja Missisippin rajalla. Huone on siisti, mutta ilma tuntuu kovin kostealta. Ilmastointilaitetta kannattaa siis käyttää. Aamiaiselta ei kannata odottaa liikoja, mutta se kuului ainakin meidän vierailullamme hintaan ja ajoi kyllä asiansa. Tarkista, ettei herätyskellossa ole tarpeettomia herätyksiä valmiina. Lentokenttä on melko lähellä, joten jotkut ehkä heräävät keskellä yötä lennoilleen ja laittavat kellon soimaan ottamatta sitä pois päältä. Meille kävi juuri näin. Sen jälkeen kuunneltiin jonkin aikaa aamuyöstä lähteviä ja laskevia lentokoneita.

Hotel management and desk clerks very nice, polite and accomdating. However hotel maintenance did not respond to issue with room drapes reported for 2 days. Carpeting also old and heavily stained. Bed/bedding and furnishings very comfortable and clean and maid service very prompt.
"Great Overnight Stay"
We have stayed at this hotel twice before while driving to vacation destinatons. We always like the hotel as the reception desk, cleaning staff and location of the hotel meet our needs. I want to recognize a woman who was filling in at the front desk. She was there for a week and was from another Drury Inn in Missouri. She was very efficient and made […] an effort to talk to people at breakfast and if she met you in the hallway. We were on our way home from a 12 day driving trip and were a bit tired after driving 3,000 miles so we took advantage of the great food they offer in late afternoon instead of going out for dinner. Altho we were on the first floor we had no noise and were up the next day for their breakfast and out the door fast to get home. It is highly rated in our travels. Hotel staff were VERY nice. The hotel provides free food and a complimentary drink during happy hour.The room was comfortable, however, the bedsheets were old looking. It was quiet, but my friend says this area is getting bad. We had no issues with safety. No food/drinks in pool area, so we didn't enjoy the pool or hot tub. "Relaxing stay..."
We were very pleased with our stay. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly and very helpful. We were very surprised that there was both a breakfast and a kick back buffet spread everyday. There were even free drink cards. The hotel was conveniently located to the nearest highway so getting to other parts of Memphis was easy. We tried booking a room downtown memphis but they were all filled or too pricey for the night we were staying. Chose to stay at the Drury on the other side of town because of the price. A great Hotel for the buisness traveler. Easy access from the interstate. Very clean and quite. The breakfast and dinner meals are very nice too. I like the idea coming back to the hotel after work and not having to leave again to find something to eat for dinner. "Great for our trip"
With gas prices as high as they are, it was nice to stay at the Drury for about $20.00 cheaper than surrounding suite hotels and also getting free breakfast and evening snacks! The freebies at this hotel make it well worth the say AND the nightly rate is cheaper than that of Best Western, Marriott, etc.

Hotel staff was very helpful and pleasant to talk to. They directed us to a wonderful restaurant for dinner. Had a small plumbing problem, but it was taken care of while we were out. "Chlorine smell overwhelming"
There were some wonderful things about this hotel, especially the free 5:30 "snack time," but our room was next to the indoor pool and wreaked of chlorine. I came home with all my clothes smelling of chlorine. So if you reserve a room here, make sure to request a room not next to the pool. Our bathroom smelled of urine and that was off putting also. THE STAFF AT THIS HOTEL WERE AMONG THE MOST HELPFULL AND FRIENDLY I HAVE EVER SEEN. THIER FOOD SERVICE WAS GOOD W/ MANY CHOICES. ONLY COMPLAINT; A LITTLE FARTHER AWAY FROM DOWNTOWN THEN I WAS EXPECTING BUT WORTH THE DRIVE FOR ABOVE REASONS!

My Husband and I went to Memphis to celebrate a girlfriend birthday. The location of the hotel was just 10 minutes from where she stayed, and only 20 minutes from downtown, that was great. The food that they service at 5:30 Kickback was very nice. We were surprise how much you could get and the free drinks was a plus. The breakfast was more than enough […] to start our day. It is not your normal hotel breakfast. They serviced you hot food. Our next vacation we will definitely stay at the Drury Inn. I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends and Family. "Close to Interstate"
The hotel was close to the interstate and easy to fine, however, that closeness comes with noise. The Happy Hour and Breakfast Buffet were excellent. Our microwave in our room beeped all night long the first night even though they did all they could to try and eliminate it. Great Staff!!

We arrived at check in and didnt want to leave at check out. Great hospitality and awesome food. Also the free drinks were a plus. Pool was clean and the hot tub was just the same. Room was very nice with great service.

The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They went beyond the call of duty. If you are not an animal person I would not recommend it because there were quite a few dogs in attendance with their owners.

