Sijainti.
American Inn at Lackland sijaitsee kaupungissa San Antonio (Lacklandin ilmavoimien tukikohta). Lähistöltä löytyy muun muassa Wolffin kaupunginstadion. Alueen muihin nähtävyyksiin kuuluvat San Antonio SeaWorld ja St. Mary's University.

Drury hotelli oli todella upea vanhan tyylinen mutta arvokas ja erittäin siisti hotelli.Huoneet tilavat ja mukavat ja ilmainen aamiainen todella monipuolinen. Illalla happy hour jossa lämmintä ruokaa ja drinksuja tarjolla ja lapsille limsaa ja pop cornia pitkin iltaa. Hotelli tosi kätevästi kauniin Riverwalkin äärellä, jonne käynti hotellin alimmasta kerroksesta suoraan. Pysäköintipalvelu toimi hienosti ja katolla oli huimat näköalat sekä uima-allas ja kaksi kuumaa poreallasta. Todella mukava kokemus ja suosittelen ehdottomasti mm lapsiperheille.
Lisähenkilöistä saatetaan periä maksu, joka saattaa vaihdella hotellikohtaisesti.

"I have a feeling this isn't the worst it gets..."
The mattresses were so old that they sank in the middle and were only about 6 inches thick. Very hard and springy and uncomfortable. The carpet tiles did not fully cover the floor, so you can see through to the bare concrete in places. The room smelled weird. The toilet could not flush, and there was a dead roach on the floor behind the bathroom door. […] The tub floor was dirty. On the upside, the pool was very clean, though small, the sheets were clean, and the towels were clean. However, that didn't mean I was brave enough to shower there. It's also very close to Lackland AFB, which is why we chose the location. However, there are far better hotels with similar rates in the same vicinity. Lisätietoja

"Whatever you pay is too Much!!"
This hotel was terrible! It smelled, the pillows were flat, and the bed sagged in the middle. The TV did not work. The toliet was dirty, and my daugher's feet turned black after walking on the carpet! The breakfast is no more than Cheerios and coffee. The same people were at the front desk in the morning as when I checked in, and they were in their […] pajamas!! The people at the front desk were pretty rude. The ice machine only spat out sludge. This was the worst hotel that I have ever stayed in, and I hope no one decides to stay here unless they plan on catching some kind of disease from the uncleanliness of the hotel. Lisätietoja

The rooms had a funny smell to them, a few people out of our group had to change rooms because the air didn't blow cold air and the guy running the front didn't believe us. The cleaning staff was very nice, but the guy working the front was too until we told him the problems about the rooms then he was very very rude. The best thing about the hotel […] is the pool. "Very Cheap"
We were only in the room to change, sleep and shower so although the room was in rough shape, the sheets and towels were clean, the carpet vacuumed and the tub and sink cleaned daily. The TV and air conditioner worked well and the refrigerator was great. Except for the lovely maid the service was non existent. I was told that I could print my boarding […] passes at the front desk but when I tried there was no one available who spoke English and I went back over several hours and was unable to get any service. I ended up having to go to the Airport early to get my passes. Nor was anyone available the next morning at check out. Breakfast was offered and consisted of Fruit Loops or Apple Jacks and weak coffee. There was a juice dispenser but it never worked. The wireless internet connection was very patchy and usually didn't work at all at peak hours. Even with everything mentioned above I would stay here again because of the price - but I will know that this is really another case of "you get what you pay for". Lisätietoja
