Kaupungin Jacksonville sydämessä sijaitseva Omni Jacksonville Hotel, perheille sopiva hotelli, on kävelymatkan päässä kohteista Jacksonville sinfoniaorkesteri, Jacksonville Landing ja Jacksonville modernin taiteen museo. Lähistöllä ovat myös Alexander Brest -planetaario ja Friendship Park.

Hotellissa Omni Jacksonville Hotel on uima-allas ulkona ja kuntokeskus tai -sali. Ilmainen langaton Internet-yhteys on käytettävissä yleisillä alueilla.Tämän 4-tähden majoitusliikkeen (hotelli) liiketoimintapalveluihin kuuluvat liiketoimintakeskus, kokoushuoneet pienille ryhmille ja limusiinipalvelu. Vieraspysäköinti on saatavilla lisämaksusta. Henkilökunta voi järjestää: hääpalvelut, tilaisuuksien tarjoilut, liiketoimintapalvelut ja valuutan vaihto. Hotellissa on muun muassa seuraavat lisäpalvelut: kahvila, concierge-tiski ja kielitaitoinen henkilökunta.

Omni Jacksonville Hoteln 354 ilmaistoidussa huoneessa on minibaari ja kahvin-/teenkeitin. Vierashuoneissa on seuraavia näköalavaihtoehtoja: kaupunki tai joki. 42-tuumainen LCD-televisio, joissa on parhaat digitaalikanavat ja maksulliset elokuvat, ovat saatavissa. Huoneissa on työpöydät, ilmainen sanomalehti arkipäivinä ja puhelin, useita linjoja sekä ilmainen vastaajapalvelu. Vieraat voivat käyttää lisämaksusta huoneessa nopeaa langatonta Internet-yhteyttä. Vuoteissa on petauspatja-patjat, untuvaselkätuki, untuvahuopa ja huippuvuodevaatteet. Kylpyhuoneissa on suihku/amme-yhdistelmä, kylpytakit ja designer-hygieniatuotteet. "Great hotel - nice location"
The room was clean and the majority of the staff was great. The only problem we had was in the morning trying to get coffee without breakfast - the service was slow and rude.

"Nearly perfect"
Wonderful location for spending New Years Eve in Jacksonville! The only down side about this particular hotel was a charge for parking and if I wanted to check my e-mail in their business center there would be another charge. Other than that, it was wonderful.

I wanted a hotel close to the Landing shopping and dining area as well as close to the NFL stadium. The Omni was perfect. Clean, courteous staff, helpful staff, and the room was very comfortable.

We came for the MNF game. It was great. We parked and never used the car again til we left. Walkded to dining, shopping, and museum and took a water taxi to the game. Kids met some of the Jags players in the lobby too.

"Near the Landing - Accepts pets"
We chose this hotel because we were traveling with a small dog and they are one of the few hotels in the downtown area that accepts pets. We went to a Christmas party for our trade at another hotel across the river and chose this hotel because of the reviews. Room was okay, some stains on carpeting; mildew/mold in tub area. This hotel was great. From the moment we arrived our experience was great. the valet explained the parking options clearly. The front desk greeted us like friends and after hearing our plans gave us some good suggestions for our free time. The rooms are clean and inviting. The beds were very comfortable. The room service was quick, and delicious. The […] hotel even provided warm chocolate chip cookies as a bed time snack. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. My son and I will stay again. "Omni Jacksonville - gluten free paradise"
Highly recommended. Everything about our stay was first class. The staff were enormously helpful. My wife is a coeliac, and has to have gluten free food. We were delighted that there is a full gluten free menu for breakfast. Quite unique in our experience of staying in hotels and B&Bs all over the world was the provision of a toaster specially for gluten […] free breads. "jacksonville omni"
Quality, Quality and Quality. Great experience excellent staff. One minor complaint is you have to pay to park your vehicle. With this said I would not let that get in my way of staying there again. Rob
"OMNI-Jacksonville"
The hotel is accross the street from the concert hall making it convienent for a weekend out. The bar and restaurant are very nice and quiet to relax in. Also just off the I-95 and right in town.
I was very, very pleased with this hotel. Although I only stayed one night, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms was very clean and roomy, and the hotel was directly across the street from the popular Jacksonville Landing. I definitely would stay here again and I will recommend it to others!

