Could not have been more pleased with the facalities, rooms , staff and the location in Tucson. Loved it and will be back... Beautiful and spotless.

i only booked one night at first but it was so comfy i booked a 2nd night not to have to get out of bed... great weekend away from home.

i love this hotel the casitas are the best so nice and quiet and the bed is so comfy!!!! i was ready to take the bed home with me.. it was a nice get away weekend. the only downside is the construction going on arount the resort but other than that it was the best weekend i have had in a long time..

The only issue was the damage to the roads leading to the hotel due to rain. This obviously is not the fault of the facility - we had a great stay!!!

This hotel is designed for a golfer. It may not be exactly what a weekend traveler who doesn't have golfing on his/her mind wants.

Great room, great golf and great service not much more you can need. Thank Omni

I love staying at the Omni when I travel to Tucson for business. The rates are incredibly reasonable given the luxury of the hotel. I've stayed in both the renovated Mountain vista rooms and in the casitas. While the casitas are not as flashy nor are they set up as conveniently for business travelers (no desk, no internet cable), they are still comfortable […] and cozy. I really liked the resort. The rooms were really beautiful, the pool was nice. My husband and I enjoyed the food at the grill where they had free pool tables. The first night was a little strange because we had a bat in our room, but a nice guy came and helped get it out and gave us a couple of food vouchers for our inconvenience.

In Tucson for business and I have to say there werent too many plusses to this resort. Here's what I wasnt satified with: No desk, just a small 2 person table half of which was covered by a tray with several bottles of water, wine key, etc., a dead bug fell out of my hand towel in the bathroom, in the large walk in closet there was an old beat up dresser, […] the top was chipped and stained..probably where people put the coffee pot (unconveniently located in the built in dresser under the TUBE tv) I set it on the bathroom vanity. If my girlfriend were with me I guess we would have had to make coffee on the floor..., also, sugars and creamers but no stir sticks, improvised with a small shampoo bottle, no HBO, when I got to my room there was an old room service tray sitting outside the doorway, and was still there the next morning when I left...completely covered with ants of course, the phone did not work when I tried to call to check out. Also, the "complimentary" USA Today wasnt complimentary, if you didnt want it you had to return it for a credit. Carpet was pretty dated IMO. ZERO stars for business purposes. This hotel was wonderful - beautifully appointed, spacious rooms and a very tranquil, relaxing setting. I especially liked the fact that they had a separate sink and mirror outside the bathroom in addition to the ones inside. This makes it so much easier for everyone to get ready in the morning! If you're not an early riser, I wouldn't recommend the […] golf course view because the golf carts will wake you up early in the morning. From the very beginning of our stay, when a friendly emplyee greeted us at our car, to the checkout after the trip was finished, we felt welcomed, wanted, and taken care of. The people were very gracious and helpful, the rooms in the casitas are large, light, clean, and spacious. l especially liked the decor. From the whimsical picture frames in the […] rooms, to the light wood beams on the ceilings, it was beautiful! The grounds were very green, and well maintained. The pool in the evening had lit torches, a glow to the lighting, and wonderful relaxing music, which made for a relaxing, stress free ambience. We want to come back and enjoy this resort soon. Very peaceful setting, had a very nice dinner at their onsite steakhouse. We took a walk in the early evening and came wihin 25 feet of a family of young coyotes playing on the golf course! The poolside service during the daytime was great!

The hotel staff was wonderful! From check in, to the restaurant, pool cabana and spa...everyone exceeded our expectations! The Mountain Vista renovations are gorgeous! They are large and have a cozy "chat" area as well. We will definitely be back!

This hotel will not disappoint! From the moment you valet your vehicle to the time you are "forced" to check out, you will be pampered. I only say "forced" because you have to get back to reality at some point. This place is truly a slice of heaven. I didn't want to leave. Great location if you want to get away from it all. The hotel room was much larger than most hotel suites. The bathtub was to die for. Hotel staff was outstanding and very friendly and helpful. I will definitely book this hotel again on my trips to Tucson.

Our room was 50 feet from the pool and 50 feet from the first tee. Beautiful accommodations. Great staff. It was a little higher end than we can usually afford but the summer rates in Tucson are reasonable. It was nice feeling rich for three days.

Great resort/spa - we only could stay one night, but definitely next time I'll bring my racket and clubs so we can play tennis, golf, and spend plenty of time in the pool.

the rooms were very clean and very nice. we had a great view of the pool and quick access to it. everything was clean and comfortable. could of had a few more aminities in tbe room but otherwise it was a very nice stay!

while we stayed at the resort we did not get to use anything. We were ther to move our son and daughter in law and grandson. maybe next time. Resort was very nice .

We had a great upgraded mini-suite (Mountain Vista) room with patio and views of Catalina Mountains and golf course. Very quiet - despite being totally sold out that weekend. Pool area big enough not to feel crowded, golf course seemed to have plenty of availability (two 18-hole courses on site). Great massage started our weekend off right! Originally I was given a room that was very worn, broken screen and no refrig... dresser in the closet was on par with a 3 star at best. The good news is that they moved me closer to the main area into a newly remodeled room that was fabulous. The rest of the stay was wonderful. I would definitely visit again!

the golfing was fantastic - but a very hard course. Bob's was overpriced - but good food. The room was very spacious - but needed upgrading. The wildlife was fun to watch

We stayed two nights and this was by far the best hotel on our 5 day trip through Arizona. We had a private casita with a back porch right next to the pond on the golf course, there were many birds and it was beautiful and tranquil. The food was excellent and I would absolutely stay there again.

Loved the casita style rooms for privacy. Could use a bit of updating, but still comfortable and adequate. Staff great, beautiful grounds, need a few more kid friendly things to do.

Nice casita style room however no Mountain views. Room had door to the next suite/casita and the walls are rather thin....you could hear the conversation in the othe room. Bar was nice and a big shopping mall & restaurants down the road (E. and W)if you wanted to eat out...

Unfortunately, there was not a DVD player in our room because they had all been checked out. Maybe DVD players should be provided in all rooms.

The main part of the hotel is beautiful and remodeled but the lower part where our room was is tired and needs to be updated and there is almost no wireless in that area as well. The beds were very hard. The upper part of the resort is definately 4 star the the lower ares with the 2nd pool isn't close to 4 star. Would go back but only stay in the main […] area. Lisätietoja

This was by far the best Hotel we have ever stayed in. Staff was very friendly, hotel was very clean, and the pool was great. Felt like a 4-Star all the way. Will definetely stay here again.
