Quaint old hotel. Service is Excellent. My room was tiny dated but very clean. Wonderful Deco lobby to sit, talk and enjoy a drink of your choice. If you just need a room to sleep and a glass of champagne at night; This is your hotel. The staff is there to help make your stay extremely pleasant.

We enjoyed the hotel very much. We had been before. I do not think there were enough staff on the desk when I had to wait for my key while a group of about 20 were checking in.

Nice boutique hotel with lots of French charm. Loved the decor and enjoyed a nightly cocktail at the champagne bar. Quiet location away from the center but fairly close to the Eiffel Tower and the river boats. Staff was incredibly helpful in arranging reservations for retaurants and shows. Would go back again and recommend for singles and couples.

The location of this hotel in the Trocadero is very convenient to the Eiffel Tower and the Arc de Triomph - you can stroll to both in approx 5 mins. We had a Classic Room on the 5th floor and could see the top of the Eiffel Tower from our balcony. The room was small but more than adequate for a weekend break. We spent two nights at this charming hotel. The location is close to many popular tourist attractions. Our room was lovely and clean. The bed was comfortable. They keep the hotel looking very elegant and warm. The complimentary breakfast was delicious.

The hotel was absolutely awesome. Expensive but worth it. The only thing that let it down, was no kettle and tea/coffee facilities in the room. We were a little disappointed with the size of the room, but the hotel staff offered to upgrade us when we saw the other rooms (which were very nice) we decided to stay in ours as it was a lot brighter. I could have slept in the bed for days as it was the most comfortable bed I had every slept in. The staff were very helpful, although I would warn you […] £10 for a cup of coffee and £15 glass of local red wine was a bit extortionate. The staff couldn't have been more helpful, I lost my phone in the taxi going to the airport, the taxi driver returned it to the hotel and they rang my wife immediately and said they had the phone and would Fedex it straight away. The hotel staff were friendly, spoke wonderful English, and attended to our every need. The decor of the hotel is outstanding. We were there during a cold snap, and sat by the fire in the sitting area in the lobby under the Picassos and Matisse. It was absolutely outstanding in every way.

As you arrive, the first experience you will have is that of the owners own fragrance that he designed as it wafts strongly in the foyer. You cannot buy it. Nor would you want to. We were greeted at reception by very polite staff who spoke very good english. The lift in the hotel is tiny but perfectly formed and fine working order. The stair carpet […] has seen better days but is satisfactory and clean. The bedrooms are cosy. The fittings and materials used are lovely and of high quality. The bed itself is opulent and very very comfortable. Sheets are beautifully white and crisp. The softest pillows and feather downs are wonderful. The bathroom is adequate and seemed to have underfloor heating. The bath is narrow so not ideal if you have broad shoulders.. Lovely bubbly products and soft towels. No tea making facilities but we did have a nicely stocked minibar, although we opted not to use it. Staff were very helpful and overall experience was very enjoyable. 10min walk to a superb photoshoot of the eiffel tower. Felt safe to walk at night. Great wee grocery shop over the road to stock up. Our trip from beginning to end was thoroughly enjoyable. The quality & elegance of the hotel was matched by the courteous & attentive staff. The early morning traffic noise was the only irritation that ensured we were awake extremely early each day! However the location provided us with a superb resting place for our very busy & comprehensive sightseeing. […] Our trip will remain forever in our hearts with trips to Moulin Rouge, Louvre, & our tremendous Segway tour of the busy streets & sights within this beautiful city. The jewel in our crown was the quite splendid dining experience at the Jules Verne restaurant on the second level of the Eiffel Tower. W/hen I first entered my room I felt like I had walked into in movie "Gigi". Although small, it was beautifully appointed and the bed was heaven to fall into after a day of seeing the sights. It is located several short blocks from the Trocadero Metro Station and some excellent cafes. The Eiffel Tower and the Arc de Triomphe are within walking distance […] and the Louvre other major museums are easy Metro rides away. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. When I told them how much I liked their hotel, they were clearly pleased and proud. When I dialed the phone to request a wake up call I got real live person and a real person called me in the morning. The only potential problem i can see is that the room was on the small side. The only hotel with a real Louis vuitton lift lining, great staff were very very helpful, they even walked us to the station to help with what train to catch. Breakfast was great made our Paris stay amazing! Loved it didn't want to leave :-)

