At Indy airport it is impossible to find a place where to order shuttle to the hotel and after waiting for close to half an hour I took a taxi to the hotel. Surprisingly the taxi-ride took quite a long time and cost was surprisingly high. When arriving at the hotel, the reception was very friendly and professional. Everything was as expected, no bad word about this hotel. Room clean and quiet, breakfast more versatile than I thought. Shuttle bus from/to Airport worked great except they really should arrange on-line-order or phone at the airport as my cell phone did not work in US and it was bit difficult to order shuttle bus without phonenumber nor phone... The hotel was ok for the most part but the staff was not that friendly or professional looking. When time came for breakfast, they were out of everything by the time we made it to the breakfast! No milk, no waffels, no cream cheese for the bagels. It was ridiculous! A friend of mine that was staying there at the same time actually went in the kitchen […] herself to get the thing we needed because noone that worked there was getting it done! Nice room, good staff, got us in at 12 after an all night flt, good breakfast, and very convient to freeways. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed here for about 7 hours because we had an early am flight. It was just ok. Reserved king room but got two queens. Didn't even bother changing bc we were in and out so fast. The shuttle was late leaving in the morning and took almost 40 minutes from our call to pick us up on our return. I was in town for less then 24hrs and this place fit the bill. I have nothing negative to say about the place. It's not the Ritz but it's a nice place to stay a few night while in town.

The room was very large and comfortable. If you are arriving at the airport, be sure to call the hotel for a ride.

This was just a one night stop over, but, well worth the stay. The hotel is beautiful, well kept and friendly staff. Breakfast had many choices: waffles, fruit, yogurt, danish, muffins, cereal etc. Room and bath clean and comfortable. We were very pleased and would stay there again most definitely.

we had a nice night here. We come to Indi every year for the toy show. Having this hotel right across from the toy show is very convenient . Thank You

The room was dirty when we arrived with very dirty carpets and chicken bones on the floor. The next day they only replaced 2 towels and there were 4 of us there, they didn't make the second bed or vacuum. We had to ask the sales manager to have the other bed made up. The room looked like the cleaning person spent all of 5 minutes cleaning between guests, When I walked into the bathroom, there was a pubic hair lying next to the towel u step on after you shower. Upon further investigation, there was hair all over the floor, plus muddy footprints from a pair of boots. The shower was disgusting - still had hairs inside […] it and the walls of the shower had enough soap scum on them to create another bar of soap. When I pulled down the comforter and top sheet to go to bed, one corner of the fitted sheet was not even attached to the mattress, and one of the pillow cases had not been replaced (wrinkled from the previous guest. Let me begin by saying that it is rare when I complain about anything, but this is something consumers need to know about. I realize this is not a five star hotel, but there are certain things that any hotel should ALWAYS do between guests. This is one hotel I will NEVER stay at again. The room was totally disgusting!! Good value, not quite as nice as other Ramada's I've been to but it gets the job done.

The hotel was a great value for the price, location, amenities and airport shuttle. An additional fee to leave car there, but well worth it! Would recommend this hotel to anyone thinking of staying in the area or flying into or out of Indy Airport. Thank you!

Great stay, shuttle runs 24 hrs, room was a great size with a balcony, and a friendly staff for a GREAT price.

We got a room at this hotel because my son and I had an early flight out of Indianapolis int'l airport. The room was clean, everything functioned fine and the room was roomy for all 4 of us to stay in. We got up too early to eat breakfast but the price was right for what we got.

This is our third stay at this hotel and they are always very accommating and pleasant to deal with on every concern. The staff is wonderful.

The shuttle driver was prompt, courteous, and pleasant. I would recommend this hotel as a place to stay before flying out.

Great price, comfortable large rooms, and wonderful choice of breakfast items! Definately would stay here again!

I got a cheap rate. It was close to the airport (10 min ride in the shuttle). The only thing that I can say was bad, was having to pay for parking (less than airport parking) while I was gone, thought it was free. I stayed here overnight prior to flying out the next day.

The Ramada near the Indianapolis Airport is a very nice facility for the price. The only things I could nitpick about are that the grout in the bathroom was a little on the dingy side and the location doesn't have a lot around it (it's in the middle of an office park for the most part). The staff was very friendly and helpful and treated my dog like a guest. Room was large and bright. The bathroom needed some detailing. Breakfast was above that of many free breakfasts you receive at hotels. I would make an effort to stay here again.

Centrally located. Easy access to freeway and surrounding attaractions.

The Ramada Airport in Indianapolis continues to provide top quality service among all the other luxury hotels that are in the downtown area. And it is not overpriced like those other hotels. Great continetal breakfast selections!!!

This hotel is located near the old airport building. Many of the roads leading to the hotel are now closed or under construction. The hotel is musty, worn, old and dirty.

The breakfasts were HOT and varied. I stayed 2 nights. The first morning was biscuits and gravy; the 2nd, french toast and sausage patties. This was alongside an assortment of rolls, donuts and juice and milk. The room was to be expected for the price. It wasn't the Ritz, but it was not run down. Overall I was satisfied.

For the price, it was WELL worth it. The other reviews were similar. GREAT breakfast. Room was a nice size. I did have to go ad buy some Tilex for the shower stall. WAY to much mildew for me to bear. I also got some cleanex wipes since the cleasiness of the balthroom was kind of suspect. I would definitely come again to attend future colts games. Stayed for one night - had the room wrong. We booked 2 queen beds and they had one queen ready and acted like they were inconvenienced they had to change. Bedspreads were just stained with I don't know what. Sheets came right off the bed the minute you laid down. No amenities in the bathroom. Would never stay there again.

Hotel was avg and ok for the price. Room wasnt very clean..Dusty and mirror had cleaning streaks..Avg..Hotel was in good location and easy to get to airport from. Dinner recommendation was good as well. Morning Buffet was nice along with business center.
