Hinta-laatutasoltaan erinomainen hotelli, josta vain 15 min metromatka Washington, DC:n keskustaan. Metrolle noin 10-15 min kävely. Hotellissa kolikkopesula, joskaan ei halvemmasta päästä, mutta säästää tilaa matkalaukkuihin ja tuliaisiin.

Sijainti hyvä, keskusta kävelymatkan päässä. Autoparkki hoidettiin hienosti. Aamiainen oli kohtuullinen mutta naapurustossa on hyviä aamiaispaikkoja. Ystävällinen ja avulias henkilökunta. Huoneet hyvät ja oikein viihtyisät. Alakerran lobbybaarissa oli viinimaistajaiset iltaisin.

This was the worst hotel stay we have ever had. We walked around D.C. all day and came back to the hotel tired. It was very difficult to sleep well due to the hard beds and rough pillows. It was also hard to give my kids a bath since there was no plug for the bath tub.

Outside appearance was clean and estetically pleasing, however once inside the room I found water damage on the bathroom walls, black mold growing on the walls beneath the wallpaper, baby roaches in the room and I had 2 bedbug bites on me during the second night there. "Quality Inn Alexandria"
Very comfortable, generous breakfast, very clean room. The atrium/courtyard is lovely...only draw back is that you have to walk outside to get to your rm (at least ours on the first floor) and of course the courtyard noise, which wasn't much. It is lovely, with a fountain etc. Definitely good value for the $$. Easy to find.

The staff was really nice and helpful. The breakfast was more than expected, really well stocked with a great variety, The beds were very comfortable and overall the room was great. It was further away from downtown than I had anticipated but was fairly accessible.

The only thing wrong about the motel was the steps getting into the place! The rest of it was one hell of a bargain. I don't know how they do it. One of the best bargains I have found in years. Will be back! I had read previous reviews and booked based on them. They were true! Flat screen TV with HD no less.
"It has it's good and bad days."
I would say that overall the hotel is nice, but some of the rooms look as if an hurricane came through there. We requested a non smoking room and was given a smoking room. I wasn't satisfied and requested for them to change my room. The room next to it was nice, but didn't smell as strong as the other room. They didn't have any more non smoking rooms, […] but coincidently there were rooms available. My family and I had a great experience in this hotel. We were upgraded from a regular double room to a suite because the hotel staff wanted to give us a more comfortable stay. The breakfast was pretty good, as well. Everyone was really kind and helpful!!! Thanks Quality Inn in Alexandria!!!
"Convenient to Ft. Belvoir"
Less than 2 minutes from Ft. Belvoir main/hospital gate and cheaper than Ft. Belvoir lodging unless you need to have a suite and available laundry. For a quick stay to visit Ft. Belvoir, it can't be beat. A couple of restaurants and a convenience store are located nearby/within walking distance.

Hotel was fine, low cost. Breakfast was average for continental, internet worked fine, room clean and in good shape except toilet ran off and on, maintenance was notified and did nothing. I've paid much more for the same quality room. Very good value.

The only problem I found which I was not satisfied was the fact that I placed the "do not disturb" notice on my door knob. I thought that all hotel workers abided by that notice. I was booked for 3 nights, and I was taking a vacation from college. I was disturbed by the maids 3 consecutive times when they should have known that I was in my room, and […] did not request service. 2 beds were more than enough for 1 person to have, therefore, the maids should have not bothered my during my peaceful get away. The hotel management was very accommodating. I had asked for a king instead of two queens when I booked and was told it was unavailable, but we were moved to a king the second day and finished our stay in a king. My wife was impressed by the cleanliness of the bathroom and the room, in general, was clean. "Heater kept me up all night"
The AC/Heat units are older and are a healthy 60-70 decibels clunking and popping on start/stop. The hotel looks like it was renovated since it was originally built, but some items need some work. It was close to impossible to sleep with the heat/ac on. The place was clean otherwise.

I stayed here while on business at Fort Belvoir. The location was ideal for my purposes, and if time had permitted, I would have returned to visit Mt. Vernon and Woodlawn. Despite all the traffic on Richmond HWY, I was able to get to and from my destinations without difficulty. The hotel was very clean and comfortable as well.

This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. As soon as I enter my room, I get a bad vibe. I see bugs on the wall, bugs on the desk and the bathroom toilet had blue stains and looked as if it wasn't even cleaned. I can't believe that I actually stayed here. Never again!

The only real problem that I encountered was in entering and exiting the property. I had lived in the area for many years so I knew it was tricky. It can be confusing trying to enter or leave the property because there is no designated area to make the turn North or South.

"Great for Value"
I booked this room over the phone, the very nice gentle man picked it out for me. Hotel was nice in a good location only a few minutes from the metro station. Staff was very nice and every thing was very well kept. Room was exceptional and overlooked the courtyard fountains. The hasp lock was not installed correctly in our room but I wasn't fearful […] anyone would break in, that had the rear entrance closed off and you needed your room key to access it. The hotel room and service was excellent. It's close to shopping and was a perfect weekend get-away location.

Has all the basic amenities, clean and comfortable. The iron is bolted to the ironing table and so ironing is impossible, the iron costs $25 to $30 and if somebody steals it charge it to their credit card but do not bolt it and make it unusable.
