Hotellin sijainti on loistava. Remontti oli vielä käynnissä ja muutoin siistissä ja hyvin tilavassa huoneessamme oli melko voimakas maalin haju. Muuten ihan ok, kivat näkymät kerroksestamme (11). Voisi mennä toistekin.

Lontoolaiseksi hotelliksi erinomaisessa kunnossa ja siisti pikkuhotelli rauhallisella sijainnilla. Hyviä ruokapaikkoja aivan vieressä.(esim. italialainen perheen ylläpitämä San Marco ja loistavaa ruokaa tarjoava pub Sawyers Arms) Lähellä Paddingtonin rautatie / metroasemaa (n.200m). Nopea juna lentokentältä 15 minuutissa koko matka. Pieni huone mutta huippusiisti ja nykyaikainen siisti kylpyhuone. Ystävällinen ja avulias henkilökunta.

"Hyvä mesta mutta remonttia vaille..."
Palvelu ok. Huone oli pienempi kuin kuvista kuvittelisi. WC hieman remonttia vaille, lattialaatat jokainen irti, käsienpesualtaan hanan kuuman säätönuppi irtosi, hana tiputti koko kolme päivää. Kun oli sokaistunut yksityiskohdille niin mukava paikka muuten. Lähellä hyviä ravintoloita ja metroa ja paddingtonin asemaa.

Huone erittäin pieni.Sänkyjen jouset painoivat erittäin pahasti.Aamupala pelkkää paahtoleipää,muroja ja mehua.Toiste ei meidän perhe tähän hotelliin mene!!

Hyvä perushotelli, jos ei kaipaa ylimääräistä luksusta. Nuorina henkilöinä varasimme edullisen vaihtoehdon, ja yllätyimme iloisesti. Edelliseen saman hintatason hotelliin verrattuna, Prince William oli huomattavasti parempi. Huone oli hyvin pieni, mutta erittäin siisti. Joka päivä kävi siivooja, joka myös vaihtoi pyyhkeet. Kylppäri oli myös puhdas. […] Erityinen plussa, että ällöttävät kokolattiamatot loistivat poissaolollaan! Miinusta voi antaa suihkusta, joka toimi todella huonosti. Muuten hotellihuoneessa ei ollut mitään valittamisen aihetta. Henkilökunta oli mielestämme ystävällistä ja mm. respassa auttoivat meitä antamalla karttoja yms. jotta löytäisimme haluamamme paikat. Hotellin hissi ei tosin toiminut, oli vähän ärsyttävää raahata kapeita portaita pitkin raskaita laukkuja. Hotelli oli tosi hyvällä alueella, aivan Paddingtonin aseman vierellä, jossa on useita ruokapaikkoja ja muutama normi ruokakauppa. Asemalta oli helppo suunnistaa minne tahansa. hotelli oli erittäin lähellä Paddingtonin asemaa, kävellen muutama minuutti. tosin osoitteeksi oli merkitty sivutie Gloucester Terrace, jolta kyseistä numeroa 42-44 ei löytynyt, hotelli sijaitsi päätiellä lähempänä asemaa. paljon ruokapaikkoja ja ravintoloita alueella. kylpyhuone oli siisti, lasit ja astiat puhtaita. sänky ja lattiat narisevat, ja seinät […] ohuet, joka hieman häiritsi, koska itse olin mennyt hotelliin nukkumaan, ja yläkerta tuntui putoavan päälleni! tv, josta tuli vain lumisadetta. aulassa langaton yhteys, mutta ei tietokonetta. päiväpeite ja matto hieman nuhjuiset. mannermainen aamiainen ok. kokonaisuus menettelevä, lontoon hintatasoon ja sijaintiinsa nähden. "Heidi"
Keskeisellä sijainnnilla Paddingtonin ja Lancaster metroasemien välissä, hyvät bussiyhteydet keskustaan. Vaatimaton hotelli, ystävällinen henkilökunta. Hissi ei ole toiminut hotellissa todennäköisesti enää vuosiin.
Tosi pieni huone jossa ei omaa WC:tä, se löytyi käytävältä. Ikkunaa ei saanut kiinni.

