Tämän 3-tähden hotellin liiketoiminnan palveluihin sisältyvät liiketoimintakeskus (auki 24 tuntia) ja kokoushuoneet pienille ryhmille. Clarion Hoteln 176 ilmaistoidussa huoneessa on ilmainen sanomalehti ja kahvin-/teenkeitin. Vieraat voivat käyttää huoneessa ilmaista nopeaa langallista Internet-yhteyttä. Televisioissa on parhaat satelliittikanavat. Kaikissa huoneissa on työpöydät ja suoravalintapuhelimet, jossa on vastaajapalvelu; ilmaiset paikallispuhelut sisältyy huonehintaan (voimassa saattaa olla rajoituksia). Kylpyhuoneissa on hiustenkuivaaja ja hygieniatuotteet (sisältyvät hintaan).

"Overnight Stay"
Hotel management did not appropriately assign rooms to guests when a basketball team was staying there. Kids running up and down the hall yelling "does anyone have any weed". After calling the front desk, noise settled after midnight, however, the next morning, the coaches went up and down the hallway knocking loudly on each of the players rooms to […] wake them up at 7 AM. "Unprofessional Front Desk Staff"
The bed wasn't clean, the sheets had brown stains on them and the tv didn't work. The front desk staff was notified of the tv not working and he gave a smart answer and asked if we would like to move rooms. Staff needs learn how to put customers first.

"Poor quality; poor hotel; overpriced!"
Let me first start by saying the staff was friendly. The location is not great at all. When we arrived we were able to check-in but had to wait about 15 minutes since there was only one person at the desk. The walking area to the room had a very strong odor of pet urine and was dirty. I reserved a room with two queen beds. However, when we opened the […] door to the room it was very obvious they were not standard queen beds. If they were not double beds they were closer to it. The manager was certain they were queen beds. We have a queen bed at home and have plenty of room. In these beds we were elbow to elbow. The bathroom door was broken and would not close. I went down to the front desk and before I even returned to the room maintenance was already there. They were definitely on the ball. I scheduled a wake-up call for the next morning but did not get it. Fortunately I had set my phone. The wake-up call did eventually ring about 20 minutes late. Had I been solely reliant upon the wake-up service, my son would have been late for his soccer game. We went down to the breakfast which, according to the sign, was served from 6:30-10:30. However, I went down at 6:45 and it was still closed. There were four other people down there to waiting and quite unhappy. When the hotel staff came from the restaurant I asked her when they would be opening the breakfast and she said soon. When I showed her the sign that said 6:30-10:30 she said "not always, sometimes it is late". Unacceptable! The hotel is right next to a freeway and is extremely noisy. The hotel halls were very noisy around 2:00 am also. I would not recommend this hotel if you are a family away for the weekend or on vacation. There are other hotels within 10 minutes that appeared to be in a better area, much more convenient, and for a better price. "Overnight in the area"
The hotel is what you would expect for the money. The evevator in Building C smelled like gasoline and gave you quite a headache when using it. The room was clean and spacious and even for three events being hosted there it was not noisy in the least. I would recommend this hotel. Bonus: They are pet friendly!

We were in town for a USA Middles School States, this hotel was .2 miles away from the venue which was the Arthur Ashe Center. The staff were friendly, helpful and easy to deal with. Check in was quick. Room was nice, clean and comfortable. The only suggestion I have is bring a pillow, however most hotels are that way. The young lady cleaning our room […] did a wonderful job and was very understanding that with two athletes in the room we would need more towels. The reason I gave a 4 for surrounding area is if you are a light sleeper or dont like alot of noise, then pick another hotel as this one is right by the interstate. "Nothin' fancy...but really no complaints"
Easy access to highway! The restaurant across the street is FABULOUS (breakfast) since we were unaware that a free breakfast at the hotel was available. While it's not a posh hotel, it sufficed for the trip as we were in town for the Richmond marathon. The shuttle service was excellent thanks to Jay! "No late breakfast"
The only complaint I have is that breakfast is only served until 10 am so if you plan to sleep in, you may be starting your day very hungry like I did. The room was clean, quiet, and a good value.

I was not at all happy with the area of town that we ended up in. The room was small and dark and smelly. The coffee maker was not functional. My only good experience was the chef in the restaurant was willing to make special meals for me to meet a particular diet.

This hotel has an outside stairway and underground parking that stink. Luckily, I cannot smell that bad oder inside my room. The hotel staffs are not friendly.
Good location right across the street from the airport. Free airport shuttle every 20 minutes. The room and shower need to be updated but for the most part okay for an overnight stay.

My two-night stay at the Clarion was a good experience. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the bed was comfortable. The staff was courteous and very efficient. The price was so low, I was expecting either a poor to mediocre hotel or a bad neighborhood. Neither was the case! The room was clean and comfortable but the problem came with the restaurant and the bar. If it had not been for the man (God bless his soul) that just came in and wasnt supposed to be working, the group I was with would not have had anyone to even serve us!! "Shouldn't be 3 stars"
This hotel is no better than a 2 or 2.5 star hotel. The rooms were decent but the facility as a whole was tired and worn down. The fitness facility was a joke (and hosted quite a few spiders). The restaurant was easily avoided.
"The Richmond Central Inn - right off highway"
We were greeted by a very cheery individual at the check-in desk. She was efficient and helpful. If they had offered a "continental breakfast" the next morning it would have been perfect; restaurant prices were too high for a quick breakfast.

I have enjoyed several stays in this hotel over the past three years. Each time I was totally satisfied with the room, the bed, and the service. This hotel is under new ownership and has reopened their lounge and restaurant, which improved the stay. There are restaurants convenient to the hotel, several within walking distance. "Good deal"
This hotel is suprising well located right by the hwy and easily accessible to VCU and Richmond sights. The room was was nicely decorated and linens were new. As of one month ago, it is a Clarion hotel and it shows that they have made some nice changes. There was a movie theater and great restaurants nearby/ Really worth the money.

Very nice place to stay. The staff could not have been nicer. I was in Richmond for a conference at MCC Richmond. The mirrors in the room were exquisite. I was impressed with the decor. I would recommend this hotel.

I often visit Richmond and I usually stay in the surburbs because that's where the better accomendation are located. So I thought. Richmond Central which is just off the Boulvard exit of I-95, turns out to be of surprising high quality. I was attracted by the price of the rooms and expected that I would have to make do with sub-standard service and […] room but I wondered why it had such a high rating from prior guest. I discovered why. The room and amenities were equivelent of a hotel of far greater cost per night and the location on the edge of a quiet central RIchmond residential neighborhood made for a relaxing stay.
