Econo Lodge Metro - Arlington

exactly what i was looking for. basic, clean, safe place to sleep and shower, half hour away from capital hill on metro, where I could park my car, so I avoided the hassles of traffic, parking fees, and saved a ton on hotel bills. thank you.

Attending a DC conference and on an extremely tight budget, I booked one night here. The savings, about $100/night, were well worth the 40 min. commute via Metro to/from the conference. I enjoyed that this hotel was convenient to alot of srrounding restaurants, metro and downtown. However, I am use to these chain of hotels in having a microwave and fridge in the rooms. I was very disappointed that this hotel did NOT have a microwave and fridge in our room. Also, only one spare outlet! Me and my friend had to take turn in charging our […] cell phones! Also, it happened to snow the weekend we were there and the hotel management did NOT have the walkway, entrance or parking log shoveled, salted or even put sand. Located a short walking distance from East Falls Church metro station (which is itself about 45 minutes by metro from Union Station), this is a relatively inexpensive alternative to staying at pricier hotels in Arlington or DC. Found hotel with relative ease...would recommend going around the parking lot if traveling from metro as stairs are steep if carrying luggage from metro....using bike path for me was a little disconcerting as it is a solitary stretch for a very short space, but being female it was a concern...short distance from convenience store...would recommend getting […] food elsewhere, but not bad if hungry and no alternatives....quiet room, r-e-a-l-l-y small sink area, but okay for me....yoghurt gone when I got to breakfast, but juice, etc. and muffin sufficient....would recommend. Great location, friendly staff. Small room but we don't travel to stay in a room. Tables and chairs downstairs to have breakfast, coin laundry and vending machines also. Close to metro and freeway. We will stay there next trip !

Great location and the price was right. The breakfast was very carb heavy -- lots of pastries, toast and bagels. I didn't see any lids for the coffee cups. The parking was good and I was able to park right in front of the entrance all three days. The room was clean, but VERY small and the decor was dated.

Shower water never got more than lukewarm. Room clean, comfortable, and inexpensive.

This is a great basic hotel in an ideal location to Washington DC. Close to the train, it has basic rooms, adequate car parking and you can leave the car behind and walk to the station. It is quiet. There are restaurants that you can drive to nearby. Staff are friendly, courteous and did absolutely the right thing by us. I would stay there again.

A close walk on the bike path to the East Church Falls Metro stop, this hotel was incredibly convenient and easy to get to. It was cozy and clean, with excellent customer service. This hotel was every thing that I was looking for and have no major complaints. Some minor complaints is that the a/c in the room wasn't that cold and also the breakfest wasn't that impressive at all, it was more like a breakfest snack but for the price can't complain. Stayed at this hotel for a dc trip and it was great because you just take a 10 minute […] walk down the bike path beside the hotel and you are at the metro then a 20 minute ride into dc. The hotel itself was actually quite lovely. It wasn't super swanky or anything but it was clean and did the job. It did smell a little bit odd and the sink/mirror area was only room enough for one person. The walk to the metro station is about 10 minutes and isn't bad but it is kind of scary at night. You walk along a bike path that is lined with bushes […] on both sides. It is somewhat discomforting that someone could be hiding in the bushes and you would have no idea. 値段も手頃で綺麗なホテルでした。閑静な住宅街にあって、治安も問題なさそうなのが良かったです。DCの町中からは少し遠い（地下鉄で20分～30分くらい）ですが、ダレス空港へのアクセスは便利です。地下鉄の隣の駅からワシントン・フライヤーの空港行きバスが出ています。

Gostei muito do hotel. O quarto é limpinho, com banheiro. Fomos muito bem atendidos. Chegamos bem antes do horario do check in e conseguimos um quarto. Nao sei se o cafe da manha é bom porque estavamos dormindo e perdemos o horario. Tem um metrô pertinho que nos leva aos principais pontos turisticos. comemos perto dos pontos turísticos por isso nao […] sei dizer sobre refeições na região dos hotéis. Mas no geral, gostei muito.
