Spa is closed. Too many children were staying at pool so long. Few boys were driving. The sign on the wall is "No Driving". Six adults in my group were not happy.

We were so happy with our stay at the Country Inn and Suites! The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and roomy! The breakfast in the morning was good and had a nice big dining area. The staff was very friendly and helpful! We would stay here again!

Easy access from the interstate. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast. No complaints.

We stayed for almost 5 days and it was great the whole time. The room was clean and they respected our privacy the whole time. The only con was that the coffee wasn't very good. lol over all we had a great stay.

I arrived at this hotel 19th October late at night. Greeted warmly by Nicole the night reception. The next morning there was an hour delay before they could get me a taxi to my business meeting as it was rush hour. Nicole who was just finishing up her night shift and offered to run me to McDonald's Innovation Centre. This lady who hails from Haiti expected […] nor would take anything in return for this huge gesture. We could all learn from her. Country Inn Suites should elect her employee of the month and whatever they are paying her ITS NOT ENOUGH. I'll be back based on this lady's customer service. Hotel was new and great also . My family and I stayed here for 2 days to attend my sisters wedding. The room was nice and clean. For the price it was great. The front desk person was great at check in giving us a room close to the exit and on the first floor. We have a16 month old and 3 year old. There were plenty of places to eat nearby. not very nice for a Country Inn and Suites. The room smelled of stale smoke as well as the third floor. Overpriced. This was the highest priced hotel on our vacation and the worst. The whole hotel needed renovated. And breakfast did not look appetizing and the area where the help hung out had the door opened and it was dirty in there. I had a box of […] cereal. Good neighborhood, good breakfast, clean and located near enough to Chicago/Midway. I would stay here again.

THIS HOTEL WAS BEAUTIFUL AND CLEAN ALL THE STAFF AS WELL AS MANAGEMENT WERE VERY KIND.

Difficulty at check-in. The hotels.com confirmation number was worthless. Room #2 had ant infestation. When front desk was informed of problem, they replied, and I quote, "That's very unusual. Normally we only see ants on the 1st floor." (this room was on 2nd floor) They offered to "spray the room" to remedy the situation. When we declined this offer […] they did switch us to another room, an upgrade to a suite at no additional charge. Room # 2(2) While preparing to leave Sunday morning, we pulled back the sheets on the bed to check for any misplaced items and were SHOCKED to find not only a live, 1" long centipede crawling there but a 4" stain in the bed sheet that appeared to be blood! We called the front desk and were told no manager was on duty. They took our cell phone number and promised that a manager would "get back to us." It is now Wednesday, 12:00pm, 3 days later and still no call from anyone at Country Inn Suites. Room #1 Heat/AC unit function intermittent. Stale musty odors. TV would shutoff intermittently on its own. Rooms #1 and #2 Poor TV reception. Grainy. They had a notice in the lobby apologizing for this but still..... We have stayed her before, the rates are reasonable, good continental breakfast, clean and safe. Hop on and off the freeway.

Your hotel made our stay in Illinois a much more pleasurable experience. Staff was great ,room was great, and the hot tub and pool were an added bonus. Thanks

Overall fine. Stayed a couple of years ago at this hotel and it is pretty much the same. Room was clean. Beds, sheets, blankets and pillows were very clean and fresh. Bathroom had a 1-2 loose floor tiles which made it feel as though the floor was uneven and sinking a little and stucco celing in the shower looked like it was drooping. We were very happy with this hotel. The beds were great and a nice little cont. breakfast. We had to check in late because we were out with friends. We stood at the desk for about 10 minutes and then the unfriendly hotel clerk checked us in. It took her 15 minutes to do so.

This hotel is very comfortable, the staff is very friendly, and everything is very clean. We stayed 3 nights and our stuff was never touched except to clean around it, and they always left the room perfectly clean. The breakfast was very good, on the weekday they had egg sandwitches with sausage, and on the weekend they have biscuits and gravy. We enjoyed our three nights here. My son loved the pool. I loved the hot tub. My husband loved the waffles at the free breakfast. However, we chose this hotel for the King Suite and it's two rooms with a door between them. The door was glass with a wood frame and a sheer curtian. So much for privacy.

It was extremely quiet for the number of other guest staying at the hotel. For once, during our numerous stays at hotels, our sleep was uninterrupted by slamming doors all night. They even let my husband and I swim and use the hot tub way past the pool hours were over. Continental breakfast was good and the breakfast room was well maintained.

Everyone was very courteous and friendly.
