"St. Louis Crowne Plaza"
The hotel is conveniently located to the airport and provides an efficient shuttle service with an extremely friendly driver. The free parking is a great bonus! We would use this hotel again when flying out of STL.

The room was comfortable and clean for the most part. The thing that upset me the most was when we went down for breakfast. Generally when there is cereal, bagels, (continental breakfast), it is included in your room fee. Well here, it wasn't. At best a three star hotel. Old hotel in need of upgrade. Rooms were worn out and machines in GYM need to be replaced.
"Awesome Hotel"
We had one of our best experiences here. I dont know how many times we had to use the shuttle for "incidents" they shouldnt have taken care of and they still did it with a smile. Breakfast was very good and tasty. Added bonus was to have a TGI Fridays in the hotel. Rooms where very clean and with lots of room.

Very nice for the price. There is no charge to leave your car at the hotel for up to 14 days. I was surprised to find out that the hotel does not offer coffee on weekend mornings. I would still recommend this hotel.

The lobby was beautiful. The staff was freindly. My wife and daughter found a few hairs on the berd and in the bathroom so they were turned off a bit. Probably just a maid oversight. I would stay there again in the future.

"Very nice"
This hotel was great for the price. Rooms were modern and very clean. Beds were very comfortable and soft. The only disappointment was the high cost of internet access ($9.95/night).

The hotel was very comfortable and we received excellent service. The staff was helpful and attentive. The small welcome basket that we found in our room was a very pleasant surprise.

"Beautiful Hotel!"
I was kinda weary at first because we didnt want to spend much on a hotel. It was a little hard to get to, because it was really easy to miss the turn! This hotel was so pretty! Before we even got to our room, we were taking pictures of the wall that was all windows providing a skylight to the pool area (which was very clean!). Our room was beautiful! […] Everything was very clean. The room was spacious and we had a wonderful view! It was quiet and staff was very nice. The bed was very comfortable and there was more than enough hot water! The only downfall was the room was hot at first and it took awhile to cool it down. We had to put the ac on the coldest setting the whole time we were there. TGIFridays was located downstairs which was very convenient for those who want a bar until about 1230. I was also disappointed there was no continental breakfast.. but that wasnt a big deal!!
