Solid place to stay during my business trip. Staff very friendly and helpful. Very clean. A little bit dated but I would stay again.

not worth $50 per night. some wall plugs didn't work. there was no remote for the t.v. there was no iron or ironing board.

The hotel is simply one of the worst i have stay in a long time, the price is low but so is the hotel condition. The carpets in and outside the rooms are... well, just not walk barefoot.

OK...FOR THE PRICE...WHEN I WAS GONNA STAY A SECOND NIGHT JUAN (FRONT DESK PERSONELL) WANTED TO CHARGE ME THE RACK RATE FOR THE NEXT NIGHT. sO i CHECK OUT AND WENT AND STAYED AT THE RED ROOF ON 290. MUCH CLEANER AND BETTER LOOKING FOR LESS MONEY.

Decent hotel , acctually not bad for the price, little hard to get to if your not familiar with the area. No restraints really close by, parking is horrible, all kinds of young people being loud in rooms and walking around outside at night, was afrid my car was going to get broken into. The night shift staff wasn't knowledgable about reservations threw […] hotels.com in my opion .i had thought he knew what he was doing, come to find out a few days later not only did hotels.com charge me for the room , but I was charged for a room as well by red roof inn, and it wasn't a non smoking room like I requested in my reservation! I had a really bad headache from the smell of smoke the next morning.Even though the hotel credit my account for the extra charge (which took me two days to finally get a call back),needless to say , I won't be returning to any red roof inn ever again anywhere. Lobby is clean and worker are very professional. Hallway to dark and outdated. Room was outdated; no LCD tv Just add $10 and you stay better hotel

Aside from needing to be renovated, I came back to take a nap at 3:30 pm and having placed my do not disturb note on the door, along came the maid pounding on my door. There must be a system in place to keep that from happening.

Bad!! I get to the hotel about 4:00 in the afternoon. And my room still wasn't ready. The front desk told me it would be another hour it would be ready...

The people in the lobby are very nice. The hotel needs fixin such as drain plugs missing in tub and the ac's look old and beat up...simply put it needs a bit of fixin up. It was nice to see security on the job at night in the parking area.

I was disappointed that the room i was charged high has no refrigerator and microwave, i have to walked down to the hotel lobby to heat up my food.

Convenient location and they keep their lobby ver clean. That's just to lure you in... Carpets filthy throughout hallways, near elevators and in the rooms. Room totally depressing - not wall art, mismatched chairs.

Dim lighting wifi didn't work Had to wait in lobby for employee to find a room key to program. No entrance/exit from frontage road

People loitering around the hotel and standing around outside their rooms. Rooms smelled and were not clean. I checked out and went to another hotel even though I prepaid. Horrible experience

It served its purpose. I needed time away to relax and not worry about life events. I decidedto spend an evening at Red Roof Inn and it was exactly what I needed. Quiet, clean and comfortable.

It is what it is. Bed a tv and a shower. For the price its good. Right off hwy. And near lots of restaurants.

This Red Roof Inn meet the basic needs that I had. Clean, comfortable bed. Not too expensive. A good value for the dollars spent.

Hotel amenities were sparse, but irons and hair dryers were available from the desk. The desk personel were very helpful.

Changed rooms twice, horrible smell, air smelled nasty, toilet and shower were stained and dirty. Couple next door had their room changed twice. Really gives Red Roof a bad name.

The king sized bed was terrible. The desk clerk gave me the wrong room when I checked in and the next night my key didn't work, and he insisted I was in a different room. Luckily my stuff was all there, but that guy didn't care too much that he stressed me out. Who needs that? I stayed there 2 nights and woke up often from the uncomfortable bed.

In was located close to where I needed to be. Room was spacious, but bed was not very comfortable.

The hotel staff was very polite and professional. The condition of the hotel for the price of our stay and the lack of amenities was in my opinion, poor.

i like the location but there were no extra blankets and the carpet ould have been a little cleaner the halls smelled of smoke and i'm a non smoker. i could not set th clock in my room . i would still choose to stay one again when in town but some improvement on smells would be nice.

You get what you pay for. The hotel is undergoing renovations so it should be better in the future. Tw location is good, just off 10. Room was good. AC worked well, comfortable bed and hot shower.