Arriving from Heathrow to the Hotel wouldn't be easier. Just pick Heathrow express or connect to the Paddington and you are just 5 minutes walk away from Hotel. Hotel is small and interior would need some "facelifting" but rooms where clean and clean towels everyday. Breakfast was simple and if you need more luxury then choose other place. Hotelli on tasoltaan hyvin tyypillinen Hyde Parkin ylälaidan pikkuhotelli. Siisteydessä hieman toivomisen varaa, mutta pelkistetty aamiainen (continental) ihan ok. The hotel might have been ok if our room hadn't been in the basement level. There was definitely mould in the room by the smell and the humidity of the air there. The bathroom was soaking wet after taking a shower. The beds were so hard that sleeping was uncomfortable, and there were bars in front of the window. Because the room was in the basement […] the view from the window was to stairs leading to the street above. And there were mice running outside, how nice.. Breakfast which was also served in the basement consisted of bread, butter, cheese, marmalade, coffee, tea and some cereals.There were no vegetables or fruit available. Hotelli oli yksinkertainen mutta hyvä. Hyvin perinteinen Lontoolainen hotelli kokolattiamattoineen ja pienine huoneineen. Huone oli siisti ja siivottu joka päivä, hyvin pieni kahdelle ihmiselle mutta hotellilla kävimme ainoastaan kääntymässä. Aamiainen kuului hintaan vaikkakin oli hyvin yksinkertainen (paahtoleipää ja hilloa), aamiaissali oli aika huonokuntoisessa […] kellarissa. Toisaalta hotellilla on hyvä sijainti ja aamupalalle pääsee helposti myös muualle. I have stayed at this hotel several times, as it is convenient for Paddington station and getting into the city. In the past I found it adequate and basic. With Narrow corridoors, overly small rooms (twin rooms should surely have two single beds with a gap between them, not two singles shoved together) and the worst excuse for a continental breakfast i've ever seen (cereal or toast. not even a bowl of apples!) i'm not sure how this hotel managed to get 2*'s. small room with a large comfortable bed. Tiny bath room but nice shower facilities.Tiny TV with atwo channels from BBC. All in all fair enough considering the low price. Good for a short stay where you don't need to sit around in the room all day.

We have read some horrible reviews before going, and feared the worst. However, we were pleasently surprised. If you are use to European hotels and care more about your location than your room, then this is a great place for you. If you are more inclined to enjoy a "US sized" room....Don't stay here. Very basic hotel with few frills. Room very compact. Breakfast was a fairly unpleasant experience. However, the hotel is very convenient for Hyde Park and central London. Given the relatively low price paid, I recommend this hotel but don't expect any luxury.

The hotel is quite cheap and close by to lancaster gate and hyde park. I used it for a one night stay and I only went there to sleep, have a bath and leave so for me it was enough. They are very cheeky in saying I had an en-suite room because in fact I just had a sink and shower...for other issues I had to go to one of the toilets in the corridor! I […] didn't event bother complaining because hotel staff wasn't very confortable with their english and I just didn't feel like getting bothered about it. Lucky i only checked into this room to store my bags and to have a shower before an international flight.These are my observations: 1. The stair well was very thin making moving luggage very difficult. 2. Reception insisted on a printed version of my receipt - a text on my mobile phone with the ref number was frowned upon 3. "Prince William Hotel- stay elsewhere"
The location was fine, that was the best part. The room was painfully small, the bed was so bad the lower half of the matress had an indentation the size of the whole lower half. A golden retreiver could have had a friend lay with them in that whole. That was the second room we were moved to. The first one had heat that wouldn't shut off in July, no […] air conditioning. When you're a middle aged woman and told that your room is on the 5th floor and that means climbing 10 flights of stairs and the lift is not working, you expect that someone will carry your case upstairs. Not so at the Prince William. Not only that but even were the lift working it did not actually go to the 5th floor. I was told that I could leave […] my bags in the luggage room and come and collect the items I might need in my room !!!??? The room was clean and bathroom fine. The room was about 6 feet square and the bed the cheapest you can possibly buy. "Didn't enjoy the stay at all."
Okay, so the room was tiny, like REALLY tiny, but I expected that. The big issue was that I was downstairs not far from the dining/breakfast room and the walls or door or whatever was so thin and let in so much noise that it was simply impossible to sleep past 7am. Bang! Crash! Slam! It's just what you don't need when you're trying to catch up on a […] few extra hours of sleep after a long flight. Other than that, the TV didn't work at all (as in no reception), the bathroom taps leaked, and the whole place was a bit run down and dingey. Hotel is conveniently located by the Paddington station, but room is tiny and service is not the best. Elevator only went to flr 4 and we had to carry our luggage up to 5. Probably for a single guy, but otherwise, I'd pass.

I know London hotels are expensive for what you get but in my over 20 trips to London, this is the worst place ever. First we were stuck in a room in the cellar that shouldn´t even be a room, then we were moved after asking to a room that wasn´t that much better. Ironically enough both bathrooms were really ok, the rest wasn´t.

This is a perfect hotel for someone that is more interested in seeing London than just lounging around. It is right down the street from Paddington Station, which can get a direct train from Heathrow. The beds are uncomfortable and lumpy and the pillows are non existent. This has to be the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It was dirty, single beds not big enough for a 5'6" adult. Woken at night with vermin running in ceiling (basement room).

"Superb Location, good only for sleeping"
Staff friendly, very good location (Oxford street, Hyde Park, Paddington, Knightsbridge etc ca 10min), good that room had a decent bathroom, but drawbacks included noisy hallways (especially if next to an elevator) and small breakfast variety (they have 4 large toaster out of which only 1 works as it is supposed to, come on, FIX IT). Very basic hotel - small and compact, even more limited TV channels. Shower room was tiny and the shower gel dispenser promptly fell out in my hands! Plus being its location near Paddington station and I used this as a place for the night.
