No greeting when we were checking in, she was very nice to older couple in front of us tho but we didn't get the same treatment and even at our checkout. Lovely entrance and lobby. Friendly service. Pillows way too thick; couldn't sleep. Next time will take our own. Restaurant has a nice ambience, but the food is marginal. The salmon on my caeser salad looked okay but tasted awful; very fishy. Chicken soup was solid salt.

Has the big hotel feel in a small town. Would stay there again.

The rooms were nice and clean. The hotel was quiet. My kids enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and hot tub. The lobby was really pretty all decorated for the Christmas. We got the hotels.com room that included 2 breakfast at the bar and grill on the 9th floor. The view was nice. The waiter was new i think, He was very slow and didn't bring out all the […] food that we ordered, but we weren't in a huge hurry and he was very apologetic. Everyone has to learn somewhere. Friendly staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds. Breakfast in the restaurant was great and reasonably priced.

This hotel was the friendliest dog hotel we have ever stayed in. The staff was great and very accommodating to our large party of 12.

My husband and I stayed one night on a Saturday during December for the Leavenworth Christmas tree lightening. The place was clean, elegant and convenient but the front desk staff were not friendly. We also went to the restaurant on the 9th floor for dinner and breakfast. Dinner was great and the food was good. For a Sunday breakfast there were not […] that many people and we waited 45 minutes for someone to just come and host us to a seat. People were all complaining about the service but the food was very good and hot. We would have left but had paid already for the room and breakfast package. There was high wind when we were there, so the power went off repeatedly. But the hotel itself was perfectly fine and clean. In a good location.

This was my 3rd stay here in the past 4 years, and by far the least pleasing. The room entry cards had to be recharged twice during my 2 day stay, even when I was careful to keep them away from my phone, etc. One of the 3 elevators quit working just after I arrived, there were actual holes in the carpet in my room, the bathroom was both small and very […] poorly lighted, no fan, and no hair dryer. During other stays I always enjoyed the top floor restaurant, but service was terrible due to understaffing, though when the food arrived it was good. Spacious room, bathroom wasn't huge, staff very helpful. Nice view from the 9th floor restaurant. The Roaster had just opened for business BUT no TV in the bar, no beer on tap, our table was chipped and the windows were filthy. This hotel is conveniently located on a main street and within easy walking distance to several older , unique boutique-style shops . If you prefer, Macy's and JC Penny Department Stores are located at two separate shopping malls which are an easy car ride away. Fresh muffins and apples were presented in the main lobby in the early morning; a nice treat. […] Rooms were fresh upon arrival. The pool was awesome! It was larger than most and very well designed with a pool stating inside and then branching outside. Since the hotel's pub and restaurant were under renovations, we had our breakfast right across the street at a place called Cuc Tran Cafe. The food was good and reasonably priced. Well maintained hotel in the middle of downtown close to shopping and restaurants. Our room looked recently updated/painted, nice just a bit smallish. Hotel Restaurant good breakfasts.

Very pleasant and clean. Good location for us.

Stayed one night, and found it to be very satisfactory. The cost was much lower than comparable hotels in town, and the breakfast was a proper cooked breakfast of our choice, professionally served. The pool area was nice, and the parking was good.

Your hotel should offer free breakfast for you guest, other hotels in your area have this offer.

Had to wait to check in at 1400. The room was clean but they need to remodel the bathroom. Then they didn't tell us until checkin that in the morning there would be noisy repairs and put us close to them. The room was comfortable and the hotel is in a good location.

Nice hotel for the price. Top floor restaurant gives it an added bonus, along with the indoor/outdoor pool. Friendly staff and good location.

This was a great hotel in a good location. I went for a wedding and paid less than other people that came and stayed in worse hotels. Restaurant at the top also has good breakfast at a good price. Was everything I could ask for.

I have never sleeped in a more uncomfortable bed in my whole life. Might as well sleeped on the floor which I did the last night and was better than the bed. Asked if all beds were same got attitude from desk and seemed like they didnt give a crap about anything other than the next phone call...hold a second so i can answer that....hmmmmm do not stay […] here price is not worth the comfort that Holday inn Express is just down he road were I have stayed for cheaper and much better they do a awesome breakfast also.... I enjoyed my stay here very much. Great location, clean rooms, nice hotel grounds. I would stay here again for sure. My only problem was I was on the 4th floor and I could still slightly hear the music from the club on the 9th floor. Other than that it was a great hotel overall.

I just thought the hotel was above any of the other hotels. I bragged about the pool and the indoor/outdoor of it. The rooms were great! I went to Wenatchee to play in a softball tournament and told the entire team about the coast wenatchee center hotel. It was what i was looking for, for sure!!

I like this hotel because its right in the old downtown area. There are other good places to stay and soem are very new but they are along teh main strip that looks like every other main strip in every other city. We walked to a coffee shop within a couple blocks and even walked to a fabulous dinner. The hotel was very reasonably priced.

The cost is too high for a small town like Wenatchee. The rooms are old - no comfortable chair to sit in. Poor drainage in tub. Small parking lot in front. At least the 3 elevators made access fairly quick.

Staff was very nice and attentive. No continental breakfast and no way to regulate the temperature of the rooms at night. We were so hot and miserable and could not sleep at all.

Bought a package for a room with two queen size beds and breakfast. Upon check in, I had to show my reservation confirmation to prove that breakfast was included. Then, was given free breakfasts to the adults only (my husband & I). When breakfast is included for with a room, especially a room with two queen size beds, it should be for all guests in […] that room.... Other than that, it's a nice and clean hotel. Close to the downtown area which was nice for walking to restaurants. If you are a light sleeper, you'll hear the trains. Fortunately, I'm a deep sleeper so the trains did not bother me. Lisätietoja

Nice place to stay as clean and friendly staff. Don't be ready for a hot blast in the shower though, as the hot water is hard to come by. Overall no real complaints.