I have stayed at hotels, motels and B&B's all over the world, including the Waldorf Astoria in Manhattan. If you are seeking accomodations with a staff that will graciously attend to practically every whim, this hotel is for you. In my experience, it was world-class service at its finest. I was also pleased with my upgrade, and only slightly disappointed […] because of the location. Their professional photos gave me the impression that they are located alongside the river. They are not, though I could see the river from between the buildings. However, the simple elegance of the hotel, the attentive service, and the cleanliness made up for the somewhat missing view. "Omni is my choice for downtown JAX"
We stayed here for three days in July and it was awesome. The staff was friendly and really ready to help. The food we got from room service was so incrediblly good, we actually ordered dinner three nights in a row. Amazing, truly. And the server who brought our food was the best. She made me feel like a regular. I only gave it "4" in two categories […] because the carpet was a little worn in places, but it wasn't a detractor. "The OMNI in Jacksonville, FL"
My husband and I were going to a concert on a Friday night so I surprised him with a 2-night stay at your hotel. It was so convenient to the venue and nearby Jacksonville Landing. We walked to all places, enjoyed the pool, and hotel's restaurant. It was a perfect weekend.
You will find very nice staff from the minute you arrive and through out your stay. If your thinking about staying here think no more this hotel is great.....
"Nice for a normal....Never for your anniversay"
I picked this hotel thinking that this would be more upscale then my normal marriot stays. I Was wrong i had asked them to set my room up with flowers and some bubbly.. when i got there they did everything i asked for but it looked like someone opened the door and threw rose pedals on the floor and walked out.. they also had the metal pale next to the […] tv and there was water dripping down to the floor. we had paid for vallet.....and when we went to call them to have the car ready none of the 3 phones on the room worked... we did talk to the manager who was very very nice. he gave us a new room and redid the rose pedals and some how we actually got differet color rose pedals this time and they were not just thrown on the floor from the door. the veiw from the new room was great. i would stay again but never ever for a special occasion. Omni Hotel Jacksonville very tastefully decorated. Very smart. Staff were some of the friendliest I have ever met. Some of the staff even remembered my name without prompting. Nothing was too much trouble. Comfy bed. Quiet.

"The Omni Jacksonville Hotel - Downtown"
Overall, the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and it is close the Jacksonville Landing. It is also quite a bit cheaper than nearby hotels.
"Did the trick"
I chose this hotel because it was a bit cheaper than my nearby conference hotel. It was clean, comfortable, quiet, friendly, and breakfast wasn't a small fortune ($11 for continental in the dining room, as I recall). Suited my needs quite well.

This hotel gets an A for location, because it was within walking distance to the Landing. The hotel was nice, but we thought that the parking fees were unreasonable and the room service fees were very high, and they charged me $2 more for a bottle of water than I could have gotten out of the wet-bar in the room. The TV was horrible. It was a 25" square […] screen, which cut off the outsides of the picture and we had a hard time reading the words on the screen from the bed, and I have 20/15 vision. The hotel staff was excellent. The location is in downtown Jacksonville. Good for business trips but not a good location if you're planning to come for a vacation as there is not much close by walking distance except for banks and financial buildings. Enjoyed our stay at the Omni. Service was great. Room was great. We were in town for a concert at Veterans Memorial and it was a great location. They provided transportation for $5 a person. The Landing is accross the street. Fun trip.

"Stay away or stay awake!"
Beds were terrible, very uncomfortable. Lots of banging could be heard late and when I finally went to sleep the fire alarm went off at 3 am. The alarm only went off in my room scared my 3 yr old to death and we never went back to sleep. No one ever said a word to us. I'll never return.

Excellent service. Employees are extremely helpful and caring. One minor problem that was solved immediately: the floor vacuum made our room shake. The TV should be updated . Location is outstanding
