We are on a road trip in USA and thought it might help others to give reviews, since we read these a lot when choosing hotel. In our non smoking room clearly some1 had been smoken. A/c control panel wasnt exactly in good condition, but after using some extra power we cought it working. after that evrything was great. Not place to spend vacation, but excellent 1 nighter, and price was way less than coulda been.

My husband and I have stayed at other Hampton Inn locations and we have always been very satisified with this hotel. The rooms are always very clean and the quality of the rooms are great. This particular hotel was terrific. I loved the view of the creek from out balcony. The location is within walking distance of anything you would like to do in Gatlinburg. Great place to stay! Received a call from the staff within' 10 minutes of our arrival in the room to see if everything was alright with the accommodations. Room was a little small but the sound of the rushing water in the creek outside the room made up for it. lol Convenient to all the shops and restaurants without the expense of paying for parking […] . "needs improvement"
The hotel staff was wonderful. The hotel itself needs an overhaul. Wallpaper in bathroom was peeling from wall. It just looks tired and needs freshening up!!

Nice clean room on creekside. Is the best hotel we have stayed at in that area. Check-in was fast staff was very nice, Had free breakfast with room variety of things offered. Beds were wonderful and I have had back surgery .Price was about the same as others on the strip. I will stay again

we checked in with no problem. the man at the counter was very pleasant. we needed a mini fridge in our room and it was delivered within 30 minutes of checking in. i believe the rating for this hotel should be raised! the rooms were very clean and comfortable. overall, one of the best hotel experiences ever! thank you, hampton inn!
"Not so great"
The room was very small and dated. You can stay in a very nice cabin in Gatlinburg and tax a taxi in for the price of this hotel which is not up to par. The only good thing was the location. Get a Cabin and enjoy your stay a lot more.

Nice hotel. Clean and comfortable. I had a leak in the bathroom on my first day. I called the desk and they sent someone up in about 10 minutes and had it fixed and cleaned up in another 10 minutes. They had a good breakfast, hot or cold eggs daily, sausage, waffles, toast, muffins, danish, fruit, ceral and yogurt as well as good coffee. The staff was […] friendly and helpfull. "Hampton Inn on Parkway in Gatlinburg"
The Hampton Inn is right on the main drag in Gatlinburg, which means that it easy to walk from the hotel to restaurants and attractions. This was my second stay at this hotel and the rooms are generally nice, comfortable, and clean. My husband and I went on our 15th Anniversary trip and chose to stay here. The room was spacious and clean. The King size bed was very comfortable! It felt so good! Also the location was very good. You don't have to worry about parking because the stores are all in walking distance. The customer service was good. We really enjoyed our hotel stay in Gatlinburg. It was located in easy walking distance to great restaurants, shops, etc. The balcony overlooking the bubbling creek surrounded with fall colored trees was an awesome atmosphere. With my having a bad back AND it being the peek of autumn-leaf tourist season, I truly needed a conveniently located hotel like […] the Hampton Inn. There were only 2 negative aspects. One was the ceiling in our room was discolored, perhaps mildewed, which gave it the sense of being a little unkept even though the rest of the room was very clean and well kept. The other negative was the lack of an elevator in close relation to our room-this was a "bad-back" complaint rather than anything else.
