The hotel is under construction, the cost of the room was ridiculous and no laundry, breakfast was a joke, I sat down and the staff started to push my table off to the side, really they couldn't have waited til I was done. If your going to reorganize the room, close the area. For the amount of money tho was not worth it, my choice I won't ever stay […] there again. Great property near SMU. Fantastic staff and service.

This hotel is undergoing a renovation. However, our room was disgusting. The doors of closet (which I assume were the floor length mirrors) were completely missing and just the rusty track was exposed. The bath tub enamel was totally peeling around the drain and seemed completely unsanitary. In addition, we were required to sign a "no noise tolerance" […] policy upon ck in, and proceeded to have the maids loudly talking laughing etc outside outdoor at 8am. Horrible experience. It takes forever to get hold of anyone by phone. Front desk staff is not very helpful. The shuttle service driver (afternoon driver who is from San Francisco) is kind of rude.

Third time in Dallas across from SMU and we've stayed here three times. Each time we've been satisfied. Getting in extra extra late one time and we were still able to get something from the restaurant. Pretty good too. All hotels have room for improvement when I'm spending my money as far as I am concerned, but I am never dissatified with my stay. Staff […] are always accommodating. Attending conference. Hotel was only 5 miles from conference centre but transfers cost €20 - so false economy. hotel is being refurbished, so not in good shape. dining room still uses parifin heaters to keep the water baths for the breakfast warm. no fres coffee - only week starbuks from the urn, and no alternative due to reconstruction was the explination […] I was given. I was a ok place to stay. They were doing major remodeling but not bad. IF the included the breakfast with the stay then it would be like most hotels. It was a good breakfest but it was $13 plus tip every day.

Hotel is under remodeling by the lobby and pool, it's very noisy, dusty and smoky. The pool is very dirty with cigarret butts and leaves. If plan to use the pool it's not worth it to stay there.

The location of this place is great, right next to SMU and right on 75 easy access to downtown and many Dallas attractions. The problem with this property is that it is under extensive renovations. The rooms were nice but a bit dated, the air conditioner in our room went out in the middle of the night. The renovations will last until late 2012. The […] rooms are equipped with the sleep number bed, personally my wife and I did not like them, but I am sure that others will have different opinions. When we arrived we had reserved a King room but were told that none were available and were given a Queen room. We arrived at 11:00 am. I requested a king size bed as I'm 6'4 and bad back. The young desk clerk said I could have a queen size bed now or wait. I reminded her of my height and back and said we would wait for king size since no one else was there waiting. I told her that we were going to eat lunch and would return. Please hold the first king size bed […] for me as we would return and I had prepaid for the room. We came back at 1:45 and I asked if a room with king size was ready. She said "Nope"! So we sat and waited right in front of her. Several people came and went. I finally got up and asked her again at 3:00 pm. And wow! There was one. She only cared about getting off duty as she told the maintenance man she was tired! Very poor customer relations and room was in severe need of maintenance and repair. This hotel should be closed until renovation is complete. We were without power and forced to walk steps to our room on the 5th floor. Bathroom tub was cracked. Very disappointed.

I was thrilled to find such a bargain near SMU, however; the hotel was awful in so many ways that I could not sleep. A hotel where you do not sleep is not a bargain at any price. Upon arrival the registration staff was not helpful and generally unpleasant. The location is excellent for visiting SMU, but if your room is on the US75 side of the building, […] do not plan to sleep as the road noise (through ear plugs) was unbearable. The only time I didn't hear the road noise was when the barely working air conditioner fan came on and drowned it out. To the condition of the hotel and room: -the entire facility, including my room, smelled strongly of sewer gas, it was AWFUL! -the carpets in the hallways and rooms were not clean and/or damaged -I requested a regular bed and was given a sleep number, which a) did not hold it's firmness on either side and b) has a huge ridge right in the middle of the bed making it the single most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in -the bathroom was not cleaned to any standard I could live with and the tub was rusted and drained slowly All in all this was the worst experience I have had in a hotel in years and I would not recommend this facility! Starting reno in some areas. Need some in rooms. Tile was not attached in tub. Good location but difficult to get safely to parking through drivethru w/luggage. Have stayed before and will again because of location and price.

This hotel was undergoing refurbishment and not a second too soon. The restaurant, pool and atrium were all closed. The room was dated, linens dirty (hair on the pillows) and the bathroom shower/tile all falling off with mold. I do not recommend staying here at all and will not return.

