We were in an upgraded room (223) which was great except it was difficult to get in and out of the bathroom because of the location of the door. Other wise the hotel was great and is one of our favorite spots when we visit Cincinnati. Great staff who were always very helpful and happy. The most OUTSTANDING service I have ever received. The staff went over and above to make sure me and my children were comfortable and happy. They allowed us to park in the hotel parking while we went on vacation for the week. When we returned from our vacation we discovered the battery on our van died. After a LONG travel day this was the last thing […] we were expecting but the staff at the hotel did EVERYTHING they could and got a jump for us VERY QUICKLY and we were on our way home again. A very nice airport hotel, clean, large rooms, bathrooms and friendly staff. It also felt safe (I'm a woman). I call it an airport hotel because obviously, it isn't what I would call a destination (or resort) hotel. I only ate breakfast in their restaurant but it was nice. Only complaint is that you must pay extra for wifi, otherwise everything about the place was great and staff super helpful, including the shuttle driver.

The staff was above and beyond status quo, as we were consistently ask by any staff member if we were enjoying our stay and if we needed further assistance for our stay: even the hospitality staff who cleans the rooms did so! The hotel was excellent. I thought there would be free wifi and there wasn't but I just used my phone to find stuff in the area instead. Nothing near you but the airport but I never heard a plane while in my room. Had to drive a few miles to shopping and a restaurant for dinner but it was only about 4 miles away.

My stay was simply wonderful. The room was very clean, the bed was perfect, and the room had a great view of the airport runway. I couldn't have asked for more.

I wanted to relax and watch some great college football and found your free channel selection horrible. The service tries to rip you off just to watch even ESPN. Channel surfing with your service is next to impossible. I'd expect far better at a Motel 6 My flight was delayed by an hour so I arrived at the hotel at 11:05pm. There is no way to get anything […] to eat after 11. And I mean nothing! (Ok, I was offered a cookie) There are no options at all close by. The "basic" breakfast prices were about $15. Between the terrible TV, no late night food options and extreme breakfast prices, I felt very much like a captive audience being squeezed at every turn. Love the free cookies upon check-in, and the restaurant was good, too. Just thought the room service and restaurant menu prices were a bit high, and I still don't believe hotels should charge for wi-fi. -The shuttle picked me up from the airport in a timely manner. -The bathrooms were like new condition and the room was clean. -Used the free 1 hour of internet 6 times. -The shuttle drove me to and from the company I was working at for 2 days at no charge. We had a late check-in and they were very accomodating to our needs. The hotel lobby is very pretty. The only down side is that they do not offer free breakfast with your stay. And their prices to eat inside the hotel are high. Other then that a very nice hotel for the price

The beds were comfortable and the room was very clean. We ate dinner in the restaurant down stairs and had an excellent meal. The steak was freshly cut and cooked to perfection. We choose this hotel based on the location to the airport. The airport shuttle was very convenient and drivers were pleasant and helpful.

The hotel was extremely nice and clean and the staff was very professional and helpful. The lobby was very cozy and inviting. Overall, I have to say I was very pleased with my stay and would definitely book a room at this hotel again if visiting this area in the future.

LOVED this hotel! I would have been better if I was used to the bed, but overall, EXCELENT. There was a reviewer that said you could not hear the planes, we did on our side. They were not very loud, but you could hear them. LOVED this hotel, and WILL go back! Close enough to the Zoo and Aquarium, but not all that hustle and bustle of the big city. The hotel was the perfect place to stay before our early flight. Check-in was fast and the front desk clerk put us in a ground floor room next to an outside door, as we had our little dog with us. Stayed for a night. Got warm cookies at check in. Pool was small but okay simce theyre wasnt but 2 other people in it Only bad thing was house keeping knocking at the door 3 hours before check out time. They kept coming until we finally just left. It was like they were rushing us to leave.

For a Hilton next to an airport this hotel offered no amenities! No free wi-fi! Come on! Every motel 6 in America has free wi-fi and only cost $40 a night. No complimentary breakfast, not even orange juice or coffee in the lobby. Ridiculous. There was construction workers working on our floor. No handicap parking anywhere making it even more difficult […] to access. Had problems with room keys continually. Got charged by hotel twice including 2 incidental fees. Still waiting to get our money back from that by the way. Double tree by Marriott was great, double tree by Hilton is the worst hotel on the united states. Clean and comfy, good for an overnight stop close to the airport - The staff was wonderful, and found us the BEST cab driver to take us out - he gave us a wonderful tour of the city and area, and we saw things we would not have had a chance to otherwise.

In 2012, it's not really reasonable not to have free in-room internet. The have a single use free access code you can have for a one hour internet pass but for a 24-hour pass you have to pay. It's enough to make me want to stay somewhere else the next time I travel. That being said, the food and service in the bar were top notch. Really excellent.

We spent two nights, and our primary purpose was simply a place to sleep and stop off between site-seeing. We did not use any of the amenities at the hotel, although they all appeared to be just fine. The staff was superb. They looked up addresses and provided directions to two different places we wanted to go. I always like getting the brochures for […] local site-seeing, and noticed that this hotel lacked a supply for the taking. They had samples, but they were on a key ring and had to be viewed there. (I went to a different hotel to get copies for myself.) Some people like really soft pillows - me - not so much i had to go out a purchase a pillow for the second night. The room was mostly clean, there were a few items near the bed which were missed from prior visits. Overall if your just flying in for a layover and heading out the next morning its a good place to stay thats close.
