Baymont Inn And Suites New Braunfels - New Braunfels

The room was just ok. It was clean, but it seemed a bit worn. The man at the front desk when we arrived was rude. It seemed to annoy him that I was there to check in.

After a 14 hr drive, checked in at midnight, at 12:30am they call the room and ask me to move rooms now that im settled and my wife is in the shower. The rear security door was broken and unlocked while three homeless men drank between that door and the dumpster. The beds are nice.

overall very satisfied - my wife felt that the beds were not firm enough and hurt her back. if you need a firm mattress look elsewhere.

Very impressed with the cleanliness of the room. Room was quiet from outside noise. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

We loved the room we had. The staff very nice, and loved having so many restaurants close by. Will stay there again.

Everything about this hotel was very nice. The hotel was extremely quiet. The room was very clean and the bed was pretty comfy with nice pillows. The continental breakfast consisted of the usual- muffins, danishes, waffales, and cearel. The juice was tang, so had to pass on that. Over all, everything was great. I would stay there again.

If you are an early riser, you will enjoy your stay. All the doors have a spring return hinge so the doors close automatically. When they do, you hear and feel them throughout the hotel, it's loud.

The Baymont is easily accessible from I35. There are restaurants close, and the hotel is in good repair. The staff was friendly and helpful. This facility is convenient to tourist sites and the freeway. The staff were very nice and courteous.

Clean and comfortable.

Clean comfortable room with comfortable bed...Close to anything you might want to see or go to. GREAT rate and walking didtance to several good places to eat....definitely will stay again if in the area.

The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. At night you could hear the doors closing from other rooms, but other than that it was a nice quiet stay.

The bed was a little hard, I'm used to a softer bed. The place was very clean which was the most important aspect to me. I felt safe the whole time I was there and even running out to my vehicle in the dark I felt safe. Great place to stay.

Ok stay no real complaints, bed was not the best but clean and big. Of course my bed at my house is awesome so to me they all suck. Clean hotel breakfast was OK but don't really get allot in a continental. Overall it was close to gruene and close to outlet mall and right next to a nice burger joint called Ironhorse so that was good.

Check in was fast and easy. Room was clean and comfortable. Room was cleaned and made up in a very timly manor over the three days we were there.Room heat and cooling were excellent. Good bed. We stayed 2 nights to attend the Wurstfest and do some outlet shopping. The hotel was very clean (inside and out), the staff super nice and we felt very safe with the location. The front desk gentleman gave me maps, coupons and shuttle information for the Wurstfest and added "Just call if you need anything else!" He was a real pleasure! Close to everything, great price, VERY comfortable bed, nice extras like fridge, microwave, coffee maker, blow-dryer...the very best choice for our Wurstfest weekend! Highly recommended!

Good customer service is about communicating with your customers and making them feel like they are important. The staff here are about themselves and do not know how to communicate. I waited 30 minutes to get checked in and was not told why, when I asked what the issue was, I was told computer problems without apology for the delay. When I voiced being […] upset by the situation, I was told by the clerk 'thank you for ruining my day'...didn't know it was all about him instead of the customer. When we returned from being out, our keys did not work. We 'interrupted' the clerk when he was watching his football game with his friends to re-code our key card. Everything about the hotel was just fine...but the king size bed. The mattress was too soft and resulted in a back ache.

This hotel was in New Braunfels, TX. Everything was just perfect for us. We would definitely stay in a Baymont Inn again. Thanks for a wonderful night's rest and delicious breakfast.

The evening staff and morning staff were very nice and helpful with answers to our questions. The room was nice and clean and smelled fresh. The shower was tall enough to actually take a shower instead of one body part at a time.

All was great here at this hotel! From the location, clean and comfy room and free continental breakfast. The staff could've been a little more upbeat and friendlier I think the only person that greated us with a smile was the lady prepping bkfst in the morning. This was a great hotel and close to everything we wanted to do. I will definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.

Beds are very hard but great location and room was very clean. Would stay again if they had a deal on it though due to convience of location. Breakfast ok too.

I thought for the price the hotel was fairly run The pool being on the highway wasn't very pleasant, although it was clean and the kids enjoyed it. Have no complaints about our room--comfortable and clean.

Room was clean and fresh, Towels were clean, white and soft. Bed and pillows were comfortable. We had a great not sleep.

I think this hotel needs a new manager. The staff was lazy. The person who checked us in kept texting while I was talking to him. He never even stood up to show any respect to me as a guest. The cleaning staff smoked in the hallways and the smell was everywhere. Kids did enjoy the pool though.