We loved the room, comfortable king sized bed, TV, free Wifi and friendliness of the staff. However, when we got up in the morning there was no hot water for our showers. We were on the 9th floor but heard other guests unhappy about it too.There was a storm that night which the clerk blamed the outage on but I think they should have done more. It was great for the lower greenville parade because it was right there.. the room was okay, the people were nice. It wasn't super clean but it was overall pretty good.

we had a great time - all was very good!

This is my second stay at this hotel because of location. On this trip, the faucet on the sink was so loose we were never sure we'd get it off or on with it still connected to the sink. The room is DARK. Even with all the lights on, it's dark. Not great when 3 women are trying to get dressed. The only mirror in the room is behind the television set. […] Since it was so dark in the room, we couldn't have used the mirror if it was visible. The lamps had an on and off switch. No three way bulbs and no bulb warm up that increased light. There just is no light except in the bathroom. The select # mattresses do no adjust. We had the same problem last time we stayed there and talked to other customers at breakfast who said theirs didn't work either. Beds were hard as rocks and moving was guaranteed to wake up others in the room. This hotel is where to stay if you MUST be close to the location. Otherwise skip it. Very convenient to large hospital district just northeast of downtown Dallas. And for the price I would stay here again

We could not make our room cool enough for sleeping. The thermostat would not respond.

Radisson said would not honor king bed request from hotels.com They actually had a king bed room but refused to give it to me for unknown reasons. The room I was in had a faulty thermostat that drove me crazy. I was moved into another room at midnight ruining my chances of getting a descent nights sleep.

Room wasn't ready so I didn't stay there I had the inconvenience of finding room and board somewhere else

I really wanted to go in the pool but it was dirty and cold. I was disappointed. I wish it had a spa.

Good location for SMU and NorthPark Mall. Hotel is comfortable and spacious. Carpet was worn in our room, but in general for price and its location it was fine.

Unfortunately, I was a bit disappointed in my accommodations. The hair dryer didn't work and there was no reading on the thermostat to tell me the temperature in the room. I've slept on sleep number beds before and this one was not as comfortable as they usually are. Very hard -- even at number 35. Older hotel, walls are very thin as our room was right next to the elevator wall and we could here discussions of the elevator riders and elevator dings all night and morning. Also, I wish we were told that you have to reserve shuttle rides when you check in...was very disappointed we could not use the shuttle service at 7:30pm. Good value, friendly staff. The only negative was the breakfast buffet was very overpriced for the quality and variety of the food.

I couldn't have been more please with our stay. My wife and I needed a close hotel to SMU for the Armed Forces Bowl and the Radisson was perfect. The service was above and beyond what we expected. The shuttle picked us up from Love Field and delivered us wherever we needed to go. They even picked us up outside the stadium shortly after the game to take […] usback to the airport so we could catch our flight home. The room was clean and comfortable. Thank you Radisson for the top quality service you provided us. We will recommend this hotel to anyone, and will stay there again if we return to Dallas. Lisätietoja

Sleep number bed control would not work, so the bed was not comfortable. I tried to adjust serveral times before giving up and tring to go to sleep. We were on the 9th floor and there was a party on the floor above us. My wife and I were hearing music all night and the sound of tables and chairs moving across the floor. The bath tub was refurbished […] and the paint was peeling. Over all I would never go back and never recommend this Hotel to anyone. While we had a few issues, the staff responded and fixed everything. We stayed here an basicly enjoyed the stay. I would recommend this for the location and price.

The A/C unit was going out in my room. It was very loud and ran all night. No sleep. This was probably the exception. Everything else was fine. The food down stairs was very good. The staff was nice.

room was clean but not to the level I would expect. towels were thin and worn down. windows were so dirty that you couldnt even see out. our bathroom tub dripped the entire time we were there. the shower had no pressure. the location is good but I would not recommend the actual hotel.

Was a birthday trip to see a concert at a location 6 miles away from hotel. The hotel shuttle would not take us to the palladium ballroom because it was 1 mile out of their range!! I was so upset! We ended up spending 25 dollars each way for a cab! We choose this hotel because of the closeness to the venue and that it had a hotel shuttle and they would […] not take us! Also they required a deposit on room, no problem but ran our credit card for the deposit an said it will be 14 days till we get deposit back!?!
