Crowne Plaza Moncton-Downtown - Moncton

We've been going to this hotel quite a bit lately,It's centered to all activity that we do. Fair price for the accommodation.The staff are just wonderful.The rooms are clean and cozy we've recommended this hotel to friends. The restaurant atmosphere, food and service are great!!

Great hotel, right on Main Street and close to everything. Pool is awesome and they had a great breakfast buffet. Would definately go again!

the bed was the worst thing I have ever slept on, there was very little hot water the TV was from the mid 80s and the wireless internet was slower than dialup.

just a fair stay, the rooms where clean and big but the service was terrible paying 15 dollars for that parking complex is a joke.... i felt more comfortable parking on the street...... service workers had no personality and rude..... not worth the money at all. This is a nice, clean, and friendly hotel in downtown Moncton. I stay here whenever i am in Moncton and would recommend it to my friends and co-workers. I find the beds very comfortable and the food is rather good. Overall this is a good place to stay.

We recently chose to stay in your hotel for one evening and it was our first experience with your property. The reservation booking was not easy as, although the gentleman who helped was very polite there was a lot of background noise while booking and everything had to be repeated. It was a long process. I asked if there was parking and he indicated […] yes. He also stated based on what he could see online for the Moncton property and according to his notes that there was no charge for parking. Upon check in we were advised there was a $10 charge. Arriving at the hotel we found the underground parking and it turned us off greatly. It is unfortunate that this was the first part of your environment that we saw as it was dirty and felt very unsafe. Someone in upper management should realize the importance of parking overall when a hotel stay is needed and as well that the parking facility is part of the guest experience. If you are offering a parking facility it should be up to brand standard. The room was average. The pool was much smaller than it appears online and due to location overall it did not feel safe. The lobby area and restaurant were fine but we would not return to this location. Much improvement is needed for the venue overall especially the parking and the outer grounds. Lisätietoja

We did enjoy our stay, we have 4 kids and we did have plenty of space to put up a play pen and the kids loved it there, they loved the pool, really recommend this place

Great Hotel- you have to pay for parking which I was not happy about but everything else was excellent!

We were really impressed with the room, facilities and location...not pleased that there was a $10 parking fee though in a city with plenty of free parking, there were no towels at the pool when we arrived so we had to run back to our room to get a towel and we got very little sleep with 20+ youngsters drinking in the room across the hall and spilling […] out into the hallway...finally my husband asked them to keep it down around 3am and they complied for about 5 minutes then they were right back at it...we called the front desk and they said they didn't have any security on that night (which was surprising for a long weekend) but we did hear a male employee come up and ask them to keep the party in their room (not in the hallway). They seemed to kock it off after that...overall a lovely hotel but they should have security on during weekends especially since U2 had played the day before, there were many partiers in town. We had a GREAT stay. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Everything was clean, the pool and hot tub was great. We WILL definately stay there again if in Moncton. We stayed for 3 days and we loved it. Thumbs up to the great staff at the Crowne Plaza Hotel.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone . We had a wonderful stay there , The food was excellent in their diner . Very clean , staff was so pleasant , Room was clean ,also we felt so welcome when we entered into the room.... If i would have known before booking a hotel in PEI for the next day we would have stayed another nite in Moncton at the Crown […] Plaza ... overall the hotel was okay, the room could have been cleaner, the bathroom was dated and small, and the carpet was dirty

Handy to shopping and a great pool and hot tub!!!

What can I say??? From the moment we arrived in the hotel in Moncton the front desk staff made us feel extemely welcome. They even went so far as to rememeber our names when we went back to drop off keys for the valet parking. The valet service also included water each day for our outings and we even got assistance from one fellows by buckling the seat […] belts for my passenger wsho was elderly. The Concierge had a smile from ear to ear. The Housekeeping staff kept the room very clean and they honored our privacy requests but went over and above by calling and leaving messages to advise that if we needed anything they would be only to willing to serve us at a moments notice. The Hotel is old but very well maintained. The only downfall we experienced was the fact that no windows were available to open for fresh air and a charge for an in room refrigerator of $10.00 per day. (which seemed to have been absorbed by the hotel as the daily charge for valet service of $12.95 was reduced to $2.95 per day.) Room Service was prompt and well priced especially for the volume of the meals received. All in all we had a wonderful experience for our full 8 day stay and would strongly recommend the hotel to any person needing to stay in the downtown core. Lisätietoja

Staff was very friendly, and services were prompt. Room was clean and roomy. Hotel was centrally located and was within easy reach to everything. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant was good, but the dinner was disappointing. Not only was the food expensive, the quality was poor. I would definitely have dinner somewhere else.

There was no air exchange in the room. Window was screwed shut & no bathroom fan. Woke up with a sinus headache each morning. The sauna was shut down our entire stay - which we were not made aware of upon booking. Bar fridge froze all our contents. Staff were friendly & helpful.

Clerk at check-in was really helpful and took the time to explain everything. Unfortunately, I had to return to the desk because the room's door wouldn't open; another clerk had took over the desk and I had to wait for more than 5 minutes because he was busy with a personal call on his cell phone; meanwhile my wife was waiting in the corridor... Also, […] our stay was 4 days and we had choosen this site because of the pool but due to poor maintenance, the pool was closed for 3 days. The water was so disgusting that we couldn't see through it. If we ever have to go to Moncton again, we'll definitely choose another hotel. Really disappointed. Lisätietoja

The Crown Plaza,Moncton,New Brunswick was an excellent hotel.Staff was very courteous,efficient & prompt.Very comfortable room.Would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone

Our overall experience as a family of 5 was satisfactory. Staff was not very pleasant upon our arrival, and not seemingly very accomodating. It appeared we were a burden, as opposed to a welcome guest. They were not very cordial, amicable, or friendly. The rooms were very nice, and the special gift on the bed was a nice touch. Furniture and bathroom […] counters were very nice. The rooms are a bit squishy and the hotel elevator was old, but not bad. The pool was nice, but the temperature in there was almost 'take-your-breath-away' it was so hot. Our view was AWFUL- a dirty roof and another wall of another building. But guess that's city for you. It was a reasonable price and not too far away from any tourist attraction, that's why we chose it. But, based on the above, we wouldn't recommend it, and we'll stay somewhere else next time that'd probably be just as reasonable, but likely more enjoyable. Customer service is what really put a bad taste in our mouth. It doesn't matter where you stay, in our opinion: if it's clean (it was) and customer service is great (it wasn't), then it makes everything else a lovely, memorable stay. Lisätietoja

We were extremely impressed with the staff, particularly the concierge who went out of his way to help us. The front desk staff was also excellent. The room was small but very clean and comfortable. I will definitely stay there again next time I'm in Moncton.

Très bien situé mais pourquoi payé le stationnement?? Ce n'est pas le centre-ville de Toronto tout de même. Confortable, un peu vieillot et proche de tout.

Dame à la réception très froide sans aucune aide. Strictement en anglais, sourire inexistant. Réservation pour quatre personnes, sans ajout de commodité pour quatre (serviettes, tasses à café et verres). Chambre très grande et confortable.
