I traveled with my 11 year old son for a sporting event. My son was exhausted after competing all day. The hotel was very quiet and comfortable allowing him to crash when he needed to. The location is close to shopping and restaurants as well.

The hotel was very clean and the hotel staff was excellent. There was lots of nice shopping close by. Would stay again!

Was wonderful except the morning breakfast staff.

This is a well-maintained hotel. The rooms are clean and accommodating. My only criticism is the lack of bright lighting over the bathroom sink and the somewhat used furniture. Good place for a short stay. Not top billing, but for the price just fine.

The place was very comfortable. The only issue I had was when I went to take a bath. I saw dark, maybe black hair in the tub. Took a quick shower and that was it.

Evening staff really need to work on their customer service, especially the young Hispanic lady at the front desk. She is very rude with customers! The rooms were very clean and we enjoyed our stay.

Very nice hotel with a four star feel. The breakfast selections are terrific, but not all included in the "free breakfast". I wouldn't pay extra for the free breakfast again, but instead save the $25 to use towards the delicious meals, including fresh fruits, fabulous juices and fancy coffee drinks.

No complaints. Rooms were spacious and clean. Location was easily accessible to major roads. Surrounding area with nice restaurants/shopping/parks/zoo. Pool was nice as well.

We came in for a Friday night Brewer game...hotel was very comfortable and clean. Front dest staff also very helpful. I would suggest a better breakfast selection, a buffet maybe. Had to wait for food to be served...otherwise great place!

This is one of the best hotels We have ever stayed in. I have nothing negative to say about it other than a lobby coffee pot being empty late on the morning we check out. The staff members were all very polite and friendly. The grounds outside were immaculate and the interior was very impressive..

We stayed at the Brookfield Courtyard by Marriott a couple of years ago when they were going through an extensive remodel, and returned for a 3-day stay in August 2011. The remodel is amazing. The lobby decor is very modern and upscale, but also very cozy. Love the bar and cafe. The lobby desk staff was very accommodating - brought us a small refrigerator, […] which came in handy since we were attending a reunion, and had some beverages and food to keep cool. The room was large, very functional and very nicely decorated. Even the ice machine was located in it's own area away from room corridors, so the noise would not bother guests. The location of the hotel is very convenient to shopping, good restaurants, and best of all, Kopp's Frozen Custard - the best frozen custard in the world. I would highly recommend this hotel. Fabulous hotel. Sophisticated style and everything super clean and comfortable. Beds were large and soft with tons of pillows of various firmness levels to assure everyone of comfort. Loved the location. Many restaurants within walking distance as well as a high end supermarket and mall. These items being so close in no way added to traffic congestion […] or noise. Wish that all hotels could be this great. Would never hesitate to stay here again if visiting Milwaukee or surrounding area. Lisätietoja

The hotel was very nice and we enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was very good. The only inconvience is the location of the only elevator that the hotel has..

Beautiful hotel. Should have had more than one elevator. It was a long walk to the elevator then another long walk to the room. Also I had requested 2 adjoining or adjacent queen bed rooms which they were unable to provide because no one paid attention to my request. We would recommend this hotel. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We had added breakfast when we made our reservation and the breakfast was good. It was freshly made and served to us hot!

We stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott in Brookfield for the Indy Car race this past weekend. The hot breakfast in the hotel was great and everyone was very friendly. The beds were very comfortable. We told others at the track how nice the hotel was and how convenient. Hopefully we will be racing there again and we will definitely be back

I am up in Brookfield for work at least once a month from Chicago. I have mistakenly booked other hotels in the same neighborhood before and they were terrible experiences. This hotel is such a pleasure and the employees are so friendly. The room is comfortable and the food is great

I highly recommend this place to everyone. The night clerk (Lori) was super nice! She was very friendly and her customer service is a +. She gave more than 100%, she gave us everything we needed. Even let us into the pool @ 4AM. She's a wonderful person. As for the rooms, it wasn't as big as i thought, the beds are kind of firm, other than that everything […] else was great. They had a sofa, eating table, the shower head is great ( i am in love with it), they had movie rentals, everything was great! We arrived in Milwaukee for a family funeral. We arrived early, before the 3:00 check-in, but we were accomodated and were able to register early. We went out for lunch, and returned to the hotel, able to get into our room to get ready for the wake. The room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the relaxation of the pool room, early the next morning, […] before attending the visitation and Memorial Mass. Noisy in wall heating unit. No free breakfast items including coffee. Room itself was fine. Good location in Brookfield near mall. 30 minutes approx. to downtown Milwaukee. fairly new.

Room was very nice and quiet. Bed was a little firm but better then most other hotels beds I have seen The light blocking hades were outstanding - it was the darkest I have ever gotten a hotel room - could sleep late without sun in my eyes. Whirpool was good temperature. Whole hotel was clean and staff was great. Thank you

This was our 2nd stay in a month. Got a chance to use the pool area this time...the hot tub was wonderful! Room was squeaky clean. I would suggest bringing your own pillows. The pillows they have are too soft for my husband and I. If you need a firm pillow, easier to bring your own.

Room was spacious and comfortable. We did not have time to check out the pool or anything, but the room itself was great. Quiet, clean, and large.

Overall, the room was very nice. Nice and bright color scheme. Bed was comfortable and room was quiet. Only drawback was room was a bit on the small size. I used the swimming pool. Its water was a good temperature and the area around it was very pretty.

Very nicely decorated hotel, and probably the most comfortable hotel bed we've ever had. It is a little further out from Wauwatosa than we like to stay, but there are lots of restaurants, etc. in the area. Would highly recommend!

I was extremely impressed upon walking in the hotel, its very contemporary and clean. The room was also that way. We were very excited to explore the surroundings there, the cafe was very convenient. The only downsides were that there was no continental breakfast, just the cafe which you pay for, and there were only 3 towels in the bathroom and 4 of […] us were there.
