Hyatt Place Nashville Northeast - Hendersonville

Awesome hotel. Sometimes you arrive at a hotel (even with a brand) and its clearly an old hotel with a new one glued over it; this is not the case here. The hotel is very clean and very comfortable. The bathroom was a little small BUT that was just the toilet and shower room. The sink and closet are outside of the close able shower area. I love this because I am with my family and people can get ready while others are showering. Analog channels on the TV's are un watchable. Digital channels are crystal clear. If youre wondering 50% of channels are digital. Breakfast is quick so get there early. Not a lot of places to sit but its hot and fresh. Its a biscuit sandwich (very fresh), a flat bread spinach thing (great), cereals, and yogurt. Nothing great but it fills the void. Pool area was very clean and the area was nice and quite. I was very impressed by the room and this hotel. I booked it because of the great reviews and they are true. looks so luxurious . Beds were comfortable, room was clean and bathroom too. Breakfast was included and was very good. staff was very nice. Will keep it in mind for our next trip!!

We were on a family trip to Nashville, but we decided to look a little outside the city for a place to stay and it was worth it. We were just passing through from Florida to Indiana so we decided to give the kids a break and boy did we make a great decision. Hotel was ready when we got there and the staff was fantastic. Wife did not have to call service desk to correct anything. Every where you walked there was somebody to assist at all times by far the best hotel the family […] has stayed. The hotel is close to a bunch of restaurants you just have to let your taste buds guide you. As mentioned we have 4 kids so since the hotel is close to 2 spacious parks it was great for them. Loved everything except the low water pressure and shower head with two positions: straight down, or at the back of the wall. Otherwise, fantastic hotel for a reasonable price.

We recently had to stay at the Hyatt for business trip. I cannot say enough about the hotel. It was excellent. The free breakfast is the best I have ever had at a hotel. Most of the time a free breakfast consists of bagels, cereal or oatmeal. They had egg, ham and cheese on English muffins, french toast and pancakes. They also had fruit and danishes. […] We ate there every morning of our trip. The room was very well maintained and was the perfect room for business or leisure. The exercise room was very nice as well with the newest equipment. The treadmills and elliptical had tv screens in them where you could watch tv while working out. We definitely enjoyed our stay. The only complaint I have was the noise late at night. I believe if you have a security guard or some one making rounds that this could be eliminated. Other than that, It was a very clean room. my stay was excellent. The hotel and the service was wonderful. My only complaint was the fact that you have to pay a premium for TV channels such as Bravo, etc. I think that is a travesty. I had plans to relax and just watch TV for a couple of days. Was very, very disappointed that each channel was additional.

We drove through Nashville during Christmas travel. We found this hotel on hotels.com for a better rate than our usual Hampton Inn search. Safety and cleanliness are top requirements for our family, this Hyatt Place did not disappoint. This was a nice hotel near shopping and restaurants. It was also nice that you can order food at the hotel itself from room service 24/7. The complimentary breakfast was also delicous.

The Hyatt Place Nashville Northeast is a very nice and the staff did their best to help us considering the problems they were dealing with. Unfortunately, the digital room key machine was broken and the staff had no way to make room keys and fortunately for them there were few guest staying. A staff member had to be called every time the room was going […] needed to be opened. Stayed overnight on the way to Graceland. After checkin we ordered from the menu and had great conversation while waiting for our order. Computer access was available and the breakfast the next morning was outstanding. The only and repeat only crirticism is that the mattress could have been a bit firmer.Staff was great.

This was our first visit to Nashville, so we were not familiar with driving distances to attractions. This hotel was a little far from downtown Nashville, but was located in a clean, quite neighborhood in Hendersonville TN. The hotel was clean and the rooms were comfortable. There are no vending machines and if you stay on the first floor, you have […] to go to the front desk for ice. The pool is not heated and was closed for the season (End of October). The breakfast was fresh and tasty, and there are several restaurants near by. If you don't mind the extra driving to get to the attractions, this is a very good hotel. Very nice rooms I really liked the layout of room, with the use of the short wall as a divider it made it feel more like two rooms. Very comfortable.
