Kaupungin Auckland sydämessä sijaitseva Crowne Plaza Auckland on kävelymatkan päässä kohteista SKYCITY Auckland Convention Centre, Sky Tower ja Aucklandin kaupungintalo. Lähistöllä ovat myös Aucklandin yliopisto ja Queen Street Shopping District.

Crowne Plaza Auckland tarjoaa asiakkailleen seuraavat palvelut: sauna ja 24 tunnin kuntoilukeskus. Yleisillä alueilla on langaton Internet-yhteys (maksullinen palvelu). Vieraat voivat käyttää lisämaksusta huoneessa langatonta ja nopeaa langallista Internet-yhteyttä. Huoneissa on LCD-televisio , joissa on satelliittikanavat ja maksulliset elokuvat. Huoneissa on ilmainen sanomalehti ja suoravalintapuhelimet sekä ilmainen vastaajapalvelu. Kylpyhuoneissa on kylpytakit, hiustenkuivaaja ja hygieniatuotteet (sisältyvät hintaan).
Huoneissa on jääkaappi and kahvin-/teenkeitin. Lisäpalveluihin kuuluvat silitysrauta / -lauta ja avattavat ikkunat. Siivouspalvelu toimii päivittäin.

Viihtyisä huoneistohotelli aivan ydinkeskustassa, kivenheiton päässä satamasta ja Viaduct Basinin alueesta jossa paljon ravintoloita. Yläkerroksista mahtavat näkymät suoraan satamaan.

Todella hyvä, siisti ja toimiva hotelli Aucklandin keskustassa Skytowerin läheisyydessä. Kadun vaatimaton kyltti ei anna oikeutta hotellille, jonka edulliset sviitit ovat erinomainen majoituspaikka perheelle tai ystäväpariskunnille. Kaksi makuuhuonetta, kaksi kylpyhuonetta, hieno baarikeittiö, asianpesukone, pyykinpesukone, iso parveke jne. Naapurin backpacker-kahvilassa saa erinomaisen edullisen aamiaisen.
Lisähenkilöistä saatetaan periä maksu, joka saattaa vaihdella hotellikohtaisesti.

There was work going on at the entrance but we were not inconvenienced. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel was comfortable. The position is great, near the Sky Tower and shopping district, masses of restaurants nearby. Only 20 minutes free wi-fi per day in the lobby.

I've stayed in a few hotels in Auckland, this is by far the best and I won't consider trying anywhere else now. The hotel room was clean, comfortable and in good condition. It was centrally located and a short walk to the waterfront. The hotel was very accommodating and let me check in early. My main complaint was the ongoing construction in the building next door. "Amazing location"
Perfect for anyone visiting. We we were there for a visit and visited most of the city on foot and it was not too hard. shopping and dinning are just a block away. And its a small walk to the ferry building.

Good city hotel, BUT they do not realise the importance of a good and inexpensive WiFi. When you travel you want to be able to update yourself on your emails and social media. Cannot recommend this hotel until they fixed that!

"Only one problem during my stay"
The second night I stayed at the hotel at 2:43 AM a hotel worker from housekeeping called my room to ask if I wanted bath towels. I couldn't believe the time she was calling. She seemed very apologetic but at that hour I was very confused at why she would call at all. Needless to say I couldn't fall back asleep and ended up exhausted for one of my 3 […] days in Auckland. "Crowne Plaza Auckland - Heart of the Action"
During my trip to NZ for the Rugby World Cup, I stayed at the Crowne Plaza in Auckland on 3 separate occassions. This hotel is in the heart of the city near to the shopping on Queens Street, the Skytower and Casino. I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. If I visit Auckland again, I will definitely choose this hotel again.

Yes, it is really in the middle of Auckland and it is easy to get to all the places in the City Centre. The staff is very friendly, breakfast is as good as it should be. All fine and I would prefare to come back again. Only parking should be included in the room charge.

We chose this hotel mainly for ease of access to the Civic where our daughter was performing in Calendar Girls. My husband has difficulty walking so we also wanted to be close to transport and a variety of interesting eating places like the Stables. The staff were most pleasant and obliging, the room spacious with a most comfortable bed and interesting […] view towards the harbour. The club room offered excellent pre dinner drinks and canapes plus a well presented continental breakfast. We found the Elliott street entrance most convenient to airport and other buses and the Queen St shops. After trying several others I'd say we have found the best hotel in that area. "1 night at Crowne Plaza"
Needed a last minute hotel in Auckland. Crowne Plaza is convenient to express airport bus (other side of the block). Nice upscale (for me) hotel. Close to the harbor and to sky tower. Reasonable restaurants close by. Hotel, was very clean, comfortable and friendly.

Our room at the Crown Plaza-Auckland was very nice....large and had everything that we needed. We were only here for one night before cruising out and we would have been happy to stay longer...the location was just perfect for us....Easy walking distance to everything....including the pier, however we took a cab for the short distance due to luggage.