We stayed for four nights and being my first trip I needed help getting oriented. The staff were without exception brilliant giving you all the help and guidance you would have had by staying with friends in Paris. Cannot rate the staff highly enough. The building has some quirks including a rather small lift and rather old 'art deco' style door handles. […] But make no mistake the staff provide clean rooms in very comfortable beds and in the de luxe rooms textile replaces ordinary wallpaper, amazing. The hotel has, as the French say, the strength of its weaknesses. Its strength is its old world charm, character and class in an excellent location for business and pleasure, but this means that you won't get a modern predictable room with standard conveniences. Street noise was sometimes a little loud (i.e., not modern double blind windows), but it didn't really bother me. My business executive room was small by U.S. standards, but sufficient in size and adequate for working (which I had to do in part). Free wifi internet access was fine. Service in France often leaves something to be desired, so it is a real plus that service at the hotel was good and friendly. I highly recommend breakfast, because it is well prepared and the dining room is a marvelous place. It is hard to find hotels in France with real gyms, so lack of a gym wasn't a comparative issue for me. Best option is to go to Club Med gym, where you pay 26 euro for a work out. Lisätietoja

This boutique hotel advertises four star luxury accommodations and service, but does not deliver. Attitude is typically French: snotty and incompetent. On the second to last day of our 7 day stay, something horrible occurred. We had a late dinner at Le Cafe Marly at the Louvre, following the Opera. It was 1am in the morning and we called the hotel to […] call us a cab, as there were none in sight and it was a snowy night. The desk clerk, Michael, first informed us that he knew exactly where we were. He then told us that calling a cab was not possible and hung up on us. We called back immediately and explained that it was very late, were were feeling unsafe and to please stay on the phone with us while we tried to flag down a cab. Again he hung up on us. Suddenly, a vagrant came towards us and attacked my elderly mother. There was a physical struggle and we were luckily able to phone the hotel again. Upon hearing the situation, he informed us that helping us to safety and calling the police were not possible and that it is was not part of his job. He insisted on giving us a phone number to call, which obviously we could not write down in the current situation. He refused to call on our behalf, even though he was fully aware of our dangerous situation. Then, he hung up again. A stranger on the street saw our distress and helped us find a cab. Upon our return to our hotel, we were greeted with a sneering, "So, you made it". No "are you okay?" or "what happened?". Lisätietoja

Beautiful hotel with excellent service. they went out of their way to get us a cab to the airport during the strike, which was not easy. Lovely champagne bar and great location btwn Eiffel tower and Arc de Triomphe. Quiet, upscale, residential area with small grocery store and coin laundry across the street.

4 min short walk from Trocadero metro station and within 15min walk of the Eiffel tower and other major attractions are easily accessed from the Seine hop on/off riverboats. Our deluxe room was compact and we had to be careful if we had to take our case out. There is no complimentary tea/coffee and no snacks in the minibar. Mattress comfortable but […] sagged at one end. Pillows lovely and soft. Decor charming and had french doors on to small balcony. Quiet area and rooms sound-proofed. Staff helpful and friendly. The food in the dining room is the same as the room service fare because they don't have an in-house chef/kitchen - rates are comparative/competitive to surrounding establishments but at least service charge is included. there are at least 2 restaurants within easy sight of the front doors if you want to venture outside for some Parisien ambience. however please note that like all major european cities, one should be very careful walking around at night along dimly lit streets so best not to travel too far on foot. the dimly lit neighbourhood would be our only major gripe, otherwise during the day the hotel is perfectly sited for a great Parisien trip. getting a taxi from the airport is easy but expensive - it took 45mins. when we departed instead we went by metro from Trocadero to Denfert Rochereau where we took the connecting RER train to Charles De Gaulle airport; took 1h 30min and for 2 people was around a third of the cost of a taxi. we found this very easy. I can't wait to go back to Paris. I have been there before and I would stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptional. It was a rare heat wave that caused us some discomfort but otherwise it couldn't have been better.

Estuvimos felices con el hotel. Está muy bien situado, en un barrio calmado y lindo, a dos cuadras de Trocadero. La habitación cómoda (para ser París...) y muy buen baño. Pero lo mejor de todo fue el servicio y la actitud de ayudar del Bell Boy y de la gente de recepción. Hotel liegt in Zentraler Lage zwischen Eiffelturm und Triumpfbogen. Genügend Restaurants und Geschäfte in der Nähe, sodass auf Frühstück im Hotel in Höhe von 29 Euro verzichtet werden kann. Toilette sehr klein, für grössere Gäste wirds sehr eng.

Gute Lage. netter Service, Garage über den Concierge, Klimaanlage war schwach, nach Reklamation wurde der Fehler behoben (resp. wir hatten 2 Zimmer) 1 Upgrade und eine Optimierung durchgeführt. D.h.
