"Expensive for a cheap motel"
The room was little dirty and worn out. The bed was uncomfortable. Walls are paper thin. The halls smelled smoky even though the entire motel was supposed to be smoke-free. I won't stay here again.

"Avoid this place"
My room had a musty odor in addition to the most uncomfortable mattress and pillows I have ever used. I received virtually no sleep here. .

There is opportunity for improvement relating to the mattresses. Written in magic-marker on both mattresses were "Roll Away" and were lacking in the comfort catagory. A refridgerator would have been nice to have too. Pool gets 5 Stars -
"Good parts - bad parts"
Hotel is rather dated decor-wise. But it seemed clean and the front desk staff was pleasant. Good: Very nice pool and hot tub. Parking was nearly full but you could still park near a door close to your room. Bad: A/C didn't work and hotel was full. No resteraunt and pub as advertised in the site. No real resteraunt located within walking distance that was opened had to order food in and was not that great. Hotel and pool area was worth it thou clean and quiet.

After an initial room glitch which resulted in our being upgraded to a bigger room, our stay was very pleasant. Housekeeping personnel especially were very friendly and cooperative. Breakfast was decent, although a little "carb" heavy as are most of the breakfasts at these kinds of hotels. If we had 1 complaint, it was the night there was a barking […] dog in the room next to ours. We called the desk to complain and finally had to beat on the wall. "Had to Leave in the Middle of the Night"
We stayed at this hotel for two nights. On the second night, the individuals in the room directly above us were stomping on the floor at 1:30 in the morning. I called the front desk twice about this issue, and the noise only increased. My daughter and I packed up our things and left the room at 3:00 a.m., facing a 12-hour drive home on no sleep. "Eagle River Days Inn Long Weekend."
Had reservation ready on arrival and room was clean and ready. Has an excellent buffet breakfast with DIY waffles and 24 hour lobby coffee. The pool is available 24 hours. Excellent near by restaurant with hardy north woods meals.

The accomodations were very nice and in good repair. Staff was friendly and attentive to our needs. A minor repair was needed and taken care of promptly. A good value for the price. The breakfast was above average.

Adequate. Nothing super. Breakfast room was too small for hotel. Breakfast typical. Rooms stuffy - smelled of old smoke even though hotel is now smoke-free. Met our needs though.

"Nice room for the money"
The Eagle River Days Inn is a good value except the description says there is a microwave and fridge in every room and we have stayed there three times and have never seen a room with either one.

"Very nice hotel. excellent pool. Quiet as a church"
This is an excellent hotel for the family, couples or a group. Huge indoor pool is fantastic with Jaccuzi and sauna. Rooms are nice. Beds are perfect. Quiet as a church. I slept like a rock. Shopping is close by. Pamida discount store is next door. Grocery store across the street. This is so nice I could live here.

Very nice continental breakfast & eating area. Also a very nice swimmming pool. Staff very helpful with any questions and requests. Even changed our room at check-in so we wouldn't need to climb stairs!

"Very nice hotel"
Beds comfortable, rooms quiet, everything clean, friendly staff, everything modern and up to date, free continental breakfast wonderful, large heated indoor pool perfect, jaccuzzi relaxing, sauna was nice. This place has everything if you don't stay here you will never know how nice it is.
