Our stay was within what we expected. Only problem was did not have cold water in morning. They had a problem with their boiler but eventually we were able to get hot water. Stay was enjoyable.

Our experience was a disaster. It took three attempts for the key to work, no hot water, the wireless wasn't working, and they ran out of breakfast. The manager was hiding in the back and would not come out to talk to many dissatisfied customers.

This is an acceptable hotel, very close to Colonial Williamsburg, but by the looks of the others, at the bottom of the rung for national chains. The rates are much lower, making this a good value. Jacuzzi was cold. Coffee was cold. Sink was broken and wall outlet in our room was loose. Beds were not that comfortable. Location is very nice and staff was friendly.

Hotel was clean, staff was very friendly. The rooms should be renovated to bring it up to the standards of the current times. overall it was ok. I wanted a place to shower and sleep while visiting Colonial Williamsburg for two days. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Nothing exceptional but very servicable. Good water pressure and plenty of hot water. The breakfast area is accessible by going through the indoor pool area or coming in directly from the parking lot. Choices for breakfast […] foods were typical of what is being offered at other hotels. I didn't make use of the pool or any of the facilities. When you pull into this hotel you immediately know that it is an older property - however unlike so many of the pre-fab constructions that start to fall apart in 10 years this is a brick and mortar building that can stand the test of time. All in all we enjoyed our stay. The rooms are a bit old, had some dirt on the wall. The toilet wound always run after you flush it. Great area to stay in, real close to all the attractions. Would of stayed in a smoking room but unfortunately they are outside rooms.

Excellent in every way. This will be my hotel of choice for my frequent visits to Williamsburg.

the hotel was fine for the money. the location was good to downtown Williamsburg and other restaurants. the beds were a little small for a double. I didn't like the fact that you had to walk outside to get to the pool and breakfast area, it is cold outside.

I would come back to this hotel. The location is perfect and the service and facilities are not bad!

We stayed at this hotel for the first time for two nights. The price was more than reasonable, the staff was kind and helpful, and the deluxe continental breakfast was a money saver.

I DID REALLY ENJOY MY DAUGHTER ANDI STAY. THE PEOPLE WERE SO NICE AND THE ROOM WAS A VERY NICE ONE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANY ONE.

The bed was very comfortable. The sofa needed to be replaced...it sagged. Bathroom/shower was good. Extra towels were provided which was very nice. The breakfast is a typical continental breakfast...very basic. Good place to rest your head....

Well maintained, very friendly and helpful staff, complimentary breakfast consisted of normal breakfast food, waffles, toast, cereal, fresh fruit, etc.

The staff was very nice. The beds were comfortable. It is an old hotel and has some maintenance issues, but did not disturb our stay. The cost was very cheap compared to other prices in the area. The breakfast was a variety unlike most other hotels. I would definitely stay in this hotel again.

This is a nice hotel for overnight stays. We were there during move from VA to TX

Not complaining, but these are our comments . . . Our room was on the front of the hotel, we heard noise either from the water fountain or traffic all night long, would suggest requesting a room on the rear of the hotel. The layout of the hotel was such that you had to go outside to get to the indoor pool and was inconvenient when you came out to the […] cold temperature. Hotel was OK. Good location. It was clean and decent. However, breakfast was in a weird location and pool was dirty and crowded.

It is a little strange that you have to walk outside to get to the indoor pool. At least it was still warm, wouldn't want to try in winter. Very close to attractions and restaurants.

I moved my reservations from Friday and Saturday to Thursday but was charged for the second night by the hotel. Becareful of you dates.

The Comfort Inn was a nice place to stay. Only a couple problems. No rooms with two queen beds, doubles only. And the free breakfast was nothing to write home about. Best bet is to walk down to The Gazebo for a great breakfast. Otherwise, nice place.

Very nice, basic hotel. Could stand some sprucing up, but no major issues. Staff were friendly and helpful, nice continental breakfast, outdoor pool area very pleasant. Within five minutes of Colonial Williamsburg. We plan to stay here again.

Was pleasently surprised with the location of this hotel. Minutes away from Colonial Williamsburg. The staff was great and the services were fine. The indoor pool was chilly, did not seem heated. The breakfast was good and was a savings for us. The rooms could use some upkeep but were very clean and for the price was perfect for us.

Air conditioning was very loud. TV remote was broken. I've stayed t better places near ehere at about the same price. Fortunately we were only there for one night on the way to the Outer Banks.

My husband & I stayed for two nights to attend a friends wedding, overall the stay was comfortable. I recommend you bring a Glade candle or air freshener the room had a mildew like smell the air was stifle. The surrounding air smelled like sitting water. The non-smoking rooms smelled like smoke and there was no refrigerator in the rooms. Hotel staff was very friendly. Indoor and outdoor pool were very nice. Free continental breakfast was a nice perk. Overall a nice place to stay for the money.

only issue was the room needed to be aired out because it had a strong smell when you walked in something like lemon pledge mixed with spic n span cleaner

The staff was very friendly and helpful, checking in was a breeze. The rooms were comfortable, but there was a funny, musty smell in both rooms we stayed at. It went away once we put the airconditioning on. Bathtub had still hair stuck in it, and also on the walls, makes you wonder how well it got cleaned. The only complaint that I have about this hotel is that there were no refrigerators or microwaves in the hotel rooms; and when I requested that one be placed in my room in order to accommodate for my medical needs, they hotel stated that NO rooms have refrigerators. Other than that I had a pleasant stay.

This hotel was close to Bush Gardens and different restaurants. The hotel staff was very pleasant and quite knowlegeable about the area. The room was very clean and breakfast was included which was adequate. Would stay there again.

The first thing you need to know - This is not the RItz.....IT IS a Comfort Inn, the lower end of the choice hotel family. The hotel is grossly outdated and in need of a makeover. stayed here for 3 nights.. comfortable, clean and quite. indoor pool was great and operating hours were convenient. breakfast was good and much to select from. location was excellent! we went to Busch Gardens and it was 6 miles drive. plenty of restuarants around to choose from. all staff was pleasant and helpful...

Very helpful and friendly staff. All attractions are conviently located as well as restaurants. The mattress are ok but comfortable enough. Would stay agian.
