I stayed here for a short night because I had a flight that was leaving very early in the morning. I was only in the room for a few hours, and it was comfortable. The only problem that I had was that I didn't try to use the shower until 5 AM 1.5 hours before my flight, and the lever which redirects the water to the shower head was broken. So, no shower […] before the flight. The airport also wasn't as close to the hotel as I'd hoped, and the shuttle only runs once an hour. Wonderful customer service, especially when arriving from a late flight and having no idea where you are going... the last thing you want to deal with is rude people upon check-in. I would definitely recommend this location and would stay here again.

Attended a seminar in the hotel. Came in the night before. Was very comfortable and met all our needs.

The staff is very nice, try hard, but the structure is sadly in need of repair. The shower didn't work - was obvious they tried to "fix" it with odds and ends, but it didn't work. The bathroom sink faucet was half missing, and mold was growing on the top. The rug smelled awful - and the sheets, while clean, were threadbare - you could read through them! We chose this Ramada because it was close to Dallas Love Field. The hotel was clean, although there was a funky odor in the upstairs hall, but the room was fine. Can't recommend the 'restaurant'. We were late arriving, but the food was mediocre at best and was pretty much just 'nuked'. And they were out of unsweet tea!?!

I was in a bind and needed a place to rest while traveling. I secured this room through a special deal and customer comments were good. However, while service staff was average, the room needed updating. Tv was old and I did not receive any premium channels listed in its channel lineup. Experience was good except they could spray deodorizer on the smoking floor. Other than that no complaints.

It was clean and comfortable for the price. OUr only issue was that the rooms were not filled but all the guests were put in rooms right next to each other. It was difficult to fall asleep when you could hear everyone coming in until midnight.

We had a good stay,it was close to the freeways,room was clean.The only complain I have is that for breakfast one day they had eggs in the hot food,other day just sausage,another day bacon and sausage.Maybe they should have eggs and bacon one day and another day eggs and sausage.

the service was good and the full breakfast bar was really good , the only thing that I didn't like was that if you turn the AC on and there's people smoking outside the smoke will get inside and all your clothes get that smell on it.

Stay was great Construction in the bar was kin of messy but good service. Probably will stay there again.

I needed last minute reservations near Love Field and booked this room. The hotel had a few bad reviews but I figured what is one night. I was pleasently surprised to find friendly staff, clean room, and very easy access to airport. I only wish the other guests had been as nice as the staff. Two people hoarded the business center and I came back several […] times to print my boarding pass over 4 hours. When the desk clerk realized how long I had been waiting she gladly offered to do it for me...again showing excellent customer service. the bed was extremely comfortable

If they put you in the room next to the stairwell where the door bangs all night long and there is a strobe light effect through the curtains from the expressway, don't stay in this place.

The hotel was convient to Dallas Market but was way under staffed for the event,only one person in restruanr-bar. We finally left after 40 min.Our room was not the cleanest , the sheets and blankets had holes in the them, the bedskirts were coming off the bed. Nice enough place but I didn't like that my first floor room had a sliding door to the pool area but it was locked up like Fort Knox. S'pose if I'd had a fire I could have thrown a table through it...but it's a shame to have to weld such a thing shut.

It took me three rooms to find a good hotel room first one reeked of smoke second one air conditioner didn't work. However they helped me find a room in a great and friendly manner!! Would def stay there again!

The room was fine. It was clean and quiet. The bathtub drained very slowly. Good breakfast. It was nice to have shuttle service to Love Field.

Other than the heat, the hotel met all my expectations. I did want connecting rooms and was told I would get one but that was when I was booking and when We got there there weren't any. The bk. was great. The Pool worked out fine. and the air conditionary in the second room was great.. reaching our car was easy, unloading and loading out car worked […] out fine, not too far from our room. This hotel is pathetic. The rooms had bed bugs, the bathroom was dirty and wasn't cleaned properly. The conditions were pathetic overall, there was no AC in the lobby area in spite of the 100 degree weather. There was a panhandler in the back parking lot where we parked our car. He approached us quite aggressively twice. The breakfast was just OK, but […] there were flies in the dining area. The area surrounding the property is dangerous to say the least. For the price, the hotel was well worth it. Nothing was extraordinary, but everything was fine. It was clean, the location was great because we were visiting family in different areas so this really worked out. Every day was poached eggs, waffles, pastries, not a big selection of fruit, and sausage or bacon, not great but ok for free. There are a lot of truckers, but all were respectful not noisy. Enjoyed the pool, but would have liked towels in the pool area, instead of having to use towels from the room. Housecleaning did a pretty thorough job at cleaning, but didn't always leave enough towels for 4, and did not always replace cups or bath/hand soap. Breakfast was good. Room clean. Nice pool. Easy access to highway and tons of restaurants within 5 mile range.

Stayed 5 nights on 1 bar of soap. They do not replenish soap, shampoo & had to ask for coffee twice. They would make the bed and changed out a couple of wash cloths, that was all for the 5 night stay. Room was cool but no sure conditioning in hallways. THE HOTEL LOCATION WAS GREAT, CLOSE TO FREEWAY ACCESS, VERY CLOSE TO ALL THE DOWNTOWN AREAS AND THE AREAS WE WERE TRYING TO GET TO. HOTEL SATFF WAS VERY NICE AND HELPFUL. ROOMS WERE CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE. WE ENJOYED OUR STAY AND WILL BE RETURNING TO THIS HOTEL ON OUR NEXT TRIP.

The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. The free breakfast was awesome! The staff did not know about area restaurants, but we found them on our computer. Overall, a very nice stay!

I stayed at this hotel for the price and was extremely happy! I had a huge room the bed was comfortable and clean. The front desk personnel was very helpful as well as their shuttle driver. In the one website it does not mention that their shuttle driver will drive you anywhere or pick up within a 5 mi radius. It is less than 5 min from the Dart light […] rail which can take you all the way to downtown, buy a pass and use it all week or just for a day. I had to go downtown everyday. The breakfast had fruit, waffles, cereal eggs and sausage couldn't ask for more. When I go back I will stay there again. However, you are not within walking distance to any shops or a place to eat, but I didn't have time to do that anyway. Oh yea, and they have a great courtyard with pool. We got in late in the evening and after waiting for the hotel shuttle we were told to take a cab because the shuttle was going to take too long. I was very impressed with the low price offered during Memorial day weekend. We had a family emergency and only stayed for a short while but thoroughly enjoyed the accommodations offered by Ramada. However the surrounding were undesirable and would only stay here if I had a short lay over.

This hotel was clean and the staff was very accomodating. It was very conveniently located close to Dallas Love Field airport. It has free parking and shuttle to the airport. They even picked us up at the airport to give us a ride back to our car after we had already checked out!! The drivers were friendly and courteous. Great place to stay and great […] price.