"St. Jude Race"
We were in town for the St. Jude Marathon. It was a perfect location. Our Kids, Grandkids, Relatives and friends all had a grand time. The Inn was comfortable both before and after the race. We enjoyed all the services provided and were very comfortable.

We have stayed at this hotel chain in the past and are impressed with the staff, ease of check in, the free Kickback with hot food and beverages in late afternoon, and complimentary hot breakfast in the morning. Our room was quiet and service exceptional.

We chose this Drury based upon location (en route from Houston to Virginia) and much very good prior experience with many other Drury Inns & Suites. The staff was friendly and helpful. This Drury, however, was past it's prime and showed its age, not to mention needing better cleaning. The need for upgrading and maintenance was clear. The crowning complaint, […] however, was when my wife pulled back the top cover on the bed and found a live bug between the cover and the top sheet! "good value for the money"
We enjoyed our stay for one night, but then made our next reservation at another Drury Inn for another two nights. The staff was helpful and pleasant, room was clean and the food and drinks were great. There just need to be more of them available as it is a place we can trust to be comfortable and clean.

Nothing but positives, 1st floor room was nice and convienient, bed was comfortable, wifi great, moring breakfast hit the spot and evening meal was a great way to wind down. Front Desk was very helpful when needed. We stayed 3 days and really enjoyed it's location away from traffic jams but just a short drive to all Memphis Hot Spots. This hotel was basic and has some age on it. Although older with noticeible wear the place was solid and the staff was very friendly, willing to help, and easily accessible. It's truly hard to beat the free extras that come with a stay at any Drury. "WHICH EXIT?"
DIRECTIONS I HAD TO THE HOTEL SAID EXIT 12.....COMING FROM THE DIRECTION I CAME , THERE WERE 3 EXIT 12'S A,B AND C. THE APPROACH FROM THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION WAS A SINGLE EXIT "12" NOT THE HOTELS FAULT........OTHER THAN THAT, IT WAS WELL WORTH THE VISIT.

Very nice stay, accomodation of animals and early morning check-in was choice for our travel arrangements. Breakfast being included and ready each morning was great! The eggs were a little runny for my taste, but the rest of the breakfast food was very good!

The Drury Inn met our lodging needs. The hot breakfast option is nice. The staff was polite and the location was good. The only complaint I have is that they need to shampoo the carpet in the hall elevator.

"almost a great stay!"
Location was great close to interstate and many fast food places.. we were a short quick drive to Beale St and had great BBQ.. beds were very comfortable and the rooms were clean, and breakfast was good, but the pool was freezing and the hot tub was cold..kinda depressing after a day of driving and recently having back surgery.. others in the "cold" […] tub said they frequently stay there while going to the hospital and its usually NOT like that, but u may want to call and check. Property is showig its age. AC in our assigned room did not work. We were moved to suite across hall, which was nice, but required extra work on our part.

What a great deal, dinner and breakfast! Inside pool also. Really it's a no brainer for families with small children. While I wish this were a suite like some of the other Drury inns, we were very happy with the cost versus benefits of this hotel, plus it was so easy to find, right off of the highway and near restaurants, etc.

We walked in and were greeted warmly, when we got to our room the first thing we noticed was the smell of cleanliness. The second was the comfort of the beds, they swallowed me, they were great. "This Drury does not make it"
The frist room had dirty box springs with garbage stuck to the side w/ no box spring coverings, 2nd room was fairly clean but had nature coming out when the lights were switch off ; CRICKETS behind the TV and finally the 3rd room was excellent no problems. Area around hotel not has chain resturants but not walkable area at night
"Got To Love The Kick Back"
This is the 2nd Drury Inn we've stayed in. This one was nice but not as nice as the other. Our refrigerator didn't chill and the bed wasn't comfortable to us but the room was clean. One of our kids loved the pool but it felt like 150 degrees in the enclosed pool area! My husband got the task of pool duty! The Kick Back was good and so was breakfast. […] Our kids loved the popcorn and the fact that the soda machine was open all the time. The people at the check in counter were pleasant but not as enthusiatic as the other Drury Inn we stayed at. They didn't ask if we had directions to the places we were going or if we needed them to print out directions like the other. It was just a different atmosphere but still welcoming. "A great value in Memphis"
We were pleased with this Drury Inn. As far as the layout, it was a carbon copy of other DI's we have stayed at in the past. The room was not huge, but plenty of room for our family of 4 (two small kids) to stay over night. It is not in a fancy neighborhood, but the hotel itself is kept up nicely and the room was very clean. Of course, the big draw […] of DI is the food. There is a free Manager's Reception each night that offers enough food for us to consider it dinner. My husband and I each enjoyed a complimentary cocktail as well. The breakfast was great as well.
