I would like to say I was pleasantly surprised how nice and clean THIS Comfort Inn was. I've had some really bad experiences with Comfort Inn in other locations. This was a last minute getaway for my wife and I so to even get a room definitely impressed me. That's because I do alot of last minute planning. The front desk staff did not seem very happy that this room was booked through hotels.com. The lady said three times that I would recieve no hotel loyalty credit due to the third party booking. I asked if there was a problem with using hotels.com: the hotel did not have a problem accepting payment from hotels.com when the booking was made.

We were there for a fishing weekend and went down at 6:15 a.m. on Saturday to grab some coffee, yogurt, juice, and fruit and the woman setting up kept saying that breakfast was not until 7 a.m. We told her we were just getting quick items and would leave shortly, so she locked the fridge where the yogurt was and turned of the juice machine. She kept […] saying breakfast is at 7. We left by 6:35 to get on the water. We have stayed at many hotels that offer breakfast and have came down early to get quick items before heading out and this is the first time we have ever been treated like this. "Myrtle beach trip"
We had to make the trip to Mytle Beach for the death of my father. Once there all i wanted was to be able to rest. I was very pleased with the hotel and the beds were wonderful for a good nights sleep. The only issue was a slow WIFI connection, but was still able to use it. Overal experience was a good one and would stay there again on next visit.

My family and I visited Myrtle Beach for the first time and since we have stayed at other Comfort Inns we decided to stay here. I read reviews about the hotel and the price was good so we went with it. The hotel had a faint odor of cigarettes...not great...but checked in and got to our room......The room had an awful moldy/musty odor that never went […] away our entire stay. My family of 5 had a difficult time moving around in the room, definitely not enough space. After being in the room a few minutes I noticed spots of blood on the sheets and pillows...I was so grossed out..I called the front desk and she stated they don't have maid service at night. She brought me sheets and yep! I had to change the sheets. the confort inn wasn't bad at all, it's only 1 mile drive to the beach and 7 miles drive to bare foot landing. the hotels offers all amenities, the stuff are very friendly & so helpful.

Comfort Inn on US 17 in Myrtle Beach was a good place to stay. The hotel is smoke free, but does seem at one point it allowed smokers. The staff was nice and smiley. The breakfast was real breakfast with eggs, sausage, fruit, and so on. I would stay again.

I was disappointed in the upkeep of the this facility. In the room and interior hallways looked worn and not so clean. The bedspread in my room had a ripped hole clearly visible in the middle of the bed. The room rate was higher than some of the sister Choice Hotels in the area so I was surpised by the poor condition. I did not enter any of the others, […] perhaps they were in worse condtion. The hotel was clean and our room was very comfortable. The breakfast was great, not your typical "continential" breakfast. The only complaint we had was the cigarette smoke smell in the hallway. The hotel was close to food,fun, and shopping. We were treated very nicely and made to feel at home. I would have liked to have seen the room a bit tidier but all in all i enjoyed the stay and will be sure to stay there again. The front desk clerk made my stay!! She was extremely sweet and helpful.

People at front desk were very friendly, courteous and helpful. Our room was clean. Hotel very close to Cherry Grove Beach, Mrytle Beach and about 30 to 35 minute drive to Boardwalk. "Comfort Inn, N. Myrtle Beach does the basics right"
Very pleasant staff. Hotel has all the basics you need. Room was clean with no odors but bathroom could have used more cleaning under the mats. Pool is on small side but well maintained. Hallway carpets could use some steam cleaning though as there was a musty odor to them. Overall an above average stay.

Hotel indicates that rooms are non-smoking, but due to the high number of smoking rooms one can still smell a lot of smokiness in the rooms. The carpet was not as clean as other hotels, and obviouslly in need of vigourus shampooing. This is not the place to stay if you are accustomed to better mid-range hotels. Hotel could use an update in the linens and carpet. Our room was over the pool and when we woke up, two fully dressed men were sleeping on the chairs. They didn't seem like guests.
